I am in shocked and a little sick. This story was unbelievable. The thought of living a life like Helen and Thomas lived is frightening. To always be afraid and wondering when it would end. Thomas’s childhood was so depressing and to think that about what his stepfather had planned for him. It made my stomach churn just thinking about it. The author did a great job writing this story. It was suspenseful, painful and in some ways beautiful. The bond between Helen and Thomas grew and was a thing to behold. The moment he realized he could heal her and set to just that was the moment I knee this book was a keeper.

I love stories that create a place were people know their own issues but are working to better themselves. John is an ex-marine he was injured and loss the use of his legs. I think a lot of his meanness comes from the fact that he can no longer walk. Shannon was a doll. I liked that she didn’t look at John as a cripple but just a man. Their relationship was a slow ride but it was perfect. Each character had things to overcome. The author wrote an compelling story about finding yourself and learning to love yourself.

Chloe is after a story and boy does she find one. I love reading books about worlds unknown. You get to dive into some else’s world and live through their imagination. Nathaniel has so many responsibilities. I liked how the author brought the characters together. I also enjoyed all the details the author put into the story. They were so many good moments. There was a little lack in the beginning. But the story picks up and you definitely get a good read.

I enjoyed reading this story. The characters were different. The characters represented at a time when people decided to stick up for themselves. The resistance represented people that wanted to change that needed to see a change and that were willing to put their lives on the line to see that change happen. I got in my feelings over Hunter because the way his dad treated him he was so strict he was always beating him down. I understood what he was going for though he wanted his son to realize that strength is finding something to fight for that strength was something other than yourself to live for. Rain was a special character for me because she went out of her safety zone to save Hunter she was so brave and kind and gentle and loving and she’s a Fighter.

I think it’s safe to say that we all must be crazy or have felt crazy at some point in our lives. Skye was searching for approval and I think it drove her crazy. This story has an interesting set of characters. The family dynamics is what had me going. For the father to put so much pressure on the children. Skye was really uptight. The author had a different style than I am used too. I liked how the words flowed together to make it a smooth read. Overall I mostly enjoyed Edward and Skye. They struggled and came together to make something beautiful. They both had insecurities that they couldn’t voice. But they didn’t let that change their relationship mostly.

This is what I enjoy about reading. So many different writers coming together to create something unique. It shows that no matter the genre we all can come together and make something lasting and beautiful. All the stories were well written some stood out more than others but that’s to be expected. I really enjoyed Star Cruise Mystery Dancer. The characters had fun yet serious personalities. Tassia has a bond with dancing that we all wish we had. I love music so of course this one hit closer to my emotions. There is something so beautiful about a person when they express with dance. I also enjoyed Hunter of the Tide. That story was something I would read if politics got to me. You have to learn to just accept people for who they are and not judge them based on a few. Overall every story had you wanting more.

I dislike wishie washy people. One minute they’re with you and the next their morals have kicked in. Katrina knew what kind of man Chase is but she is getting on her high horse when he takes care of business. Chase is really controlling . His need to know where, when, who and how would drive anyone crazy. I have enjoyed this authors writing style so far and will definitely be continuing this series. If I was to have one change it would be the past of the story. Everything happens fast and then boom on to the next. Overall it is a thrilling book full of action.

To dream up a world that is of something so powerful and serial. The author gives us background for what we read in The Confectioners Guild. The adventures are well thought out and detailed. The author didn’t miss a beat while creating this story. I like to experience different emotions while reading a book. But I mostly want to feel excitement and sadness. I am literally laughing so hard I’m crying. The summary for this book had me intrigued. But the story had me hooked. I love how funny the author made such a serious moment. I liked how the author gave just enough information to reel me in. Gabby is hitting 30 so her clock is ticking fast and hard. She needs sperm and there is only one way she wants to get it. Having your best friend find the perfect guy through his medical records illegal but brilliant. It’s also crazy because those same traits might not pass to your child. Face Palm moment when you meet the new boss and realized he was your be night stand. I can’t stop laughing. The author did have some serious moment through the book. I felt it shined a light on how communication is key to relationships. Conner and Gabby lacked communication. They didn’t know how to speak up. So much could have been avoided if one of them would’ve just opened their mouth.

Once you make an agreement you should do your best to honor it. Bailey has had a tough life and is trying to find her happy place. I felt from the beginning that Carter would change her. I dislike family drama. It never seems like they actually get over the issue. Like my aunt who cooked greens for thanksgiving one year. She didn’t wash them now we tell her to not bring anything. Lol! It was sad looking at Bailey’s and Carter’s lives through this author. They both had some hard times as children and adults. You could really feel how much time and emotion the author put into this story. I felt like the characters were genuine people. The story dragged a little in the first few chapters but picked up as it went along. I really liked that you see a growth in the main characters lives. I enjoy books that give reason for its characters. Why they live the way they do and how they change and better themselves.

My jaw was on the floor while reading this story. It was like watching a reality tv show. Kris and Nicole have been together for what seems like forever. They have two beautiful kids. It seems that they have hit a block in their relationship and are trying to find a way to fix it. Marriage is a struggle and the only way to make it is to do it together. If no one is giving or trying to change than what’s the point? Nicole works a lot and it is taking it’s toll on he marriage and her kids. Most people don’t think kids notice or are affected by absent parents. But it definitely does and it shows in unexpected was. I really like this story and am ready for book two. These couples have so much going on and so much to work through. My heart went out to Darren and I hope a solution comes in book two. The author did a great job with the characters. It started off slow but picked up in the middle of the story. You really feel the shift in the book once things start to happen.

They may be thieves but they’re not close. Tru has no way to survive but to steal. But has she picked the wrong man to hit? Will is a blast from the past that Tru wishes to forget. This was a short read but we’ll worth the time spent reading it. You get a feel for every character. Tru was fearless and fragile. Not in the sense that she would break but that her emotional walls are not as strong as she would like. I don’t think most people understand how much it takes to truly forgive someone. I enjoyed this authors writing. I didn’t feel like the story was rushed or missing anything. The characters were well developed. The flow of the authors writing style made it a smooth read as well.

Holy smokes Batman. This story was intense. Steel is a hard man but an honest and trustworthy person. He has a gift for helping others and it shows with this story. I’m sure I’m not the only one who makes the characters into couples as the story goes on. For me Steel and Grace seemed like a better fit. But too each their own. I really enjoyed this story though. The author held you in suspense with every chapter. This predator out to get Grace, murder, love and trust. Grace has had to relearn to function and she is so courageous. Nick is super sweet and I understand her appeal. It was a quick read that was thrilling and mysterious. I got a good feel for the characters. I could easily follow what the author was going for in this book. Life isn’t always roses and we have to learn to live with the good and bad.

When I picked this book I didn’t think it would be like this. To live the life that they have chosen. Without regret or shame. Evie took on such a difficult life after so much tragedy. The pain and helplessness she felt watching Wyatt and Easton suffer. I can believe Easton blamed her. Then there is Dylan. He did so much for Evie and brought her out of her shell. But Lord he turned into a douche real quick. Life sometimes has us feeling like nothing will ever go right but Evie kept an ok outlook on most things. For an empath they care too much and are always going out of their comforts to help others. Evie was her own worse enemy. I definitely have to read the next book. The author keeps you engaged by giving you a little taste but then pulling back. This is my first book by this author but it won’t be my last.

This story had so much packed into it. I found the story line to be very interesting. Chase is my normal type of guy. Controlling and hot. He cares for his woman a little too much but not everyone is perfect. Katrina was stubborn and independent. I liked the way she stood up for herself. Even though she gave into most of Chases demands. She didn’t let him steamroll her either. She fought for the thinks she wanted. The author presented us with a good power couple. This story was so thrilling and action filled. When your life is in danger 24/7 you rake pleasure in everything. I wanted to see more of Katrina in action putting herself out there to help her man. There were some major hot moments and the author nailed those. Lol! This is the type of book I read to make my dream guy. I won’t lie there were some parts that could’ve been better but overall I really liked this book. I will be reading book 3.

We are back with the pack and it’s all about Alexis. She is one skittish wolf. I didn’t really understand why she kept running but once you get into the story you see how she lost herself. Bryce never gave up and Lord I like that in a man. He went after what he wanted and eased so many fears. Women put up so many walls once they have been hurt. It takes a brave soul to fight a battle he might lose. The author once again gave us more than just a book. You get an autobiography of these characters lives and how they came together. I’m still waiting patiently for my one. This is why I love books like this. You get so much more than you thought. You learn the characters flaws and good points. It takes so much courage to stand up for what you believe in. To look someone in the eye and tell them that there is another way. In this book you see how war can change people and a nation. Greer is part of this elite group if women. Most people don’t see women as they are portrayed in this story. Or they think women have one place and are wanting them to stay in it. It hurts to lose someone who is such a large piece of your life. Angelette was one of them and they felt it was their duty to make the people responsible pay. This story includes a lot of espionage and politics. The author brought us a story that made you think of the choices we make and how they affect the ones we love. I might still be in shock after reading this story. The Plot is a thrilling sad story that had my mouth dropping with every moment. Yoko has had a very hard life. It is unimaginable the amount of suffering she has been through. You know these things happen to people every day. But when you read about it just breaks your heart. This story may be fiction but it is someone’s truth. I really enjoyed how the author laid this story out. It wasn’t just some story about a girl getting revenge it was a story of a girl doing better for herself while plotting her revenge. Yoko knew she was meant for something more and she didn’t let her past get in her way. She held a lot of hurt in. I am glad I have this story a try. It definitely gave me a view from the other side. Have you ever just felt like you knew that someone was your forever but everything kept pointing the other way? That no matter how you feel that path wasn’t laid out for you to follow? I felt that while reading this story. I also felt it multiple times in my life. David felt phony to me and I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. Their whole first encounter felt planned. He dies have some redeeming qualities that make up for that first impression. He is HOT, loyal, loving, compassionate and honest. I felt like he would do absolutely do anything for Lauren. The author wrote an interesting story but it lacked a steady flow. I felt like it was a little bumpy while transitioning from one speaker to the next. I didn’t feel like I truly learned who the characters are and how they grew through the story. It was a very unrealistic story. Overall though I would read it because David is HOT and what they have is innocent and pure.

I belong in a small town. Everyone knows your name and is willing to lend you a hand. Ryan was my dream guy. He seemed like a breeze sifting through the trees. Built like a brick house. Plus he’s a firefighter. Rebecca was a brat at first but you learn to like her. She has been through a lot and Lord knows it’s never easy when your life gets turned upside down. I felt her pain on many levels through this story. If it wasn’t for my kids I would’ve moved to some unknown place just so I could breath again. I liked that the author didn’t rush the characters. I was super shy but came out of it as I got into high school. It still hits me at moments but I always push it away. It’s crazy how she remained so sweet. Patrick is the perfect guy for her. They went so well together. I cracked up about how they went on and on about wanting each other but never seeing if the other person felt the same way. I have enjoyed every boom in this series. The author doesn’t disappoint with this one either. The writing is smooth and straight to the point. The characters give you something to relate to. I liked how the author didn’t make everything so dramatic. The moments that caused a separation seemed flawless and more natural. Some people are meant to separate but find a way back together. I like that they knew their flaws and could adjust for their partner. I wish finding someone to share your life with was as easy as reading it in a book. It sucks that so many men and women end up raising children alone. I completely understand her emotional state. I really enjoyed the way the author wrote this story. This trilogy is about making the changes to yourself that you find bad. You have a chance to be better than you ever thought. To take those imperfections and make them perfect or disappear. Dr. Kite isn’t right in the head. He wants to make everyone perfect. This series was a little scary. Not the jump out the closet as a clown scary but as in this could actually be happening. You get a glimpse if all three women throughout each book. Their lives are forever changed so in good ways others not so good. Dr. Kite seemed to not comprehend the effects that the chip had on his subjects. Overall the series was a interesting read. The author draws you in with the unknown. We start this story were book one stopped. Gwen is in a cycle of uncertainty. With her mom in the hospital and her boyfriend MIA. You can definitely see a difference in the writing from book 1 and book 2. It was a smoother read. Gwen’s character has some growth but you can tell she still holds a lot back from others. You can also see that she is holding a lot of resentment towards her mom. It all seemed a little too perfect. I love a good HE A and this story ended well. You see A change in a lot of the characters. The biggest was Kame and Gwen’s dad. Over all it was a good ending that made you have a little doubt to it being over officially like maybe we might get a third book.

I’m not really sure how I felt about this book. I’m in-between liking it and not really interested. First let’s start with out lead female. Gwen seems to have it all together at first but you quickly see that she has some personal issues. She gives off this I’m ok vide and nothing can get to me but truly she is suffering. Now I understand her because in some aspects of my life I am like that as well. I didn’t know if she was a teenager or an adult with the way she carried herself and didn’t seen like she was mature. Kame is a mystery to me and I don’t know what to say about him except I hope he learns better communication skills. Disliked Gwen’s mom. Her dad was super flaky. The authors writing style was a little choppy but you can look past it. The conversations between the characters didn’t flow very smoothly and at times I didn’t know who was saying what to who. There wasn’t a clear plot to me. I’m hoping that the story is just taking off and that this was just a little background for what’s to come. I found myself continuing the story out of curiosity and to see how the author would develop the story. It almost feels like a coming into yourself story. Where the leads have to go desperate ways to strengthen themselves before they can be together.

I’m so glad that the author made a story for Soren. I disliked how his story ended with Angela. I didn’t like her character all that much anyway. Now Elena was someone I can see loving Soren. Elena and Angela have similar traits but were different in how they treated Soren and how he handled the relationships. With Angela Soren didn’t want to look beyond London. He never got to the point where he had to make a choice. Angela didn’t see past what see wanted. She never made a path that included Soren. They were prefer for each other but they didn’t want to change for each other. When Soren realized his mistake it was too late. When his slow burn relationship starts with Elena I was hopeful. Not because he would be getting over Angela but because it was unexpected for him. He never saw it coming. It was like discovering something amazing. I liked seeing the personal growth for Soren. He grew into a better person by taking away his own comforts. By learning to be his own man without his family. This isn’t the last book in the series but it was a great end.

The Jack by MK Harkins was a good change from what I normally read. In a world where Readers and Seers think that all the Jack’s are dead. But one remains and he risks everything to save the woman he still loves and her husband who use to be his best friend. Archer is very interesting character. He was betrayed by the ones held close. Everyone saw him as a traitor. I loved Sadie. She was super fun I loved her personality. I definitely took issues with how every one treated Archer. It’s not his fault who his mother was. Plus they grew up with him they should’ve understood what was happening to him. Most especially Devon. The author dis a great job putting this story together. I was a little lost at first but it quickly come together. The thing I love most about reading is stepping into a world someone else has created.
