Elijah and Jude had a happenstance meeting when they became neighbors. Their first night in their new home his infant son is inseccently crying. Nothing Elijah does soothes him. Jude, who was trying to enjoy his solitude, is interrupted and gets annoyed. When he sees the forlorn single father he offers his assistance. As they grow close and feelings start becoming more romantic, Elijah’s past comes roaring back with a vengance. It puts him as well as Griffin in danger. Jude can’t just stand by and watch the little family he has come to love get hurt. He’d rather live without them knowing they are safe than to live knowing they are gone forever. Will Jude be able to keep them safe?
