This was a really interesting read. The world building is unique and interesting and so was the storyline and plot. However, I don’t think this is meant to be a standalone, and I haven’t read any of the previous books in this series. The storyline felt like a standalone but I think all thr world building has been done in previous installments and I just feel like if I would have read them first I would have enjoyed this book more. This is a Sci-Fi novel, and one that is unique in my opinion just because I haven’t read another book like it before. Overall I did enjoy this book I just think I would have understood it better and enjoyed it more if I had read the first novels in the series before hand.

Sci-fi drama, supernatural and suspense This is the 5th book in the series. It’s full of suspense, intrigue and action. This story focuses on Trevyn and Lael and their journey to each other while fighting for their beliefs across the galaxy. Multiple POV, which I love, as it gives a depth to the storyline. There are new characters and it was also great to come across characters from previous books. This is a cleverly multi-layered and interwoven sci-fi story that easily draws the reader into a place that’s out of this world.

This is the fifth book in the series but I was able to pick it up and read it as a standalone. I’m sure I would have gotten even more impact if I’d read the previous books, as I understand some characters from those appear in this book. However, I didn’t feel like I was missing anything. Superb tension throughout the story. This book had more suspense in it than an entire eight book series I just read that was specifically supposed to be suspense. You don’t want to stop turning the pages, that’s for sure. I enjoyed that there was depth to the story outside of the romance as they are dealing with some serious subject matter. Good action. Great flow to the story. Excellent read.

Slick Running has me on edge from the start. Poor Heart. I am so investedinto all the characters in this series. I have got to say the narrator of yhis story do a great job. I cried so much at the start. Ella has a shock to the system meeting these bikers. What can change in her life. This is such a gripping story and really gives you a wider presticve on the world. Oh wow this one had me weeping, crying, cheering, so reflective. I really enjoyed the narration as well. My god there so much packed into one book.

This is the third book in the series and is 367 pages in length. Brant was an orphan until Betty adopted him. CC is hair stylist and is more focused on making people feel good about themselves than worrying about herself. CC has liked Brant for awhile but always slinks away from him. CC’s friends buy him at a bachelor auction in hopes of getting these two together, but they both have a past. Can they get past that?

King of Pain is the fifth book in the Interstellar Rescue Series . This is a wonderfully written Sci-Fi/ Romance that will pull you in from the beginning and kept me turning the pages till the end. I pretty much tuned everything around me out and focused solely on this book and all the things that were happening. I’m a huge fan of this author and she’s one of the reasons I got turned on to this genre. I used to not like to read Scifi but I liked watching certain Sci-Fi shows on television. I would recommend reading this series in order as it will help with what’s been going on but can be read as standalone. Grab yourself a drink and get ready for quite the ride with fast paced action packed Enemies to lovers and more. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

This is a delightful story. We have previously met Katrina and I really didn’t care for her. But that attitude she has…worked its benefits and she is actively trying to reign in her magic and get herself released from Satan. I really enjoyed her thought process. She is matter of fact and doesn’t understand emotions at all. Her learning and growing made me change my mind and I ended up liking her character.
We do get to see a bit of previous characters..which us always fun. They really band together in here for Katrina even though they are not fans of hers which shows how great they are.
This is the sixth book in the series but can easily be read as a stand alone. I really enjoy this series/book. They have humor, personal growth, fun times and super characters.

Initially starting the book I was not sure what to expect. I am a fan of this author, and as always I was not disappointed at all. There were a few twists and turns I did not see, but the suspense and action of the novel are what tied it all together. Lydia was a strong and fierce heroine. The question of what would you do or how far would you go to save someone you love who was in danger was answered the moment she began this journey to save Cam. When Lydia learns Cam was taken and to get him back she needed to deliver the artifact Theodore’s Ring she is all in with no hesitation. Upon this immediate declaration she also discovers that she will not be going alone, and her ex Sullivan will be with her. The pressures to find the artifact, deal with her ex, and bring home her boyfriend make for an interesting journey, and a tale you will not believe.

A historical romance but not your typical historical romance as it is steeped in paranormal. I have said it before, but this series reminds me of Outlander in so many ways. This time travel tale is full of passion and interesting facts. As with the first two books there is plenty of action and danger, murder, and mayhem, angst, and suspense. Make sure to read the books in order so as not to miss out the background and history of our characters and how they have gotten where they are. Just when we thought things were settling down for our couple Maggie and Will find themselves once again in trouble. Maggie is once again on the run to another century with the help of Dylan, but Will is left behind. Will they find a way back to each other or are they doomed to be a part forever? Unlikely to stay was such a cute, fun read. CC has always been responsible, even as a child. She was always the one taking care of her hippy, free spirited mother not the other way around. Now that she’s an adult she is still a responsible, cautious person. CC is not willing to take risks, especially on the handsome Brant. Brant is the only medical provider is the small town and is only supposed to be there for three years to fulfill a duty. Brant has six months left to go when he meets CC. I love both of these characters and I feel like you get to know them more as the book progresses. My favorite part are the secondary characters. Oh my gosh they are so HILARIOUS! I won’t spoil it for you but if you are looking for a cute love story with just enough spice and a LOT of laughs you have come to the right place. This book is it. I really enjoyed reading and I think you will too!

This was a very good book. What would you do to protect and save the one you love? You find out when Lydia has to make a choice. I loved her character as she is smart, strong and determined to save the one she loves, Cam. The journey this book takes you is into the jungle and where Lydia must find a ring or could lose Cam….there is intrigue, mystery and twists all wrapped into a very good read.

This book was just simply amazing from the beginning.Full of adventure, love, drama, suspense and more I just simply couldn’t put this book down and I read it in one sitting. While there was a lot of action and suspense this book was also full of funny moments and the characters and their personalities were not only amazing but diverse. Lydia is just an amazing firecracker, her determination and yhr way she takes everything that this story throws at her is simply amazing. This is a new author to me but upon reading such a fantastic story this will definitely not be my last by this author. I definitely recommend this action packed adventure, trust me with all of the twists and turns you won’t be able to put it down.

This is the first book I have read from this author and she now has a new fan. I love sports romance but she exceeded all my expectations. I was hooked on the very first page and I could not put it down until the end. These characters drew me into the story and had my full attention. I love that you get to read both characters’ points of view so you get a better understanding of why they act the way they do. It only took me a little over a day to devour this amazing story.
Kirsa and Brock have been best friends since they were four years old. They grew to be inseparable until they met Victoria. Then they became a group of three. When a misunderstanding comes out Kirsa is left alone. She is now in high school and all she wants to do is graduate and start over again. Her best friends are now her enemies. Kirsa keeps to herself and gets good grades so she can go to the college she wants and get out of this town. She is shocked when a new guy comes along and starts to talk to her. Kirsa and Rylan get to know one another but will Brock stop their friendship? Also will Brock figure out that his past was all a lie and figure out that he was wrong all along?

The title is a completely accurate description of this book. Trigger warning for all you who share the high school emotional trauma caused by rumors as this novel will bring back some of those unpleasant memories. With that said I absolutely loved this tale. Enemies to Lovers is not really my thing but this author made this story an absolute stand out in this genre. Imagine your worst day in high school and multiply it by ten and that is what almost all of Kirsa’s career has been. Brought on by rumors that she started rumors Kirsa is betrayed by her best friends and tormented over the next three years. Brock is the typical good looking jock, but one who has a heart. He thinks Kirsa has betrayed him and spends his time getting revenge. Still with all the rumors, negative feelings and vengeful actions sparks fly between them. Overall a great HEA with a very good story line.

A reliably good series! This installment in the series was just as good as the previous two. The author does a wonderful job building upon both the characters and the overall story, keeping the reader engaged. I love the relatability of the characters and the ties to the previous books, while also being able to standalone. The world building is excellent as well. Though there is definitely timely conflict, this book, as well as the previous books, just give you an overall feel-good, romantic read. In this story, we follow CC—the more eccentric and unlikely to find love friend of the trio and Brant—an eligible bachelor in town with little ties and a temporary job. Much to her chagrin, CC’s friends are determined to make the match, but their past experiences and wounds may hinder the connection. I highly recommend reading on (and picking up the rest of the series if you haven’t already) to see what will become of their romance.

Blindsided was such an amazing read. I loved this book from page one. Brock and Kirsa were best friends from teenie tots. Brock always would bother and tease her but he always protected her too. Then when they were about 7 years old or so a new girl Victoria moved into the area. Instead of it always being Kirsa and Brock now there was a third person in their group. They always say Three’s a crowd and within a few years, Kirsa finds that out. Brock and Victoria heard a rumor that Kirsa started and they decided to cut her out of their triangle. Not only did they stop talking to her but, they made her life horrible for 3 years.
Now with a new star football player at school who happens to enjoy spending time with Kirsa, Brock starts to get a bit jealous. Will Brock decide to finally forgive Kirsa? Kirsa swears she never started that rumor but no one believes her. The rumor is something they think only Kirsa could’ve started since she caught them in her treehouse. I really loved this book and loved the characters.

I jumped on the band wagon in reading this amazing series. I must say I certainly received more than I bargained for! The story itself in this specific installment was full of emotion and other feelings associated with it. I did realize how deep these feelings would go, it was a powerful read start to finish!
I loved the concept of this story! I have read the second book in the past, and actually from reading that one read the first, and I am back with a finished 3rd in the series. I must say the toll of emotions in this one defiantly continues on in a intense way in this one! Will and Maggie are true troopers, they endure a lot, as much as everyone else character wise. There was a lot of feelings of pain and hardship I found with his one, I felt I was living in the moment as well as the suspense and agony Will and Maggie faced! That’s what I loved especially in this novel, the realism was there, and it was certainly felt!
The way the story flowed was a good quick speed, and it kept you guessing and wondering what would come next with the words that were written! I had a lot of concern going as I read this novel. I would say that is the magic of this amazing author, they know how to keep you guessing and wanting more. The whole story is beautiful and full of its own special impact. I can never get enough of this series. I am already dying to know what will take flight and happen in the next! I love this series so much!
This book for me was the bet in the series yet, you really know the characters and things they have gone though, and you really have a strong build of a relationship with them! The feels as I have said got to be very real in this one! I would say defiantly look this author and series up if you have not already! The author and series is a must read! I will also add, this book alone is a must read, not one to be missed!

Couldn’t put this book down! I really enjoyed how the author lays the background of the story by showing you glimpses of the past, from childhood to adolescence. It really makes the relationship between Kirsa and Brock, then then Victoria feel so much more personal without bogging you down with flashbacks. Because of this, the betrayal hurt more, and the bullying felt stronger and more personal. Throughout the entire book, I felt for Kirsa’s experience, and was so glad when Rylan came into the mix. I loved that though Kirsa was bullied relentlessly, she showed incredible strength, even if she sometime broke. Its a tale many people can relate to. All in all, this is a heart wrenching tale of friendship, betrayal, pain, bullying and growing up. Definitely recommend picking this one up, but definitely prepare for some pain.

Theodore’s Ring by Stacy-Deanne. This is such a great read. Its super fast and will keep you turning pages until the end. It’s the story of Lydia whose boyfriend Cam has gotten himself kidnapped and the only way Lydia can save him is to take Theodore’s ring which is a historical piece of jewelry. Without really wanting to she ends up traveling with her ex boyfriend Sullivan to the jungle to save Cam. Cam is determined to win Lydia back but she is focused on saving Cam. Fighting huge jungle snakes and Sullivan who is all over her she tackles things she’s never ever imagined. With humor and intensity Lydia is a bad ass girl trying to save the man she loves. Will she be able to save Cam and return the ring to the bad guys or will she fall for Sullivan’s lines again. Read Theodore’s Ring to find out. You wont’ be disappointed!

Lydia is a badass. I’m just going to start with that. She comes home to find a man telling her that they have Cam, her boyfriend, and in order to get him back, she has to get Theodore’s ring. Of course with my first sentence, she’ll do anything for her man, even going into a dangerous jungle with her ex-boyfriend. They have drama during all this drama. They meet a group of guys who end up being part of the scheme and forced to finish the expedition with. Many more events happen which will keep you glued. What all you do for your love is in this book!

Rebecca Steele living the dream is the first book i have read by this author even though it was book 3 in this series. I Loved this read and the characters in this book. I found myself laughing and really enjoying myself reading this book. I loved reading about Becky, i found her enjoyable and relatable.I liked the fact that this book had short chapters it makes it easier to bring around with you without being lost. After reading this book i will be going back and reading the other books in this series.If you have no read Rebecca Steele Living the dream and you love Western romance add this to your TBR pile you wont Regret it. Unlikely to Stay, continues the theme of strong characters and small-town charm that I have come to expect from these books. CC and Brant are a magical pair. These two were so different yet balanced each other so beautifully. It was a joy to watch these two be constantly pulled to one another. You can read this book with the others in the series or as a stand-alone. Either way would be very enjoyable. The story flows easily and you get to enjoy following the story of the last of these three ladies from this small town.

Unlikely In Love was a very enjoyable book. I absolutely love the small-town setting. This book is funny, romantic, and relatable. Having just lost my grandmother also, I could relate to the character’s sadness at missing the only person she loved dearly. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Anna and Wyatt and seeing their love story unfold. Seeing the bond of friendship and family was very inspiring. I look forward to seeing what the next book holds!

Unlikely to Fit is just as good as the first book! I love second chance tropes, especially second chances at love. Two people that are no strangers to loss find each other and build something beautiful. The romance and humor from the first book are present here also. I loved the strong and independent Breckin. I can definitely relate to her journey. I loved how sweet Griff is and how much chemistry he and Breckin shared. It was wonderful to watch these two characters find each other. Another winner!

This is a new author to me, and I enjoyed reading this book. As I read this book, I felt like I was experiencing Kirsa’s betrayal, her loneliness, and her hurt. To me, the author did a great job of conveying teenage angst, bullying, and in general the high school experience of being on the outside. I appreciated that Kirsa could keep herself together throughout everything and still have hope that things would change.
Please note that this is a contemporary romance, I suggest this book is for 18+.

This is not my first book by this author but it is one of my favorites. This is the third book in this series which I highly suggest reading the previous two books to help your enhancement of this series and this author. I enjoy how her writing style brings her stories to life and make them feel realistic. Her characters are not only connectable but keep you wanting to know more. I enjoyed being pulled into the story by them. This is a suspenseful mystery about Maggie and Will. But what will happen when Will needs saving? Dylan is faced with going back to the past one last time to try to save him in time. What happens next I highly recommend reading this book to find out. It is a great adventure that was hard to put down. It is worth the pick up for sure. I highly recommend this book.

This is an adventure that most women would call a nightmare. Lydia has to go deep into the jungle to rescue her boyfriend, Cam. She has to get Theodore’s Ring, a historic piece. In the process, she gets to dual a King Cobra, mysterious strangers, and deal with Sullivan, her ex. All this, and no hair products, Cam has got us in deep now. Lydia does her best to rescue him. I don’t know if I would do that. The story has adventure, romance, and some spice. It’s fun and a quick read. The characters have some relatable parts that make them easy to feel for, even Sullivan. I would recommend this.

This is an action packed romance that pulled me right in from the very beginning. Lydia’s boyfriend Cam gets kidnapped and this story shows the lengths she will go for her love. She faces so much danger and betrayal from so many directions but she stays strong through it all and just focuses on rescuing her man. There is a twist that really had my jaw dropping open and eager to see what would happen next. Cam and Lydia have their love tested through the kidnapping and seeds of doubt trying to be implanted but they both keep fighting. I really enjoyed the ending of this book and I’m looking forward to reading more from this author.

Theodore’s Ring: A BWWM Action Adventure Romance by Stacy-Deanne is a fun and entertaining story, I only wish it had been a little longer. The blurb held all the promise of action, adventure, mystery romance, danger, drama, survival, tension, a thrilling quest, and hidden agendas. All the ingredients that I love to find in a great story. And while I did enjoy the story, I feel that it needed to be a bit longer and more developed in order to get the full potential and impact of the adventure. Some parts seemed rushed, while other parts lagged, or simply lacked the detail and description I would have loved to see/know more of. But, overall, it was a fun read!
