I enjoyed this paranormal story. This is a newer author for me and I look forward to seeing what is next for him. This is a well written story about Alena who lost everything in one snowy night. She was raised by the Guild of thieves and assassins. Now she is back as a hunter, Slayer. She has something that her new employer wants and how far they will go to get it back has no limits. What will happen to her? This was a great story that I read in one afternoon. It is fast paced and entertaining to read. The characters are relatable and brought the story to life. An engaging story that kept me turning pages to the end. I highly recommend this book.
