Ian Troy is haunted by the past, tempted constantly to repeat it and is bombarded by those who want to use him for their own confusing reasons. I liked Ian from the start, he has a good heart, a conscience and a need to do the right thing. Sometimes the right thing is not very clear. Ian doesn’t trust easily and finds himself alongside a couple of unlikely allies. He has a hard time believing in himself, but these two see there is something more to him.
