I am truly amazed by this book! There is so much that I didn’t see coming and I’m an avid murder mystery reader! How is the third book in the Stalker Series by Megan Mitcham. This book follows FBI Special Agent Libby Irish. Libby has always wanted to be an FBI agent. However, her job and life is jeopardized when a picture of her on a crime scene leaks and goes viral. Then comes in Libby super tight lipped neighbor Jake Ronin. The man is as mysterious as is he is sexy. For some reason he wants to help Libby with this stalker that has risen out of nowhere because of that damn photo! These two fight the attraction that each other has. But you know it came down to fight or flight and when those two got together, let me tell you the heat was scorching! The sexy scenes were down right hot! The chemistry the two have together is simply amazing. This book has so many twists and turns and honestly, you have no idea who the stalker is until the very last minute and it mind blowing who it is! But I’m not telling you! You need to read for yourself! This story is so entertaining and I couldn’t stop flipping pages! You don’t have to read the first two books to read this one, but once again I always say to read them all in order first. Well done Ms. Mitcham!

Not So Far (Love Grows series, Book 3) by Renee Regent was a great 5 star read.
Once I started I was pulled right in.
This is Aubrey and Silas’s story. Aubrey is shocked when she sees Silas is back in town and wanting a second chance with her. She is still upset with Silas because of his leaving several years ago. She is finally in a good place with her life and not sure if she’s ready to let him back in.
Silas has some big regrets about leaving and he’s harboring a big secret that would hurt Aubrey. Seeing her again has brought back so many feelings. What he doesn’t know is that Aubrey has a secret of her own as well.
Will she be able to let Silas back in? What will happen when secrets come out?
Overall I really enjoyed this read, my emotions were all over the place. I loved Aubrey, she is very independent and not afraid to say what’s on her mind. You could feel the chemistry coming off the pages between these two. I look forward to reading more from this author and series. 1-click and get started today.

I could not put this book down once I started and the story we get here, after the first one was a ride itself, is another “buckle in and hold on” read. Bryer and Nathan are put to the test with Cash coming into the picture. Bryer must fight the pull in either direction and I couldn’t have asked for more than if I was watching a movie. Love this series!

Satan’s Devils MC Boxset Books 1-5 (Satans Devils MC Series) by Manda Mellett
5-Stars
Satan’s Devils MC Boxset Books 1-5 (Satans Devils MC Series) by Manda Mellett is an excellent collection of books. This box set is the best way to start this series. I love the author’s creativity and how it shines through her characters. They are all unique and realistic. They are funny, aggravating, mouthwatering, and romantic. These books are full of excellent stories and are entertaining. I highly recommend this box set and this author!

“Brothers protecting their own” I absolutely loved this boxed set of Manda Mellett’s ‘Satan’s Devils’ MC series, it includes books 1-5, as the blurb says, “Start your exciting ride with the first five books of the Satan’s Devils MC now available in a box set”. Although each book is a standalone story it is better to read the series in order as the characters crossover and past events are mentioned in future books. I loved having the box set as I could just ‘binge read’ them one after the other and having fallen in love with the characters I was desperate to know what was going to happen next. The series follows the members of the ‘Satan’s Devils’ MC which includes “hot alpha males who certainly aren’t shy in the bedroom”, and their strong feisty women, “who they want to ride with through life”. Book one, Turning Wheels, introduces the club and its members seen through the eyes of a disabled English woman, Sophie who is under their protection. Sophie is still coming to terms with being in a wheelchair and is overwhelmed at suddenly being in the middle of an American MC. We meet Wraith, the VP, who shows Sophie that her disability doesn’t define her. Wraith try’s to fight his attraction but when he needs to protect her from enemies he can not deny their chemistry. Book two, Drummer’s Beat, introduces MC President Drummer who has yet to find a women strong enough to be his ‘Old Lady’ until he meets Sam a fellow biker broken down at the side of the road. To make things complicated she claims to be another member, Vipers daughter. This storyline is a bit darker as it involves a sex trafficking ring and Drummer must find Sam before she’s lost to him forever. In book three, Slick Running, Slick had claimed Ella but then she ran away so when she returns needing help Slick is wary. The Satan’s Devils find themselves having to break up a child grooming ring and rescue Ella’s young sister. In,Targeting Dart, confirmed bachelor Dart fights his attraction to curvy black girl Alex. However all he can offer her is friendship as she fights for the life of her sick child. Dart has to step up when her violent ex reappears in her life and then they can’t fight their feelings for one another. Book five is, Heart Broken and following the death of his wife Heart is depressed and goes on a road trip he does not intend on returning from. The voice of a cop on the end of his phone keeps him going though and she alone seems to understand the emotions he is feeling but he does not think that a cop and an outlaw biker can have a relationship, can they? This series of books is full of amazing characters from officers, prospects and patched members of the Satan’s Devils and their Old Ladies to the club sweet butts. All the characters are well developed and have their own backstories which adds to the overall storylines. The books do deal with some dark themes, from disability, sex trafficking, grooming of young girls, racism, and overcoming the grief of losing a partner but this just adds depth to the books making this series so much more than, just another MC series. Each story is full of drama, action, suspense and of course romance and plenty of steamy scenes as the chemistry between the various couples sizzle off the page. Each book also takes you on an emotional rollercoaster but you always feel as though you are among friends as you get to know the characters so well thanks to the authors wonderful descriptions of them. I felt completely immersed in the Satan’s Devils world and found Mellett to be a wonderful writer and storyteller. I look forward to future books in this series and others by the author.

Forgotten Promise is the 2nd thrilling instalment in the Forgotten Series by Virginia Wine. Virginia Wine is an author I came to love when reading the Surviving Series and I’m loving this new series just as much as I enjoyed the Surviving Series. In this second book Nathan and Bryer are together and have declared their love for each other. Life should be perfect the happy couple but Bryer’s ex-fiance Cash is determined to do everything to break up the happy couple and win Bryer back for himself. When Cash resorts to his usual underhand tactics to cause problems for the couple and then manipulates Bryer to go to his home with him, will Bryer and Nathan’s relationship survive? I found this book moved at a much faster pace than the first book and also had a more sinister, suspenseful feel to it which I thoroughly enjoyed. I grew to love the characters of Nathan and Bryer even more as their journey continued and I can’t wait to read the next instalment in this series – Forgotten Chance.

The Hansel and Gretel Reimagined Anthology was great! I only read two stories out of the Anthology however. The two I read we’re chilling, shocking, and left me wanting more. In Hazel and Gretchen by Erin Lee, the author broke my heart with the abuse the children suffered. It was a very sad, chilling story. I wasn’t particularly fond of the ending, but it was a very chilling story. In Shadows That Move by Lorah Jaiyn, I was completely enraptured in the story. It was very chilling, very shocking, it was like reading my favorite horror movie. I honestly want Jaiyn to write a sequel to this short story, because I want to find out what happens next so bad! I can’t wait to eventually read the other stories in this set. The two I read were incredible!
Holy Smokes! This is another thrilling ride told perfectly by India Kells! There is friendship and camaraderie. Action, Suspense and some hot sexy scenes. I loved it all! I couldn’t put this down always wondering how it would end and would they ever really know each other. Orla is exactly what she portrays herself as. A hot shot journalist. The way she pieces things together…she is a great puzzler. She is strong mentally and isn’t afraid to always take that next step toward her success. Crazy steps at times but she still takes them.
I love this introduction to the Noctem group. It’s a break away from Purgatory, if you have read previous books by this author. This is a wonderful crew. Bad and yet good all at the same time. There is great interaction between them all. I almost like the hacker the best so far but the thief is no slouch. He is so stoic but yet seems to have a charming side.
This is an action filled start to a new series. I can’t wait to learn more about this crew and the men and women who will take them down a notch. I look forward to the next!

Audrey and Silas – yes please! Regent does such a fantastic job of weaving a story that immediately pulls you in and connect the characters, whether you want to or not. I was immediately invested in this storyline, guessing what may have happened, what the plot twist might be. And whether or not I guessed correctly I still couldn’t wait to read the next page. Loved every word and hope there is more coming in this series!!

Satan’s Devils MC Boxset Books 1-5 (Satan’s Devils MC Series) by Manda Mellett
5 +++++++ Stars but deserves so many more!
Manda Mellett is a master storyteller and I can confidently say that yes I’ve read a lot of MC books, and have loved many, but these are absolutely my favorites.
Turning Wheels – Sophie has been through so much just trying to help a friend escape an abusive relationship, and it’s not even over for her yet. Her friend managed to escape so the abuser is coming after Sophie for information and leverage. She is whisked away by an unlikely protector to the US and this is where we meet the Satan’s Devils MC. They have agreed to protect Sophie, which comes with many more issues she has to face. Next to Drummer, Wraith, and Soph I think Peg was my favorite character in this whole book. I had some favorite scenes as well, the phone scene was AWESOME and I almost felt like I was there watching these guys fall out of their chairs. Now I must jump into Drummers book, the book I have probably looked forward to the most.
Drummer’s Beat – This one was full of everything I love about Manda’s books but had that little touch of something extra. I can feel how strong this MC is growing. The strength, the brotherhood, the loyalty, and the family. It’s all because of Drum’s leadership and it blows me away. Drummer and Sam’s book again, will always be a favorite! Dear Lord, if you have not opened the world of the Satan’s Devils, you must do so, I literally can’t imagine not having these stories in my life.
Slick Running – This one came right out of the shoot tearing at my emotions, and I’m not sure those emotions ever evened out while reading the rest. This one kinda sorta has two storylines, one started back in book #1 and I love the way that was all handled..took me a second and I was like whoa hold on this sounds familiar then I actually went back and paid attention to the times given to me at the beginning of the chapters. Slick has absolutely positively won every ounce of respect I can muster up, I felt so bad for him because he didn’t know the whole story about Ella and what she went through and acted rashly, as well as how Ella was dealing with it all. There are alot of moving parts to this whole book, and in some ways it’s because I know what is to come down the road. This is now another of my favorites from all of these series and can not wait to jump into the next story which I will be doing as soon as i’m done typing this review.
Targeting Dart – Wow this book had a lot!!..So much going on through the whole story that there’s no way I could sum it all up in this one review, Just know that these first 5 books of this series should absolutely be read in order..There are ongoing stories and issues being dealt with and Im afraid picking any of them up out of order will not give you what you need to fully appreciate everything. Oh my goodness, Dart and Alex and this club, whew what a ride this was. Danger, heartbreak, fear, bylaw changes, betrayal, love, and a few scenes that totally blew me away and not in the best way. Then bring in Heart’s continued story and I’m literally emotionally wrecked! This author has no fear of tackling some tough scenes.Scenes that you just don’t normally have pop up in books, and if they do there are usually saviors rushing in, but she plays these out and it floors me. She has like a million books in all of the Satan’s Devils spread out through a few different chapters and cities and I just can’t figure out how she can have this many books and each one is so very different!
Heart Broken – I knew going in that this would be a tough book to read and oh how right I was. I went from loving Heart, to hating Heart, to wanting to crawl through my kindle and smack Heart, then I wanted to Hug Heart, I was an emotional wreck while reading this. His story spans 3 books, well actually 4 if you count the novella that I’m buying today. Although there was again a whole lot going on in this story, this author found a way to tie up so many things and also somehow tie them all together even if just slightly.
I can’t find the right word to sum up this Author’s talent and give her the justice she deserves but if I had to pick one or two they would be Brilliant Perfection!
Manda Mellett is a master storyteller and I can confidently say that yes I’ve read a lot of MC books, and have loved many, but these are absolutely my favorites.

Not So Far ( Love Grows Series Book 3) by Renee Regent. This was the first book I have read in this series and by this author. I didn’t feel like I missed anything yet not reading the previous books in this series, but I will be going back and reading them!! This book definitely pulled me in from the beginning and I could not put this down until I was done. My heart broke for both Silas and Audrey. I absolutely loved how they were both thinking about each other at pretty much the same time. They both went through emotional journeys to get were they both needed to be and belonged. The chemistry and love that they had for each other was amazing!!! I can not wait to see what is in store for us next!!!

Hansel & Gretel (Down the Rabbit Hole) Anthology filled with five-star stories. This is a great collection as each author puts their own twist on a classic story, there are so many different ways this bunch have gone, from scary, to fantasy, to romance and its seems a little of everything along the way. I will be honest and admit I picked this up as it had Autumn Sand in it, not realising they are just the co-ordinator, but honestly I didn’t mind as the others pulled me into their story’s and I enjoyed getting some new authors to lightly stalk. Especially Cee Cee Elaine her story had me looking outside to see if we were going to be heading to bunkers as it was scarily real at the present lock down time. Lorah Jaiyn was another one that made me really think about how we see people and react to things, it was a powerful story on its own. Debra Parmley story was another winner in my eyes, but to be honest there wasn’t a story I didn’t enjoy.
I love a twist on a classic and this anthology spared no possible twist. I wasn’t prepared for the extensive differences between stories but would be hard pressed to pick a favorite from the bunch. Unique and fabulously detailed, each page brought something new. A fantastic anthology for all fantasy lovers to pick up – especially if you are looking for something different.
I am just going to come out and say, I loved this novella. Sunshine Kisses by Elaine Marie is most definitely a 5 star read for me. It wasn’t quite what I anticipated at the start (whatever that even means) but I was invested by page two. It was a quick read and truly enjoyable from start to finish. This was my absolute first read by this author and I am ready to download everything by her. I loved the premise of the book when I read the synopsis and truly feel like the writing and storyline delivered. I enjoyed the characters, the flow of the story and really, like I mentioned, I loved it. Period.

I loved this story! Crystal and Spencer were great to read about. This author just knows how to grab you and take you through the story like you’re living it. This can be read as a standalone and you’ll want to have time to read this as you won’t be able to put it down once you start. Cannot wait for more from this author, going on my to watch list.

Wow! What a very well written suspense! And even though its the softer version, that didn’t take away from the storyline at all!!! Such large personality from all the characters—its hard to find flaw in the writing! Such an exciting series with a phenomenal set of characters that will keep you on the edge if your seats!!

Sunshine Kisses is a fast-read romance novella. While this book is part of series, it can stand-alone with the same gripping emotional ties you would expect from any romance story. Once you start, it is difficult to put down and you will find yourself saying “Just one more chapter” over and over again. I found some transitions to seem rushed, but I also found myself reading faster and thinking about how fast life really is, especially for someone with a condition such as the main character’s, which may have been the authors intent.
This story follows a short time between two people, Crystal and Spencer, who have known each other for years, but never considered the option of more… until now. However, given Crystal’s current medical situation, she would prefer to keep her distance, despite what her losses may be in the field of love. The main question you will keep asking yourself is can love overcome fear? Read this story to find out more!

What an epic story with an epic love! Sometimes steamy romance novels feel superficial. But Wine continues to weave a great story that is rich with depth and color. I love these characters and simply couldn’t put this book down to find out exactly what would happen. I don’t want to give it away but suffice it to say if you like romance books at all, steam or no, you need to pick this up. It’s got it all!

Satan’s Devils MC Boxset 1 Books 1-5: Brothers protecting their own by Manda Mellett is where it all started for the MC. I didn’t find Manda until I reviewed the sixth book in the series, but it cemented my obsession. I am glad that I went straight back to the beginning and fell in love and the rest as they say is history.
Book 1 – Turning the Wheel (Satan’s Devils MC) – Sophie and Wraith’s story Book 2 – Drummer’s Beat (Satan’s Devils MC) – Sam and Drummer’s story Book 3 – Slick Running (Satan’s Devils MC) – Ella and Slick’s story Book 4 – Targeting Dart (Satan’s Devils MC) – Dart and Alex’s story Book 5 – Heart Broken (Satan’s Devils MC) – Heart’s story
Each book is about a member of the MC and enemies and the women who have come into their lives. Each one is an alpha male and sexy and each woman has been broken but come out strong. With each woman comes major problems to the club but they always band together as brothers and make sure no one will hurt them again. Lives will be lost, hearts broken, violence is a given, danger is bound, and love is powerful. There are many laughs and lots of tears along each journey.
It is no surprise when I say that I absolutely love this series and the offshoot series. I am addicted.

Satan’s Devils MC Boxset 1 Books 1-5: Brothers protecting their own is a wonderfully written MC series by Manda Mellett. Like other MC books, these stories are full of the sexy, hot, dominant men that deal with day to day club tasks. What I really like about this series is that each story deals with deeper issues, some that wouldn’t expect alpha males to deal with. Another great thing about this series is that each story can be read on their own but they are the best when reading one after the other.
My favorite story out of box set is Drummer’s Beat. Drummer is the president of the Satan’s Devils MC. He hasn’t been able to find an old lady…until Sam. Same broke down on the side of the road and Drummer helped her. Sam claims she is the daughter of Viper, but they all know he can’t have kids so Drummer is skeptical. When Sam is taken by sex trafficking ring, Drummer is determined to find her and claim her before it’s too late. One of the reasons I enjoyed this book the most is because of how the author deals with such a real life issue, sex trafficking. The chemistry between Drummer and Sam is another reason why I loved this story.

Manda Mellett has given us die hard MC lovers a gift – she has combined the first five books of her Satan’s Devils MC series into a Boxset! If you have not read any of her books before, I suggest that you grab the boxset and do not bother getting them one by one as I promise you that you will want to read every single one of them and then you will venture into the spin offs and once you merge from your binge reading you will look around and wonder how come that the world is still the same as you have been through sex trafficking, disability, racism, grief and so much more! The first book – Turning Wheels – is Sophie and Wraith’s story. Sophie and Wraith, the clubs VP, meet when he shows up at her house to protect her from the man that put her in the wheelchair. She is having hard time to accept the fact that she will be in the wheelchair til the rest of her life. The more time they spend together the closer they get and the rest is history …
The second book is Drummer’s Beat and it gives us Sam and Drummer’s story. Drummer is the President of the MC and he is a lone island when it comes to women. He fights his attraction to Sam but when she is taken by a sex trafficking group, he has to face the reality and his need to claim her.
The third book is Slick Running and it is Ella and Slick’s story. In some ways it is the darkest story so far and it will break your heart. There is so much more than what meets the eye and Slick needs to face the fact why Ella ran from him and he has no choice but to go after her.
The fourth book of the series is Targeting Dart and it gives us Dart and Alex’s story. Dart does not do commitments and even though the curvy black girl who is fighting for the life her sick child, he thinks that he can only offer her friendship. Just wait until her violent ex enters the scene and all the bets are off! The fifth book of the set is Heart Broken and it is a story of heart break, be prepared, this story pulls you deep. It is the story of Heart who leaves on a journey after the death of his wife and he is not planning to return … but not all is lost, there is a voice on the phone, a cop’s voice that keeps him tethered and his journey is not yet at end … I welcome to the world of MC, the universe of Satan’s Devils! Once you enter, you will not want to leave and luckily for us, the writer is giving us one compelling story after another and there is a spin off and now, we also have the second generation!

Sunshine Kisses is the 2nd novella in the Kisses series by Elaine Marie. I did not read the first (Snow Kisses) but still enjoyed this one. It can be read as a stand alone, but now I want to go back to read the prior book. This book centers around Crystal and Spencer. They are long time friends, but are about to move into something more. Crystal’s best friend’s wedding is coming up, and its a destination wedding. The perfect time for a vacation fling. Crystal just found out she has some medical problems, and wants to have fun, in case she doesn’t have much time left. She didn’t expect the fling to be with one of her friends…and isn’t sure if its the best idea. While Spencer has crushed on her for years, she never saw him as anything potential, until just days before. This book has some heated scenes, but nothing over the top dirty. It is a cute, quick read that I recommend to anyone who enjoys romance novels with a happily ever after.

Sunshine Kisses (A Kisses Novella) is by Elaine Marie and such a great short read book. I fell in love instantly and have already added more books to my TBR list for the year. This was an emotional read as the character Crystal is dealing with a medical condition but living her life to the fullest. When she decided to have a fling, she never expected it to be Spencer. Spencer has had a crush on her for years and just wants to be seen. Will these two be able to work it out? Or will Crystal let her medical condition control their situation? I found myself on that roller-coaster where you cry, laugh or aren’t really sure what you should feel. This book was written amazing and I cannot wait to read more from this author!

I absolutely loved this book! This is the second book in this series and it was just as good if not better than the first. This author seems to know everything that a good book needs and has nailed it on every single book that I have read by her. I feel like I am living the story with the characters and I get to experience it right along with them. I enjoyed the characters and the love and major chemistry they had between them. There was struggle and heartache and I enjoyed every minute of it. I am looking forward to reading more of this series and more by this author in the future! Happy Reading!

This is quite the emotional rollercoaster…and I think it’s because it is a real-life situation that some find themselves in. Crystal’s best friend is getting married…and Crystal wants to have a fling while she is at the wedding. She recently got some bad news from her doctor and she is determined to life her life to the fullest for as long as she can. One of her best friends, Spencer, ends up being just the person to fill the position of boy toy. However, what happens when the truth about her health comes out? Can Spencer accept that? Can he accept the rules they have agreed on once they return to their everyday lives? You’re going to have to read to find out. This was a quick and easy read. I found myself relating to the characters and immersing myself in their world for a bit. While it is full of feels, it is worth every one!

I’m a massive fan of Manda Mellett’s books. She always brings something different to the table with every story she writes. This boxset is the first 5 books in her Satan’s Devil’s MC series and I couldn’t put it down. These men are definitely alpha and the chemistry between them and their love completely sizzled the pages. When I was first introduced to this author’s books, it was with stories that come later on in the series so it was so nice to go back and read about characters that I’ve already been introduced to and read about their HEA. Manda Mellett has a way of sucking you into her stories to the point you get completely invested in these characters lives. She is definitely my go-to one-click author!

Hansel & Gretel Down the Rabbit Hole Anthology By Amy Allen and 4 more ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ This is loaded with many versions of Hansel and Gretel. Everyone worth the read. While I read all of the versions, my favorites are……
The Sweetest Day – by Debra Parley Every Story has a beginning, but the gingerbread and candy house were missing. That is what makes this story fun to read. Welcome to the pretty princess pink house. I love this version and that is what made Debra Parley a fun author. Her story is complete in its few pages. The characters are clever and perfect for this story. Job Well Done Debra Parley!
The Shadows That Move – Lorah Jaiyn Okay! This story also took you on a different rollercoaster ride. The house involved is bound by tall trees and the shadows within. Missing children, strong women and Witches oh my. Lorah Jan wrote this suspense building story. She also left you wanting more, so much more that I will be stalking this author for more stories. The best part about reading Anthologies is the fact it guides you to look up and read other authors.
I can easily say this one is my FAVORITE of the series! The author nailed it! Strong female and a Silent male. Haha. Just kidding. (Silent male..) Libby is the FBI agent of this group of girls. She is a no nonsense woman who has had to make her way in a male dominated job. She pushes harder and works faster which make her a strong female lead. We have heard about her sexy neighbor whom she won’t make contact with in past books. Well she finally gets her chance! But he doesn’t talk…oh he speaks well enough…with his silence and stares. As more encounters happen I find I really REALLY like him. He has secrets he isn’t ready to share, he is super duper sexy and he loves animals. Need I say more? He is a great book boyfriend.
I love getting to see all the girls from the previous stories as well as their menfolk. Seeing them all hanging out is a treat.
Overall I LOVED this story! It’s fast paced and I could hardly put it down because I couldn’t wait to see what would happen next. Would she survive her stalker, would her neighbor finally talk to her or would her cat ever like her? The suspense killed me!
I highly recommend this as it’s going on my favorites list!

Practically-minded, brutally honest, Carol Winters is at the peak of her career and for the most part has avoided relationships by her own default. Her boundaries are tested when she’s chosen as lead designer for Calderone Industries and must work with the bosses’ son. He’s creative and handsome but he’s intervening with her work. Charles Calderone is an expert at the finer things in life but doesn’t want to settle for just a job when his knowledge expands further than just that. Being VP at the family’s firm is challenging (to say the least) but he’s got his sights on an architect. As she is gorgeous and gifted, but she annoys the hell out of him by bugging him to consult on every design decision! The more heated their arguments get, the more they learn to like one another but their worlds entwine sooner than later. They have to wiggle through their madness to find common ground but will they? Or will both their careers be lost because of this? I found that this book was sweet, romantic and unpredictable. The tit for tat battle these two create for themselves make the book playful. Their work relations make it more adult and I found it very intriguing to read. I loved this pleasant read!

As a fan of the first book, I love the way Nathan and Bryer love each other. I think they’re together for a greater reason than even they can even know about. They’ve taken the time to establish their foundation and cement their love. I hated Cash for trying to come through and break them up. This book will have you praying Bryer sees through just how arrogant and pompous Cash is and lives happily ever after with Nathan. Great read — wonderful characters, romantic and entertaining.
