Another Yesterday (Seashells and Second Chances Collection Book 2) by Angela Christina Archer – Review by Rachel Moss

Another Yesterday (Seashells and Second Chances Collection Book 2)Another Yesterday by Angela Christina Archer
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Another Yesterday by Angela Christina Archer was a great, entertaining, heartfelt novel! I had so much trouble putting this book once I started reading it. This is the second book in the Seashells and Second Chances series, but you don’t have to read the first installment to understand this book. Or at least, I didn’t and I haven’t read the first one. This novel had me laughing and crying, and this is a book I would love to read sitting on the beach, by the ocean. I thoroughly enjoyed this novel, and I highly recommend it! I can’t wait to read more from this author in the future!

Girl TrapGirl Trap by Cynthia Hamilton
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Girl Trap by Cynthia Hamilton was a great read! Another great addition to the madeline Dawkins mystery series. I was instantly grabbed into the story, just as I was with the other two books in the series. Great plot, great characters, this was a super easy novel to read that was full of all the emotions. I enjoyed following more of Madeline’s and Mike’s adventures, and seeing the story progress. I thoroughly enjoyed this novel and can’t wait to read more!

Deleted by Ruth Mitchell – Review by Rachel Moss

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Deleted by Ruth Mitchell was a great, intriguing novel! I was immediately captured in this book and had a hard time putting it down! This technology filled book read perfect for just about any age. It seemed like the technology schematics in the novel is very reminiscent of what our future could hold, in terms of how advanced technology is getting and by how much our phones and gadgets rule our lives. I’ve never read a novel quite like this one before and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it! I can’t wait to more from Mitchell in the future and I highly recommend this novel!

Forgotten Chance: Book Three (The Forgotten Trilogy) by Virginia Wine – Review by Rachel Moss

Forgotten Chance: Book Three (Forgotten Trilogy)Forgotten Chance: Book Three by Virginia Wine
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Forgotten Chance by Virginia Wine was a great finale to the Forgotten series. I enjoyed following Bryer’s and Nathan’s romantic journey to this conclusion. This book was very suspenseful, steamy, and sweet! I won’t lie, I cried during some of it! My only complaint for this novel is the fact that along with the others, the timelines and time itself during the story are never really determined. The author just skips from one scene to another with no clear perception of the scene changing, or who is saying what, so I was a little confused. But other than that this was a great novel! I thoroughly enjoyed reading this series!

Tangled Fates (Tangled Magic Series: Book 2) by Denise D. Young – Review by Rachel Moss

Tangled Fates (Tangled Magic #2)Tangled Fates by Denise D. Young
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Tangled Fates by Denise D. Young was a great fantasy novel! Quick and simple to read, I didn’t miss all that much from not reading the first book in the Tangled Magic series. I enjoyed following on the journey, and experiencing the magic and the shifting. This book wasn’t like a typical shifter book, and I really enjoyed that. This book instantly caught my attention and made it hard to put down. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this novel and can’t wait to read the next!

Love the Way You DanceLove the Way You Dance by Allison M Boot
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Love The Way You Dance by Allison M. Boot was a great book! It was a great continuation/sequel of her previous novel, Just The Way You Are. Still read just like a fairytale, was just as funny and entertaining, and heart warming as the first novel as well. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this novel and was very entertained while doing so, even with the slight juvenile-esque feel to the story telling and words. I can’t wait to read more from this author in the future!

A High Price To Pay by Cynthia Hamilton was a great sequel book! Full of suspense and mystery I could hardly put this book down. It was just as good as the first book in the series was. Still had great characters and continued with a great plot and development! I highly enjoyed reading this novel and I can’t wait to read more!

Forgotten Promise Book two: The Forgotten Trilogy by Virginia Wine – Review by Rachel Moss

Forgotten Promise (Forgotten #2)Forgotten Promise by Virginia Wine
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Forgotten Promise (book two in the Forgotten series) by Virginia Wine was a good story and follow up to the first one. I didn’t enjoy this one as much as the first however. It felt rushed in many parts, and the time of events wasn’t clearly defined so it kept throwing me off, when things would happen but there was no clear event change happening. However, this was a great sequel to the first novel. I did enjoy it the further I read into it and I can’t wait to read the installment in this trilogy.

Hansel & Gretel (Down the Rabbit Hole) Anthology – Review by Rachel Moss

Hansel & Gretel: Down the Rabbit HoleHansel & Gretel: Down the Rabbit Hole by Autumn Sand
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Hansel and Gretel Reimagined Anthology was great! I only read two stories out of the Anthology however. The two I read we’re chilling, shocking, and left me wanting more. In Hazel and Gretchen by Erin Lee, the author broke my heart with the abuse the children suffered. It was a very sad, chilling story. I wasn’t particularly fond of the ending, but it was a very chilling story. In Shadows That Move by Lorah Jaiyn, I was completely enraptured in the story. It was very chilling, very shocking, it was like reading my favorite horror movie. I honestly want Jaiyn to write a sequel to this short story, because I want to find out what happens next so bad! I can’t wait to eventually read the other stories in this set. The two I read were incredible!

Just the Way You Are by Allison M. Boot – Review by Rachel Moss

Just the Way You AreJust the Way You Are by Allison M Boot
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Just The Way You Are by Allison M. Lewis was a great modern day fairytale! I felt like I was being transported back in time as a little girl reading some of my favorite fairy tales in this story. This mostly reminded me of The Little Mermaid in the first half of the book, and then changed into its own story in the second half. It was well written, with great characters and a great storyline. I laughed, I cried, I felt like I was right there in between the pages with both Misty and Derrick. I can’t wait to read more from Lewis!

Humiliating Revenge: Contemporary Young Adult Romance by T. Christensen – Review by Rachel Moss

Humiliating RevengeHumiliating Revenge by T. Christensen
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Humiliating Revenge by T. Christensen was a great read! I was immediately captured from the first page and I couldn’t put this story down until I finished it all. I feel like there should be a content warming in the beginning however, as several parts of the story are graphic and could potentially be triggers. It was a great story, with a great plot, amazing characters and overall really well written. This is the first novel I’ve read by Christensen and I can’t wait to read more in the future!

Spouse Trap (Madeline Dawkins, #1)Spouse Trap by Cynthia Hamilton
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Spouse Trap by Cynthia Hamilton was a great read! It was a very intriguing, mysterious, suspenseful, edge-of-your seat read! I thoroughly enjoyed this one. I felt a little off about it reading the first couple of chapters, but by chapter 4 I was completely enthralled and couldn’t stop reading. This is the first novel I’ve read my Hamilton before, and I can’t wait to read more from her, and more of this series!

Forgotten Truth (Forgotten #1)Forgotten Truth by Virginia Wine
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Forgotten Truth by Virginia Wine was a great story! It took me a couple of chapters to get hooked, and the beginning started off a little confusing, but a couple chapters in it got much better! Very good story line, very steamy (if you’re reading the steamy/erotica version) and some great twists I didn’t expect! This is the first book I’ve read by this author, and I immensely enjoyed it and can’t wait to read more from Wine!

Finding Leda, the Science of Happiness (The Italian Saga #5)Finding Leda, the Science of Happiness by Gaia B. Amman
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Finding Leda by Gaia B. Amman was a great story! This one has probably so far been my favorite story about Leda I’ve read so far! It had a great story line, great characters, and some great imagery and quotes! I immensely enjoyed reading this one. I feel like Leda is finally starting to find herself a little bit more in this novel. I highly recommend this novel! I would definitely recommend starting this series from the beginning though!

Torch (Lovelock Book 2) by Tricia Copeland – Review by Rachel Moss

TorchTorch by Tricia Copeland
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Torch by Tricia Copeland was a great novel! I had a little trouble with events in the beginning, as this is the second novel in the Lovelock series, and I have not read the first book in the series yet. However after getting into it, I found I immensely enjoyed it! A very apocalyptic/post-apocalyptic novel, this felt very preeminent to me, in the fact that with everything in the world going on right now the way it is, this could very well be out future in a couple of years. So I felt some melancholy while reading, but it was a great read! I highly recommend this novel.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

The Seal of Solomon by Nadine Travers was a great story! Flowed right along great after reading Blood Rebellion. I thought this novel was a bit more intriguing to read, with more mystery. I immensely enjoyed reading this one! Great story, great characters, I’m glad I got to read more about the warrior witches, as they were only just introduced at the end of Blood Rebellion. I highly recommend this story and can’t wait to read the next installment!

Baba Ali and the Clockwork Djinn by Danielle Ackley-McPhail and Day Al-Mohamed was a great story! I really enjoyed this steam punk onna classic fairy tale. Though I haven’t read the story this was based off of, I enjoyed reading this rendition of the tale! It was a little slow in grabbing me in at first, but once my attention was grabbed I was hooked! I enjoyed reading this story and highly recommend it. Can’t wait to read more steam punk fairy tales!

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Sex-O-S by Gaia B Amman was a great story! I always enjoy reading a Leda story, and this did not disappoint. Full of drama, and boy problems, self introspection, this novel starring Leda focused more on sex. I always chuckle to myself reading these novels, because Leda always overthinks her situations and problems. Great writing, great introspection, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this novel and can’t wait to read more of Leda’s adventures in Italy!

Kat’s Conundrum (Raven and Hummingbird Book 3) by Nikki Broadwell – Review by Rachel Moss

Kat's Conundrum (Raven and Hummingbird Book 3)Kat’s Conundrum by Nikki Broadwell
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Kat’s Conundrum by Nikki Broadwell was a great third novel in the Raven and Hummingbird series! Very well written, this novel was fast paced at times and slow paced at others. Depending on where Kat was at or what she was doing, time was very fluid in this novel. I enjoyed character development and meeting new characters. I was shocked and surprised at some parts and wanted to cry at others. Great continuation of the series! I highly recommend this novel and can’t wait to read the fourth installment of this series!

Hawk's Cry (Satan's Devils MC Second Generation #2)Hawk’s Cry by Manda Mellett
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Hawk’s Cry by Manda Mellet was a great continuation of the second generation of the Satan’s Devils MC series! As I haven’t read the first generation yet, some of the characters are hard to tell apart, but since I did read the first book in the second generation, it wasn’t so bad telling the characters apart this time. Very well written and descriptive, I related a lot to this novel. The way Hawk (aka Eli) feels throughout the novel is the way I would imagine a lot of young adults would feel in his place. The emotions were very relatable to me. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and can’t wait to read the next one in this series!

Every Last Psycho: A Collection of Two Novellas by Zarina Macha – Review by Rachel Moss

Every Last Psycho: A Collection of Two NovellasEvery Last Psycho: A Collection of Two Novellas by Zarina Macha
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Every Last Psycho by Zarina Macha was a great book! Consisting of two novellas, these two novellas were incredible in the sense of psychology and psychosis in general. Every Last Thought did a great job with schizophrenia and describing it, along with drug use and addiction, and obsession. This one held me from the beginning. It was very interesting to read, and also a little difficult at some parts. Psycho Girl was a crazy read, to be frank. Evelyn was definitely a textbook psychopath. Very interesting to read, her downward spiral was very easy to see coming. Both novellas were incredible and very well written. I highly recommend, but definitely an 18+ novel, due to some content that is triggering.

Releasing Her Power Within by Madilynn Dale was a great story! The writing seemed a but choppy though so I didn’t get pulled in immediately, but once I was pulled in I didn’t even notice it anymore! Great characters and a great storyline, this was a great paranormal/fantasy shifter novel! This is first novel I’ve read by this author, and I’m pretty sure it’s her first, and it was a great one! I can’t wait to read more from Madilynn and can’t wait to read the next book in the series!

Forbidden Desires: Taken by her Son’s Best Friend (Confessions of a Trophy Wife Book 1) by L.M. Mountford – Review by Rachel Moss

Forbidden Desire (Confessions of a Trophy Wife, #1)Forbidden Desire by L.M. Mountford
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Forbidden Desire by L.M. Mountford was a very good and steamy erotica short story! Definitely an 18+ novella though. When I read erotica, this type of story line is not one I typically go with, cause I’m not a huge fan of the older/younger romance scenes, but this one was really good! It quickly draws you in and it’s such a short novel it makes for a great read. I highly recommend this novel, if you enjoy reading erotica or if you’re just looking for a short and sexy story to read.

Descendants of Time and Death by Winnifred Tataw was a good novel. It didn’t grab me like I thought it would. This is the first novel I’ve read by this author, and the reason it probably didn’t grab my attention like I wanted and confused me was probably because I haven’t read the first book in the series. I did enjoy reading this novel, I just probably should have read the first installment before I read this one. There was a great storyline and characters, just again I wasn’t pulled in like I thought I would be from the synopsis I read. I can’t wait to read more from this author!

I immensely enjoyed this book and can’t wait to read the next installment!
