This is my second book by this author and I loved it even more than the first that I read. I love the writing style and the smooth flow of every word. I think one of my favorite things about the whole book was the way she wrote the interaction between these characters, the way it all just seemed natural and maybe some parts not so natural but this author made it all seem real, like pulling a gun on your husband and it being like one of my favorite scenes in the whole book. LOL

Much of the story was about something that is completely real in our world today and that part wasn’t so easy to read about but again it was handled beautifully.

I can not wait for more on this series and more of the interaction with these characters, I could almost picture this as a series on TV and if that happened I’d definitely be watching it.

The only negative I have about this book is that it ended, leaving me wanting so so much more.

Loved It!!

I loved this collection so so much. I have read books by a couple of these authors and loved them, what I really like is that now I have a few more authors to follow. Every story in this anthology was a 5 star read for me, a few of them I didn’t want to end and wish they could have been longer. Each one had a common thread with the hero part of the storyline, and this was shared by each author in a different way.

I don’t normally like reading anthologies and the only reason I took a chance on this one was a couple of the authors I have already experienced and the Christmas theme because I love anything Christmas. This one had everything I want in my books and I’m so very glad I picked it up.

I highly recommend reading this and I also can not wait to read it again next Christmas.

Many thanks to these extremely talented authors.

This was a quick, easy to read, amazingly awesome story. I have grown to love this author so so much and this short but jam packed full of awesomeness just strengthened that so much more.

I felt every emotion in this story that was meant to be felt. I’ve read a lot of Christmas Stories but this one hit the mark. It was probably as real as it gets and on one hand so so sad, yet on the other so emotionally inspiring. I loved Callie and I felt for her as she was so strong and forced to take on the world’s problems for her family at such a young age.

I hated for this story to end, I loved reading about this family and wish there was more about Callie and her future. I loved loved loved and adored the end of this amazing story!

Many many thanks to this author for writing a brilliant Christmas story and I can not find the words to stress how much I recommend reading this!

This was a nice change from what I normally read. Not all the topics or happenings in this story were the easiest to read but life as a young adult in these times isn’t easy so it was pretty real and spot on in most parts.

This is my first read by this author and I sincerely enjoyed the style of writing. I don’t normally enjoy books where there’s more inner thoughts written then actual dialogue but in a lot of ways this one worked and with the way the world is today, where we feel like we are going backwards instead of forward this book fit right in.

I will definitely be watching for more by this author and I would recommend reading this story!

This author has quickly become a favorite of mine. I Loved the first of this series and this one was no different. Karina is absolutely one of my favorite female leads, there’s no doubt…and her relationship and interaction with Mike is awesome.

I was on the edge of my seat the entire book, this author wastes no time getting started in her stories and I loved that some of the characters from the last book were still right in the thick of things, right down to Mrs. Thundermuffin LOL

I am totally addicted to this series and can not wait for more, Karina has me shaking my head more often than not in these stories but I just know I would love to be her friend and love to be right there with her in her quests to find the truth.

Highly recommend, but read these in order…This one could possibly be considered a stand alone..But dont, I promise, you need to read them both! 🙂

I was so happy to jump back into Dane & Shana’s story…I have read them all so far apart and can not wait to read them all back to back someday when the series ends…Although I don’t think I ever want this series to end. I will miss them all so much! I seriously do not recommend reading these out of order…The progression of these two awesome characters needs to be read in full and in order so that you get the full picture.

On a trip to Australia to meet Shana’s family which should have been a wonderful relaxing time turns to anything but relaxing by the time it is over. You just know something is going to turn bad when Dane gets a call while on the plane heading to Australia from his good friend Peter, the governor of Massachusetts who says…”Get off that plane before you land in Sydney”

It seems Shana’s past has other plans for the newly engaged couple and Shana’s Mom who is being used as bait.

This was just another amazing addition to this already amazing series. I love love love this author and can’t recommend her enough, this series in my opinion would make an awesome TV series and I can’t wait for the next one and am hoping that some of our favorite people from the past books get to come back into play.

Run..Don’t walk and one click this whole series 🙂

I have now read all of the Christmas Kiss books and I already can not wait to read them all again, just like everything else this author writes they are all in a class of their own. I loved this one as much as I loved the rest. I’m trying to think of a way to describe this story. It was like nothing else I’ve ever read, I’m thinking it was kind of awesome how she plotted out this romance that almost wasn’t between Dan and Kat and how the total lack of communication caused so much wasted time between these two.

Then there is Brian….Probably my favorite character in the whole book LOL

I love everything and anything this author writes I’ve about run out of words to explain how much, she is an absolute favorite of mine and since I never know what I might get when I open one of her books it makes me look forward to every one of them.

I highly recommend this whole series, full of Christmas Spirit and clean romance.

Awesome book, Fantastic series, Amazing Author!!!

This was a quick short read, only 48 pages and full of steamy content. It was hard getting into a lot of it because everything moved so fast and consisted mainly of hot steamy sex scenes while travelling through Brads fantasies. Come to think of it, the sexual content would make this book a prime candidate for a film adaptation on a website such as fuckvideos.xxx. I would definitely be intrigued to see how the storyline would pan out in a movie. As you can probably guess, I definitely would not recommend this book for anyone under 18.

This is my 3rd book by this author and I do think I enjoyed the first Guilty Pleasures a bit more than this one, but in saying that it was kind of nice not having a heavy plot going on and I could just read, which is why I guess I wish each fantasy had a bit more to it.

Would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick read full of erotica without much plot, I will say this author writes this genre very well.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I’ve read the majority of this series and although they can be read as standalones I am so happy I finally went back and read book 1. This is absolutely one of my favorite series ever, and this author is in my top 10 all time favorites.

Dane and Lauren have been one of my favorite couples in this series and I’m so glad to finally have their story. I love how all of this came together and she also has a way of leaving me normally with cliffhangers that make me want to scream but in this series she doesn’t do that…What she DOES do is give you little snippets of what is to come all wound up in the ending of these books and just when you think YES no cliffhanger…BOOM she knocks you in the head with needing the next book like right now. Sorry i know that’s all a bit dramatic but its fact! LOL

Fortis Security and all that are involved with it are simply amazing, i finally got to read about all of the characters I have grown to love and see how this all began. It was kind of fun reading them out of order but now that I’ve read book 1, I will continue and reread every one of them again.

If you have not read anything by Maddie Wade first What are you waiting for? And Second start right here you will fall in love!!

I loved this part of this series. I think this is my favorite so far and that’s saying a lot because I loved the first two.

This was a super quick read that grabbed me from page 1 and although it is so short is was full of content, but not so full that it felt crammed in. If I had one complaint about this story it’s just that it ended and I would have loved to have seen this story play out in a full length novel. I loved Billie, she was completely awesome and the fact that she had a job that is different then most made it that much more appealing to me. I loved the sense of family in this story and the small town feel. There was only a small glance into Leroy’s life and what we did learn explained a lot about how these two ended up where they were at that time. Its that total lack of communication thing. I actually liked how their first couple meetings went after not seeing each other for years..those meetings are normally all sweet and beautiful but these I actually had to shake my head and laugh at how these two handled it.

Again I feel like a broken record but I sincerely love anything this author writes..She’s an automatic one click for me, if her name is there I read it!

This was a super fast fun read that I totally enjoyed. It was different than I was expecting and I’m completely happy with that.

This had a bit of a different storyline that made it even more enjoyable and for me anything Christmas is a winner. It moved along at a super quick pace that really didn’t seem that way. The writing was flawless and the characters were fun. I do wish there had been more time for some character building, but in saying that I still loved them. I also loved that there was just enough time in this short read for the business deal part of the story.

I loved Jake and he made me laugh with his inner dialogue about children and Gladdie was completely awesome. LOL

Awesome book and I can’t wait to look into what else this author has available.

So I’m not completely sure how many of this authors books I have read now but I know it’s been more than a few and that total will continue to grow. I love every single story I pick up by her.

This one had a completely different kind of story line, it was a quick read and the adventures with Mel never really let up throughout. It was fun watching her drop everything to fly to Spain to house sit for her aunt and she actually can’t wait to visit her aunts little house on the beach.
The adventures start during her plane ride and just kept going.

I love fast moving quick reads and then add in a hot spanish guy and a grumpy neighbor and a whole boatload of chores she wasn’t expecting with Christmas fast approaching this turned out to be an awesome story, and I wondered all the way through how this book got its name and now I know.

I highly recommend this and any book by this author. She is an absolute favorite and I can’t wait to dig into Christmas Kiss #3

This is my first book by this author and I completely fell in love with it. The storyline although something I hope I never have to understand aside from reading about it was awesome and the writing style had me at word one.

This had a mixture of all the feels, I smiled, I even laughed a bit here and there, it had sadness, confusion, and my favorite determination. This author took me on a journey through watching your life get totally turned upside down and everything it took to right itself again. The emotions she had Lia feeling came through loud and clear and I felt them all. Lia was an amazing character and has now been added to my list of favorites.

One thing my husband and I pride ourselves on is our communication skills and we are both believers in it being the only key to a successful marriage and if that had just been practiced in this story, well…… then there might not have been a story so I’m glad it turned out like it did. LOL

This was a fantastic book and I can’t wait to see what else is available by this author and am so confused as to why I haven’t read any of her books before now.

I was so so so excited when I found this book, I read Primogenito quite a while back and of course loved it as with any book by this author and when I found this one and then realized it was the prequel I was even more thrilled. To write a story that goes back before the brilliance of Primogenito and getting to know these people a little more and understanding how this story started was genius. This author continues to amaze me and I absolutely can not say enough about how much I love her stories and how she forms the storylines.

This one was nothing short of heart breaking and I held my breath a few times and felt some deep rooted anger that had me wanting to crawl into my kindle and show a few people what they could do with their protected secrets!! The emotions that were portrayed in this story made them feel so so real because they weren’t just written they were formed with the greatest care and I felt as close to understanding how these people were feeling as I possibly could.

I just don’t know how to put in words my love for this author’s writing, even if some of the things she writes are so very hard to read she does it in a way that you can tell she thought about her readers as she wrote her words.

I HIGHLY recommend this and every book this author has, I became a forever fan after the first book I read by her and that continues to be the case.

I love a good cowboy book and getting 6 was awesome. As a collection each one had their own unique storyline and although I do have a couple favorites I sincerely enjoyed all of them. A bit predictable all the way through but each story was enjoyable and I also loved that the entire anthology was under 500 pages which made it easier to read in just over a day.

I highly recommend getting comfortable and settling in for these stories, I’ll guarantee there is something for everyone in this collection.

I was so scared to start this book because I just knew when I finished Id want to jump right into the second book of The Brothers of Camelot and that is exactly what has happened. I love how this author started the Brothers series and then went into these 3 prequels. The My Life Series was awesome and the way she pulled in the Brothers in this story was brilliant. This author has to have a pile of notes or a white board with all kinds of stuff on it because she didn’t miss anything. Everything ties in perfectly and I truly believe Aless’s story needed to be told and this just has me needing the next book like right now!!

This part of Aless’s story was so full of twists and turns and I just can’t wait to see how this will all play out in her future. She’s probably one of the strongest female leads I have ever read about and I do hope that where she is now and what is to come she is able to find her softer side but I’m thinking that she will still need all of her training because we haven’t experienced yet the reaction to her actions in this story, that transition happened a bit too easy and I have a feeling the repercussions are still to come.

I have to stop there because I’m too tempted to give away too much! I loved this book as well as the whole series. Im praying the release of The Brothers book 2 if not far off. I’m so thankful I found this author, definitely added to my one click list.

I loved all 3 of the books in this set. I love this author…what she does is take subjects that may not be a chosen read for me and makes me choose them. She takes subjects that I don’t choose or completely understand and makes them seem just normal.

This series revolves around a Swingers club and a group of people I have fallen absolutely in love with.

In my opinion it says a lot about an author when she has a series out that deals with something I don’t understand or want to understand as far as the swinger lifestyle yet I find myself not being able to wait for each book in that series. I love the people in this series and their stories, but what I love the most is this author’s way of telling their stories.

I am a forever fan of this author and it really doesn’t matter what she writes, if her name is on it I read it. I don’t even care what the subject is it seems that even lifestyles I don’t understand keep me coming back for more.

I can’t recommend this series or this author enough. Read them in order because then I promise you will also fall in love with these people and have favorites as I do.

This is the 3rd part of this series and I loved it as much as the first. There was a lot going on and there were more than a few times I was like noooooo this can not happen, and there were more than a few times I wanted to smack Katarina upside her head..I couldn’t believe a couple things she did in this book, and if she had just listened half the time things would have gone much smoother. In saying that there were a few times I loved her taking control and then her poor security detail…LOL

Like I said there is a lot going on in this story but it all leads to one person and I’m hoping that book 4 will finally get this person figured out and out of the lives of Katarina and Chase and everyone else close to them. I can honestly say I’ve never seen people fly so much before in my life. Everytime I turned the page they were boarding this jet or this helicopter so I don’t have a book hangover, I have severe jet lag lol

I’m moving right on to book 4 as soon as I’m done writing this review. I love this series and I love this author, by now I’ve usually lost interest in a normal series but this one has me totally hooked and is as fresh as the beginning which just shows the talent this author has and her words flow so effortlessly.

I love it and can’t wait for more!

She just can’t win when it comes to staying out of the line of fire with being framed for murder and getting out of that to now suspecting the king of being behind guild members being kidnapped and now the enemy has entered the city.

There was some parts of this story that made me so angry and then parts that were so so sad. You don’t really ever know what your gonna get when you open up one of this authors books and I love that.

Can’t wait for the next story in this series, I have so many questions about Hale and what his future holds as well as Wren and the Guild itself.

I Love this series and I love this author and I highly recommend starting at the beginning and reading these books and let me also mention that the covers on these books are completely awesome!!

I always wanted to know more about the elusive Mouse in all the other Satan’s Devils books. He has always played a large roll yet was the one I knew the least about.

This was an awesome addition to this series, a series that Ive become completely invested in, you absolutely never know what might happen in these stories and thats some of my favorite reading.

I have a tendency to lose interest in long series, but this one being #9 feels just as fresh as the first one and that is because of the way this author writes about things that are relevant and makes everything feel so real.

This book went way past the romance and dealt with deeper issues that are part of our real life today, I applaud this author for writing it so perfectly. I love this series and truly can’t wait to someday sit and read them all back to back. I love the characters in all of these books and the family they have formed. This isn’t just another MC club, it’s always felt deeper than that.

Love it and highly recommend, and this could actually be read as a stand alone but I can’t imagine not having all the previous stories in my mind while reading…

Ok so this was an awesome book, it was easy to read and I did it in one sitting. It was fun and had me laughing out loud in many parts and then proceeded to get a bit more intense allowing me to become emotionally invested in the story.

Gabrielle was just plain perfect and everything I love in a leading lady…Her sassiness totally floored me and her and Maria together…OMG awesome…In comes Conner and his and Gabrielle’s first meeting was to die for funny…and the dialogue during this first meeting coming out of Gabrielle had me rolling.

The scenes with Conner’s “Mother” had me all kinds of messed up and I won’t tell you why that is…You have to read it to believe it.

I wish I could go into more detail about this story but I just can’t..It wouldn’t be fair, just know that I highly recommend everyone read this book.

This is my first read by this author, and if this one is anything to go by then I’ll be reading everything she has available and that which she comes out with from here on.

That part felt very real and it made me love Tuesday from the start. I wanted to throw my kindle a couple times and crawl through it and slap some people but again that’s just how it is and you just aren’t going to change people’s minds no matter what you do.

Please say this is not the end of the Darling Cove stories…I have grown to love these people so much and I don’t want this to end. Someone else kind of came into the picture a little stronger in this book and I would love to see her get her own story, maybe there’s a long lost Mallory cousin out there somewhere..LOL or maybe Dad deserves a story…

This book took my breath away, there were a few parts that scared me to death thinking oh my goodness no this can’t happen. I loved returning to Faith and Greg even though it was full of scary moments and a lot of secrets that threatened everything these two fought so hard for. The way this family pulls together was so heart warming and that is one of my favorite parts of these books.

This author has quickly become one of my favorites and I will be following her from here on and will be one clicking whatever I can get my hands on.

Thank you Miss Garland for a beautifully written series with some amazing characters and please don’t let this be the end!! I already want to reread all of them!

I love this series, everything about it, the people, the town, the family, the friends, the writing and the way everything just flows. It is completely awesome!!

Now with all that said I can concentrate on just this book…I’m not sure how to put into words what I loved most about this story. The storyline for me was completely unexpected..It did not go the way I thought it would. Miss Garland never gave in on the good guy maybe being in the wrong, and Skye being put right in the middle of everything and standing by what was right even when her heart was telling her not to. That’s still not explaining it the way it should be explained so you will have to read the book to understand.

I wasn’t crazy about Skye in earlier books but I always had a feeling there was more to her and I was right. Her story was so sad and her not wanting to burden her family with it about broke my heart. There were scenes in this book that I felt deep, some made me cry and others just took my breath away. I think I felt every emotion that was written or implied in this story and then some that weren’t so I was a mess throughout most of it.

I can’t recommend this story enough, but do not just read this book, truly and honestly to get the full effect of this family and these people you have to read them all in order.

Loved loved loved it and can not wait to read the next which is already open on my kindle.

So this book was a pleasant surprise as far as it was definitely not what I expected I would be reading after reading the synopsis. This is my first book by this author and I loved everything about it except the ending…. The flow was awesome and I wasn’t even paying attention to where I was in the story and then just like that it was done and I had no idea this story would be continued, thankfully it did not end on a huge cliffhanger but there was enough of one that I wanted to throw my kindle when I was done.

I loved Evie once I got to know her, and that didn’t take long after reading about her life growing up and then where she was in the present. She has a special ability that has allowed her to make enough money to take care of her mother and her sister, but she wants out and has finally gotten to the point where she can move on yet there are a few men that are making that very hard for her as well as a stalker that she just can’t shake. She has fallen in love with Dylan, one of her clients and this whole part of the storyline had me so frustrated and although I loved them together they still had me so angry and I wanted to crawl through my kindle and slap them both.

I need the rest of this story, I have so many questions and I need to know what the future holds for Evie, will she be able to identify her stalker, will Dylan and Evie figure it out and have a future together? And so many other things…

I highly recommend this book, it was awesome and I can not wait to check out what else this author has available.

Climbing The Walls (Hart & Cole Book 1) by Sacha T. Y. Fortuné

5 OMG, deserves so many more Stars

I finished this masterpiece yesterday evening, I read the whole book yesterday, I just couldn’t stop, I needed to stop to do normal everyday life things but ended up not doing the laundry that needed to be done and having to explain to the hubby that dinner was whatever he found in the fridge because I was a total and complete wreck during this book and for about an hour afterwards. So now here I sit trying to figure out a way to put down in words just what I thought of this story!

When I first decided to read it it was the cover that drew me in, then it was the reviews that were already coming in, then it was the words this author so brilliantly wove together…I can honestly and truthfully with no doubts say that I’ve got many favorites for this year so far but this one went right to the top of that list in record speed. I was scared when I saw how long the book was and normally I would end up doing some skimming but that did not happen, I savored every single word, every single emotion, every single thought and action that took place within the pages of this story. There were parts I didn’t like but those parts made up the whole of the book and without them it wouldn’t have felt as real.

There is no way to sum up this story because it would be like summing up everyday life and that’s just not possible…This author took me on a journey through real life and everything that comes with that. I am just in awe at how perfectly everything just worked and I truly felt every single word..My heart hurt, I smiled, I got so angry I wanted to hit something, I cried and I forgave things I never thought I would, I have become completely and totally emotionally invested in these people..All of them and I want more, I can not wait for the next part.

This is one of those stories that having it sit on your kindle is just not enough, I will wait for the series to end and have the entire collection on my bookshelf where my all time favorites live.

Phenomenal!! Brilliant!!

This is my second book by this author and I did enjoy it, I guess my drawback would be that I wish it had been longer. Some things just seemed to happen at warp speed before I even understood really what was going on. The storyline was awesome and the writing was spot on but the details had me curious through most of the book. Sometimes I think books could be cut in half with too many details, this one could have almost been doubled and more time put into the characters histories and exactly why they were where they were today. If that makes any sense at all, it’s hard to explain.

Tru was awesome and just wanted to live a normal life but being left with what she thought was nothing by her ex husband, she’s forced to take on one more job and it would go perfectly if only she didn’t come up against that same ex husband who is also taking on one more job but in a totally different way, both of them out for the same thing yet for different reasons made this an awesome story. My favorite part of the whole book was the infamous manila envelope, that totally cracked me up.

I loved Gretchen and Cooper in this book but again would have loved even more about each of them and can not wait to read the next in this series.

So all in all I loved this story, I love this author’s writing and maybe that’s one reason I wish it was longer, I would have really enjoyed more of this story and these characters.

This is my first read by this author and I sincerely enjoyed it, there were many parts that made me smile and there were some that had me wondering what would happen and how these two people could make anything work.

It was a unique story and I liked how it was all in Frank’s point of view, that was different and I enjoyed that and I did kind of like the times it felt like he was talking directly to me.

The secondary characters were a lot of fun and the interaction between them all made me laugh. I think Frank’s best friend Joe was my favorite of the whole book and I hope he will get his own story.

I did enjoy the story although at times it felt predictable it was still a fun read and I would definitely recommend it.

I simply adore books about small towns and the people that live there. I already have a list of towns I want to live in and Red Maple Falls has now been added to this list.

This was such a great story and my first by this author and it makes me wonder why I’ve never found these books before now. This was a great second chance themed book about two people who were tore apart years ago by a person who put greed and social standing above what truly matters in this world, although they both played a small part in what ended up happening.

Can they get past what happened and even if they can will they be able to escape what happened in the time they were apart?

I loved this and the authors writing style had me hooked throughout…it flowed beautifully and I can not wait to dig in to the the rest of this series. I highly recommend reading this.

Loved It!!!

The first book I read by this author I claimed might just have been my favorite of the year and that has not changed, this one is totally different which has led me to believe that this author can write anything in any genre. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I read the synopsis and as I read I kept getting deeper and deeper and found that I could not put this book down. I never knew from one minute to the next what was going to happen.

This was a fast moving story with many OMG moments and even more emotions. I think I felt every emotion that has a name and then even some I can’t explain. I felt totally out of control through most of the book, not much different then what Collie was feeling and as her dreams progressed and she had trouble working out whether things that happened were a dream or reality, I found myself wondering the same thing. I had a bit of trouble connecting to any of the secondary characters, well except for Tim but so did Collie and I think the author did this on purpose because it helped bring me into the story that much more and I seriously wanted to slap a few people upside the head more than once.

I absolutely loved this book and I loved the journey I feel like I was on with Collie, I really didn’t want it to end and I can not wait to read more from this author, she has definitely joined my list of doesn’t matter what she writes I’ll read it and I highly recommend you giving this one a go.

I Loved It!!!
