My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This was a touching love story about 2 people who have had trouble and heartache in their lives overcoming it to be together and finding happiness again.

Melinda is a matchmaker. Her job and passion in life is to find people their perfect match and create as many happy ever afters as possible. She is able to do this for everyone apart from herself.
After her husband got killed by a drunk driver she feels she can’t even expect love again. That is until she meets Adam.

Adam is a retired Marine. He left due to an injury that means his leg was amputated. That same fact is something he doesn’t want anyone knowing about especially not Melinda.
He goes to Melinda to sign up to her dating site to find him his perfect match but what neither of them expect to find is that they are perfect matches for each other.

Can they both overcome their pasts to be able to build a future together? Will Melinda still accept Adam completely despite his disability and will Adam feel able to trust Melinda enough to show himself to her completely.
