Honestly, this is exactly the kind of novel my subconscious needed to get me through my slump. Not only does Devlin and Evelyn have the kind of attraction that really sizzles off the page, but it encourages you to root for them during the duration of the novel. There, of course, are the ups and downs that come with a ‘forbidden office romance,’ but knowing we had a guaranteed happily ever after had me hunkering down and absorbing everything this author had to offer within these pages today. Yes. One day. Read. That is all that you need to know.

I would highly suggest reading this if you’re looking for something far better than wasting your day binge watching a show, even though I happily admit that I am guilty of this habit as well. Reading their story was probably one of the better choices I have made this month. Truly. You won’t regret picking this up. Do it! Highly recommend.

Soliloquy by Janet Fogg is a compelling time travel romance tale and my first time reading one of her books. This haunting tale of love and music transcends time.

Erin finds herself in another time. A dangerous time in the past in France in the midst of WW II. A time when the Nazi’s invaded and occupied France. But she is not the only one that finds themselves thrust back in time.

Travel along as Erin finds herself at the mercy of a German officer whilst trying to help others escape their clutches. There are unexpected twists and moments when your heart is pounding and the narrative makes it feel as if you are right there with them wanting to help in any way that you can.

You will not be disappointed in this winner of a HOLT Medallion Award of Merit story.

I have read many of this authors books and have enjoyed them all in one way or another. I was excited to see what she had instore for us this time. I was not disappointed. This is one of my favourites.

The Kidnapping with its gripping tension and suspense and humour had me turning the pages to find out what happened next. It’s not every day you are thrust in to a world not of your making.

Linda has given us a tangled web to navigate this mystery which has been skilfully planned out and well written. There are a few twists and surprises along the way as we navigate the predicament the characters suddenly find themselves in.

One bar, two strangers and one night that will change their lives forever. Now if they can just manage to keep out of the clutch of danger.

This was a cute story. Classic denying of love existing despite it being obvious. This was the 7th book in the series and I have not read the others. I did not feel like I was missing anything. It’s a stand alone book. I do want to read the others though after having read this one! This was a fun quick read.

Devlin is a really great forbidden office romance. I had never read any of this author’s work so was very unsure what to expect. What I got was a well written story with characters that I really connected with.
Devlin and Evelyn are co-workers who work very well together but away from the office desk, the hatred and the barbs constantly fly between the pair. So why is it Devlin that Evelyn turns to when her long term relationship breaks down? And why is he being so nice to her? (well, most of the time). Not that it matters as their work has a no fraternisation policy.
I really enjoyed reading Devlin and Evelyn’s story. We get to see a totally different side to Devlin that the one painted by Evelyn at the beginning. Although, I’m sure she had never previously seen the real Devlin up until now,
I really liked both characters and found that the story flowed well, keeping me entertained and wanting to keep turning the pages to see how their story turned out. Oh…and just as the story is flowing along so well, the author throws a nice big curveball that I definitely did not see coming.
Definitely recommend.

This is a really hot and steamy enemies to lover romance set in an office setting. The author does an amazing job with the characters. From the beginning you feel the chemistry between Evelyn and Devlin. Both of them are very career driven but they also can’t deny their attraction.
Evelyn sees Devlin as a playboy. All he does is sleeps with different women and has no plans to settle down so when she gives into temptation after splitting with her boyfriend she knows its a one night thing. It has to be. She can’t stand him and she won’t allow him to ruin her career.

Devlin on the other hand gets a kick out of pushing Evelyn’s buttons and he knows exactly which ones to press. Devlin is deeper than Evelyn thinks and deep down his feelings for her are strong than he would care to admit. Are they strong enough for him to give up his ways and possibly risk moving up in his career? Can he ever convince Evelyn that he is serious and not just after the next notch on his bedpost? And what happens when both their career progressions are at risk if they follow their hearts? Is love worth risking everything for?

The story was cute and the characters were likable. The author tried to make their own world by borrowing from the real world, in a way that helped it feel familiar. I hope to get to know more about Gomez and Taylor in later storylines. I’m interested for the future books (if any are to come) to get into the power structure of the different supernatural communities and how they work together.
Wen is her own biggest obstacle, but aren’t we all at one point or another?

Friends with Benies is an enjoyable, sweet, short read. Wednesday is a feisty techno witch, who happens to be named after the Adams Family due to her parent’s sense of humor. She has been best friends with Ryker since they were young and decides that she wants additional benefits from her friend. They can’t be together due to the complications of Ryker being a Panda shifter and having a mate that will be with him for life. The world-building didn’t really seem to be there but this is the seventh book in the series. It’s still a fun, sexy, short read.

This was a great 5 star read. I really liked this storyline, I was pulled right in.
Pippa is trying to move on from an abusive ex. She decides to go to a Halloween party with a friend, this is where she meets Bryce and they have a very intimate evening that leaves Pippa with a surprise. We jump ahead a couple of years, He comes back into Pippa’s life and discovers her secret. She is also dealing with her past, will Bryze be able to keep her safe?
Overall this was a really great read. All of the characters added a great element to the story. The author’s writing pulls you right in, I look forward to reading more from her. If you’re looking for a great read, 1-click and get started today.

I absolutely loved the humor and chemistry throughout this book! I did not realize it was the 7th in the series, but I wasn’t lost at all reading it with no background. I am definitely picking up the rest though because there is just too much to love!

Wednesday and Ryker are best friends, and you can feel that permeated through the entire book. They have both seemingly friend-zoned each other, but after a one-time escapade into the ‘benefits’ of being besties Wednesday may want more. They both think the other deserves more and takes a bit of intervention to help them see the truth.

I love the paranormal side of Friends with Benies as much as the romance! Like I said, I didn’t feel lost reading this as a standalone, but I recommend picking up the rest of the series because you will want more of T.B. Bond’s writing!

Wednesday and Ryker have been best friends since they were 6 years old. At 18 years of age, they decided to take each other’s V card before they went off to college and they have been secretly in love with each other ever since. Ryker is a panda shifter while Wednesday is a mage so they know they cannot be together. They come from different worlds. The couple decide to be friends with benefits until one of them meet their intended mate.

The chemistry between them is intense. No one can compare to the other’s best friend. Ryker knows that Wednesday is the one for him but she thinks he has a mate somewhere out in the world so she is refusing to give into her feelings.

The book was steamy from start to finish. I loved both characters separately and together. They evened each other out nicely. I was cheering for them from the very beginning.

This book is book 7 in the ‘Paris in Springtime’ series but can be read as a stand alone.

The Protector by Nicole Flockton is book four in the Freemasons series. Throughout all three of the other books, we’ve gotten a glimpse of what happened to Renee. In this story, we get to see how she takes back her life. Declan has always stayed away although Renee has always been in his mind. But now he will do whatever it takes to keep her safe, to protect her, to love her. This book was definitely a little hard to read, just in the sense of topics. I do think it was handled well and written well. The story between Renee and Declan was much more relaxed due to the nature of what she went through. Renee believes she’s not loveable after the horrible things that happened and Declan doesn’t want to push her but also has a hard time. I really loved this whole series and seeing each of the men get their girl.

The Warrior by Nicole Flockton is book three in the Freemasons series. Former military man, Jude has had a rough time accepting his sisters kidnapping. He is ready and willing to do anything to save her. What he doesn’t expect is to begin falling for someone. Sienna is so used to blending in that when she begins to stand out to one man, she almost blows her cover. I loved this story so much. The attraction between the characters was so well written. The book itself had so many twists and turns that I truly couldn’t predict how it would go. The perfect mixture of danger and steam. I’d probably have to pick them as my favorite couple, although I’m a sucker for a military story. Looking forward to book four and our last man standing!

This was a really fun story. Watching Ryker and Wednesday find their way from best friends to soulmates was fun. I like how they had each other’s backs. The story had a good rhythm and kept me interested in finding out what happened next. I have not read about a panda shifter before so I did find that interesting as well. I recommend this author and will look forward to seeing more from them.

Wednesday Family is a witch, she is sassy, stubborn and best friends with a panda shifter called Ryker, they have been inseparable since the day they first met and spend pretty much the entirety of their time together.

Unfortunately for Wednesday, they also have some benefits attached to their friendship and this is where the main problem lies, Wednesday is addicted to those certain benefits.

She finds him adorkable, sweet and caring, but the thing she is most addicted to is his body and what he can do with it and now he has ruined her because nobody else compares and believe me, she has tried.

The only problem is that he has a mate out there somewhere just waiting for him to find her so they can make cute panda babies and she can be the awesome auntie, so she has to quit Ryker cold turkey so that he can find her, but can she do it and be the best friend without the benies? This is a cute, but spicy paranormal romance which will keep you hooked on the antics, both inside the bedroom and out of it as you speed through because you cannot wait to see how it ends.

I really like finding new authors. This book was just up my alley. I really enjoy a supernatural romance. The characters really had an explosive chemistry and the author really does a good job balancing the drama and romance. I liked how this book flowed it was really gripping and I could not put it down. I like the variable realms as well. I really thought that the characters were well written. I will definitely be reading more from this author and this series. I cannot wait for the next one!

Can I just start off by saying that this series as absolutely amazing!! This book is number 5 out of the series and it’s about Catteneo and Alessia, Catteneo is a strait laced follow the book kind of guy- should I say vamp? He follows everything by the book the only thing he doesn’t want or care for is love, especially with humans. He just doesn’t think it’ll ever happen for him and he’s content with that. Enter Alessia, a Psychic who has a love for the vamps and their blight and wants nothing more than to help. She’s loved vampires since she was little because her gramma told her so many stories, when they meet; Despite their attraction to each other they get on each other’s nerves and they call the other insufferable and a pain in the butt but they don’t want to be anywhere else than with each other, When situations amp up because of the factions being revved up and ready to call for an all-out war things might get worse before they get better and everything hangs in the balance, can they walk the tightrope on their feelings for each other and get over their insecurities and keep from the end of the world or will they fall and break apart upon landing?

I don’t even know where to start except to say WOW!!! This book took me completely by surprise. I was not expecting all the twists. In so many ways this book had it all, secret love children, unexpected pregnancy, miscommunication, mistaken identity, hidden lovers, and so much more. If you need another reason to read, just know the steam level is high.

Devlin loves to tease his work partner, Eve. They throw barbs back and forth on a regular basis. Devlin has managed to keep his hands to himself for six years, for many reasons but the biggest being Eve was in a relationship. Now that is over. Eve is single. Devlin tells himself he can help her get over him, just this once. If they both know what it is going in, they can still maintain their work relationship. What Devlin doesn’t expect is falling deeper for Eve. Now he can’t imagine being with anyone with her.

There are so many hiccups, roadblocks, and power outages in their way! Will Devlin and Eve find away? Or will Devlin earn his nickname of Devil?

Find time in your week for this book. It is worth it!!

This author really brought a beautiful story to life. I felt so much as I read, the want to change our current living, but finding the path to do so, was the true challenge. Moving and inspirational read!

Peggy was such a great character and I was able not only to relate to her, but feel for her as well. She had grief, and I mean a lot within her time, and now her kids had gotten their own wings, she wanted to find hers. Doing so, took ambition, blood , sweat, and tears. Peggy had a lot of guilt as I said, its more than just that. The fears and issues she had to work through is something we all as we get older, may undergo one way or another. Not having someone (kids went off to college) a big one for me, not being enough. I found the book very light hearted and inspiring. Peggy and surrounding charters made the story very realistic, and beautiful i many ways. I truly felt for this story and Peggy, and loved the story with all my soul!

Absolutely loved this wonderful author. And the way they did their writing as well. I was very happy and impressed with this story! Loved it! Highly recommend this must read book and author!

Their witty quips and flirtatious comments have always just been how they function together, but now that they are both available at the same time, Devlin makes his move. Eve sees Devlin for what he is, a flirt and a ladies man. She’s not looking to start another relationship after hers just ended. However, Devlin has different ideas for Eve, plans to say the least. Can he change for her? And how can he convince her that he can? Loved this book! Amazing! So fun to read! This book is hot, witty, and extremely entertaining! You will be smiling and fawning over Devlin and Eve the entire time! This book is worth it. I can’t wait to re-read it again!

The Protector is a very good addition to the Freemasons series. It wasn’t my favorite of the four books but I still thoroughly enjoy it. Some very dark themes that are hard to review objectively. When one has gone through those things, who is one to sympathize or judge. Yes this is a work of fiction but the ptsd the main female character goes through is very real in today’s world. It’s scary to know young kids, men and women are taken every day from their families into the same life Renee was forced to live in this book.
This author is a favorite of mine for a reason, she writes her characters so well. The development and growth becomes a wonderful experience for the reader. You become invested in these characters and you don’t want their stories to end.
Declan and Renee have a long way to go. She’s broken and relearning how to live her life as the person she is now. He loves her so unconditionally he would do anything for her, even if it sacrifices his happiness. It’s as long as she’s happy. He doesn’t want to push her but just to be there for her.
Do Declan and Renee get to explore what was between them before she was taken?
How does she cope being back in the real world?
Like I’ve stated before the themes are dark but the love and romance throughout is absolutely beautiful.

This was a 5 star read. I’m really enjoying this series and the author. I got pulled in right from the start. Renee has had a tough early life. Declan is her brother’s best friend. These two have an attraction that continues to grow between them. I loved how sweet Declan was to Renee along with being protective. My emotions were all over the place. 5 Stars!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Protector is book 4 in this series and I very highly recommend reading all the books in order to get to know each character….and this story of Declan and Renee…..my heart….their story took me on a roller coaster of emotion.

Renee is finally home after being rescued as she abducted and taken to far away from Perth. The aftermath of her abduction has Renee on edge and fearful and the one comfort she has is being near Declan, who is her brother, Jude’s, best friend. Renee has so much healing and trauma to overcome, Declan is protective and patient and trying to be there for Renee in her recovery. Will Jude and Renee get the happily ever after they both deserve even when the person who set up the abduction of Renee returns? Definitely read and find out….

This story of Declan and Renee had so much….Danger, intrigue and some truly tender moments that I just loved….I love how the author intertwined each character in the book and this series of The Freemason was truly fabulous…so well done!!!

All I can say about this series is wow, and book four really blew me away. I just discovered this author in the last year and she is quickly becoming one of my favorites. This story is Renee and Declan’s story and while it is a slow burn it is definitely well worth it. The character development is simply amazing, the plot is fascinating, and the way that the story unfolds is just simply amazing. This is the fourth installment in this amazing series and I simply can’t wait for more. So whether you’re looking for a new series to read or just a new book, then simply pick up this one today.

This is a good book that touches on and talks about a heavy topic. Renee has been kidnapped by someone who deals in sex trafficking. When she returns she starts going through therapy to try and move on, but she of course has set backs from things that trigger those memories she hopes to forget. Her brothers best friend, Declan, was once one of her closest friends and they are once again working toward that close friendship, possibly more. Though Declan still has feelings for Renee he decides not to act on them in order for her to heal. When Renee goes missing again while at a wedding they can’t help but fear the worst. Was she kidnapped again? Or did she leave of her own accord? Will they get a happily ever after or is Renee too scarred from her past to be truly loved and happy?

This series is just simply amazing, and book three is the best one yet. I just discovered this author in the last year and she is quickly becoming one of my favorites. This story is Sienna and Jude’s story and it’s just simply breathtaking. The character development is simply amazing, the plot is fascinating, and the way that the story unfolds is just breathtaking. This is the third installment in this amazing series and I simply can’t wait for more. So whether you’re looking for a new series to read or just a new book, then simply pick up this one today.
