I really enjoyed this story! It is the second book in the series and I haven’t read the first but I had no trouble understanding the story at all and I absolutely would love to read book 1 now to fully understand the story and characters even better. I really liked Becky and thought that she was a great main character, I really liked Emily also! The authors writing was really engaging and I think I have definitely found a new author to follow! The pace and flow of the story was great and I couldn’t put it down – I read it in one sitting and fairly quickly. I am definitely looking forward to more from this author in the future.

Night Justice is the fantastic first book in the Chicago Vigilantes Series by India Kells. I have been a fan of India Kells’ writing for the last couple of years and was excited that she has brought out a new series. As expected I absolutely loved Night Justice. She has certainly got this new series off with an absolute bang! Orla is an investigative journalist whose latest assignment is to find out about a new drug called Phantom that’s about to sweep across Chicago. At the same time she’s trying to find out information about the vigilante that’s been operating in the area. Little did she know that the 2 investigations would merge into 1 very dangerous assignment for her. Sam is a vigilante working for Noctem Consulting who is trying to stop the introduction of the drug. After a chance meeting with Orla, when he was meant to be following her, the 2 work together to bring down the team bringing Phantom to their city. This is a very fact paced romantic thriller that will keep you gripped from beginning to end. I love how India Kells writes a fantastic thriller but also adds some very hot and steamy scenes that will have you needing to fan your face. I’ve never read an India Kells book that I haven’t loved and I can’t wait to read more from this series. It has all the markings of being another cracker! Night Justice is a MUST read.

Forgotten Chance is the third, and final, book in the Forgotten Trilogy…and probably my favorite! (Note: If you have not read books 1 and 2….you must do that first) Bryer and Nathan are getting married…and there is so much going on. Bryer is planning out her perfect day to the man she loves…but someone is plotting against her. Cash returns and is determined to ruin Bryer’s special day. Can Nathan and Bryer’s love overcome the obstacles that Cash is putting in their way…or will Cash finally destroy Bryer’s happiness?
This book is full of what I have come to expect from the series…love, humor, drama, and suspense. This book is the culmination of all the events that have happened since the first book. I really enjoyed reading this series!

Forgotten Chance: Book Three (The Forgotten Trilogy) by Virginia Wine. This book was amazing. I have loved the whole series but this just brought it all together. The day has finally come, the wedding of Nathan & Bryer but good ole Cash is going to try to ruin it. Cash is a pain in the bootie and he is making himself really look bad even though he is hurting and taking out his hurt on everyone else. Will Cash succeed in tearing Nathan & Bryer apart. They have come so far and overcome so many obstacles that it is hard to think they won’t make it. Can Bryer look toward her future and forget her past so that she and Nathan can truly be happy? I loved this book the most out of all three but they are all really good. This one will have your temperature rising and you might need a cold shower at the end. Do yourself a favor and read Forgotten Chance!

Bottomed Out is the fourth book in the Moto X series by Brooke May. This is the first book I have read be Ms. May and it definitely won’t be the last. That being said, this book can be read as a standalone, but I’m definitely going back to read the rest of this series. This book had my emotions going up and down like a roller coaster. Jax and Lennox are great characters. They have such chemistry, but they are very relatable. I love the other cast of characters in this book and hope to read more about them in the prior books in this series. This was a really enjoyable read.

Forgotten Chance: Book Three (Forgotten Trilogy) by Virginia Wine is a romantic suspense and the end of the story and the best of the books so far in this trilogy. You need to start with the first book and work your way through. This last book is a culmination of everything going on with Nathan and Bryer and the evil of their past that they have been trying to put to bed but just keeps raising its ugly head. Will Nathan and Bryer hang on to their love or will Cash ruin their chances of a happily ever after? Virginia keeps you on the edge of your seat as you try to figure out what’s around the next corner.

Bottomed Out (Moto X Series Book 4) by Brooke May was a super great and steamy read! I loved Jax, he was strong, smart, and capable. I loved his resilience. The pacing was good and I loved the plot. The experience felt real while I was reading. I feel like I was sitting with a friend who was updating me on her life. Definitely worth the read!

What a conclusion that was!! So much suspense that will keep you on the edge of your seat!!!! And the softer version doesn’t take away from Bryer and Nathan at all! I cant imagine what Virginia did to bring two different versions of this story but she truly did fantastic! A job well done indeed!!!

Bottomed Out (Moto X Series Book 4) by Brooke May. This book was amazing! I have loved this series but this was one of my favorites. I love Jax Hunt and he’s my new book boyfriend :). This is the story of Jax Hunt and Lennox Austin. Jax has always been determined and hard working but since he has a disability he feels like he has to work twice as hard to prove himself. He has set out to do anything that a person with 2 working legs can do and a lot of the time does it better. When he meets Lennox Austin he feels like she sees him for who he really is not his disability. Jax has always been consumed with being better at all things than the next guy and now he’s consumed with this beautiful, intelligent and strong woman. The only thing standing in their way is a very overprotective brother who is looking out for his sister! Will Jax be able to prove to Lennox’s brother that he is trustworthy? Night Justice by India Kells is the first installment of A Chicago Vigilantes series which is a dark romance with suspense. I was so excited to read this series when I saw it, between the synopsis and that cover. This is the first book I have read by this author but again won’t be the last, I love finding new authors that I fall in love with their work. This is a easy read that keeps you hook from the first page, there is so much adventure, action, mystery and then you add in the romance. Orla Karlsen is a reporter in Chicago who is determined to stop a new drug from spreading through the city but also to figure out who the masked Vigilante is giving his own justice to those who deserve it. Her and the Vigilante have such hot chemistry its off the charts. Highly recommend this book.

I enjoyed this book. This is a new author for me, I look forward to reading more from her. This is the second book in this series which can be read as a standalone. I will be going back for book one for sure. This is a well developed story that has characters that pop off the pages and into your heart. I had no problems connecting to them. Becky has many things going on in her life and they seem to be going well. What will happen when life throws a curveball into the mix? Will she take the leap of faith and beat her fears? I enjoyed the characters in this story. They kept the story engaging and had me turning pages. They brought twists and turns that made me want to know how things would turn out. I highly recommend this book and this author.

I loved reading the book REBECCA STEELE FINDING THE DREAM (REBECCA STEELE SERIES Book 2) by Joanne Patterson. It not only has a wonderful storyline, it also has wonderful characters too. Becky Steele is an amazing woman. She is strong, kind, loves animals, and is a star on the rise with her country music career. She has her best friend and sidekick Emily. Her world conspires to throw her a curve. What will happen? What does the future hold for Becky? Read this book to find out. This is a book that is exciting, entertaining, and just plain hard to put down until I had read the final page. I grew to care about what happens to Becky with each chapter that I read. I wanted her to be happy. There are some moments in the story that I didn’t see coming as well as moments that made me smile. The story did have my emotions going up and down the entire time I was reading. I loved that the story took place on a ranch and that animals, such as horses and dogs were included. Don’t miss out on Becky’s journey. It has romance as well as moments that touched my heart. I highly recommend reading it.

I found this book to be full of emotions. Jax is a strong character that has not let the events of the past complete sour his view of the future. I felt for his best friend, and roommate, Axle. There are previous books in this series that I have not read, but I think I am going to check them out to get caught up on his story. All the characters were interesting and it will be interesting to see any future books that they are in!

The Satan’s Devils Motorbike club is not your typical club….we meet a lot of hot alpha males and the bikers end up facing some of the social issues that we all face in today’s society.
Sex trafficking, disability, racism, grooming of young girls and overcoming the grief of losing a partner form the various backgrounds that these bikers have to face in order to win the woman they want to ride with through their life, but that is not always an easy ride.
The first book is Turning wheels, where we meet Sophie, who has a disability and Wraith, who is determined to show her that the disability doesn’t define her. However, in order to do so, he has to protect herself from inside and outside the club. And she has to overcome her demons.
The second book is Drummers beat. The president of the Satan’s Devil has not yet found a woman to be a partner in his life…..and then he meets Sam, who is broken at the side of the road. Drummer helps her out, but she then claimed to be the daughter of one of the members, he doesn’t believe her. Viper has made it well known he cannot have children, therefore she must be lying. He fights the attraction towards her, then admitting his attraction after she has been taken by a sex trafficking ring. It is a race against time for him to find her.
The third book is slick running, where we meet Ella, who has performed for the club as a service, but it had cost her a lot. Slick had claimed her a few months back, but he left him. Yet she needs help and he refused. She knew he wouldn’t go for her, she wasn’t his type at all. But he knew that the club owed her, and Slick starts to find out why she ran and he is now determined to get her back, and even willing to break up a child grooming ring to rescue Ella’s young sister.
The fourth book is Targeting Dart, who is a confirmed bachelor and is fighting his attraction to Alex, a curvy black girl. All he can offer is friendship to the woman who is fighting for the life of her sick child.
Her violent ex catches up with her , and Dart has to face up to his feelings and take on responsibilities he did not expect, both for the club and in his personal life.
The fifth book and my personal favourite is Heart Broken, where we meet Heart who is destroyed by his wife’s death and he goes on a journey from which he has no intention of returning. Yet, that voice on the phone keeps him going on. That voice on the phone is a cop, who seems to understand what he is going through. As the months past, when he actually gets the chance to join his wife, he does want to live. He owes that all to the cop. But the cops and bikers do not get on and it is out of the question to have a relationship……
This Boxset blew me away and took me through every emotion possible. The characters was great and I loved how each story was individual and interesting, yet it all wove together beautifully. Book 5 was my favourite, it was a brilliant friendship and very heartwarming. Very well written and cannot wait to read more.

I loved loved Jax and Lennox! Having a disability that you can see before you ever interact with someone can be very hard, I can imagine. Jax wants to be seen for him by a woman. These 2 were a great story to read and all the side characters too! I couldn’t put this book down, this author just knows how to weave a must read story. Ive been a small fan of motocross since I was little and love reading books about it. Must read!

You definitely should read book one and two to get the whole gist of the story before reading this one! Its worth the weekend of reading i couldn’t put it down! Night Justice by India Kells a five-star read that will bring justice to the story. This is number one in the Chicago Vigilantes novels and if you have read the women of Purgatory series you will see come characters pop up, but I will be clear and say that you don’t need to have read that series, its just an added extra like seeing an old friend in passing not your bestie after missing each other for 10 weeks, a nice bonus but not a major working part. Orla Karlsen is a very determined character and that can sometimes be a little bit of a flaw for her, when you throw in amazing chemistry and a Vigilante in the form of an Angel, well you have a winning story. It is very quick paced and will keep your adrenalin pumping and your heart a racing, if you like a dark suspenseful romance then you won’t go wrong with this story or this author.

Oh this series is one that I will be waiting impatiently for the next book to release. I have been a fan of Ms. Kells for a while now and now I’m a bigger fan because of this book. She nailed the darker suspense perfectly.
Orla has no fear and I love that about her. She has seen so much as an investigation journalist, including war so the streets of Chicago should be easy. Should be, but aren’t though the Vigilante is doing his part in making them safer.
We get to know the members of the this group and I’m so excited about this series.

Forgotten Chance by Virginia Wine was a great finale to the Forgotten series. I enjoyed following Bryer’s and Nathan’s romantic journey to this conclusion. This book was very suspenseful, steamy, and sweet! I won’t lie, I cried during some of it! My only complaint for this novel is the fact that along with the others, the timelines and time itself during the story are never really determined. The author just skips from one scene to another with no clear perception of the scene changing, or who is saying what, so I was a little confused. But other than that this was a great novel! I thoroughly enjoyed reading this series!

I think I am yet to read a book by this author that I haven’t loved. Her writing is as captivating as always and I was hooked from beginning to end. There was plenty of action from the very start. The characters in the story were great. I really liked Orla, she was strong, determined and wasn’t going to back down. I really enjoyed reading about her. I loved that there was a little romance in the story too. When Orla and The Vigilante meet their connection and chemistry was undeniable! Night Justice is a fantastic 5 star read, it has some darker romance elements to it which I loved! I am really excited to read the next book in the series!

Forgotten Chance is the thrilling final instalment in the Forgotten Trilogy by Virginia Wine. I have been gripped by Bryer and Nathan’s story so far and was excited to see how their story concluded. Virginia Wine truly saved the best till last. I absolutely loved this third and final book in the series. Nathan and Bryer have declared their love for each other and are now planning their wedding. As devoted as they are to each other, Bryer’s ex Cash is determined to split the couple up. As the book progresses we learn that there’s more to it than just wanting Bryer back. This book will take you on a twisting and turning journey with many surprises along the way that you are not expecting. It’s fast paced and full of drama and will keep you gripped. I also loved that we get more of the love/hate relationship between Bryer’s best friend Gen and Nathan’s best friend Clayton. The interactions between them added a great comedy element to the books. Added to that, the addition of a few characters from Virginia Wine’s Surviving Series was an added bonus. These were the books that first introduced me to this author and it was great to see them again. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and the series as a whole and would 100% recommend it.

I’m a huge Sylvie Stewart fan. All of her books are full of humor and heart. Once I start reading one of her books, I have a difficult time trying to put them down. Plus I’m always a sucker for second chance, enemies to lovers type of books. I absolutely loved reading about Jill and Milo. Jill is one of the spunky and hot heated female characters that really grabs your attention. Milo on the other hand is kind of grump but underneath it all he has the biggest heart of gold. I loved how they navigated through their past to get over their hard feelings but is it enough to give their future a try?
Sylvie Stewart is definitely one of my favorite One-click authors. All of her stories are different and bring a whole lot of heart to the table.

In this book we find Nathan and Bryer living their life and planning their marriage. However things don’t go as planned because Cash is still on the scene with another scheme.
Cash’s plan is to buy out the company Bryer works for as a way to keep her close.
Things start to go wrong when Nathan and Bryer discover that their marriage certificate doesn’t exist and that for some reason Bryer is shown as being married to Cash. All this is part of the scheme Cash is running to get his hands on the insurance money of Bryers parents.
With Cash calling the shots and causing mayhem again are Bryer and Nathan strong enough to overcome his scheming again or will this time be too much and break them apart for good.

What a kick off to a new series this book is! Orla is a top journalist that’s trying to keep a new drug off the street and also to dig into who/what this new vigilante is and if they’re good or bad. I was hooked from page one and I enjoyed every amazing minute of this story. I cant wait to see where this series goes from here. This author has a way with words to devour every single thing they write!

Night Justice (A Chicago Vigilantes Novel Book 1) by India Kells was an extremely suspenseful dark romance that had me turning page after page. Orla Karlsen is a reporter in Chicago determined to stop a new drug from spreading through her city. Alongside this mission, she wants to figure out who the Vigilante is, who is taking matters into his own hands. The Vigilante is on his own mission to stop the drug and figures Orla may be his ticket to getting to the bottom of it, before it starts killing people. As their relationship starts to blossom that’s when things start to get interesting, and hot. Will Orla be able to trust the mysterious man or will he betray her to keep his secrets safe. I couldn’t put this book down, I HAD to find out what happened next. I’ll be waiting anxiously for the next book.

The Matchmaker and the Marine is the perfect second chance romance book. Ms. Race is a new to me author and I am so glad that I read this book. This book drew me in from the very first page and I could not put it down until the very end. I loved the chemistry and back and forth banter between Melinda and Adam. After some tragic times for both of them, they are brought together when Adam goes to Melinda for help. This book will pull you in and keep you wanting more.
