The Befallen (The Unsung and The Wolf Duology) by Cambria Williams – Review by Katie Turner

The BefallenThe Befallen by Cambria Williams
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Befallen, by Cambria Williams is a thrilling fantasy story. Sloane, who just wishes to not be invisible, embarks on a journey alone that her father would normally accompany her on. However,
he cannot come this time and she has to be strong and go by herself. Sloane is disabled from a birth defect, but she doesn’t want to be special, just seen as a person. When she returns, things are not how she expected them to be. Tolvar has not had it easy but upon crossing paths with Sloane, he acquires to be better.

I absolutely loved Sloane and her strength. I felt the characters were well written and the depth of the development had me turning pages until the very end. I highly recommend and although this was my first book by Cambria Williams, I would not hesitate to pick up another story by this author!
