The chase leads from Morocco to the ocean floor and back to Spain. There is no lack of action and intrigue in this story. It is filled with suspense, drama and twists and turns that will keep you turning those pages.

Martimus is the fifth book in the Feisty Lawyer’s series. You can read this as a standalone, but you’ll probably have a better experience if you read the previous ones to get the background on the other characters.
I like the premise of this book. I had a difficult time getting past the way the main character, Cate, was written when she has to slip into her undercover role. There is something about intelligent women acting less than their smarts that just grates on me when it is written in certain ways. Now, on the flip side of that, I did feel an emotion when I read those parts, so the author has definitely given you an emotional connection. In that respect, it is written in a way that does engage you.
Martimus is full of action, suspense, and mystery as the characters are searching for missing socialites. It also has some steamy romance to spice things up. The use of the underwater habitat was interesting and gives added dimension to the story.
Overall, once I got past my initial aversion to the previously mentioned aspect, it was an entertaining read and kept me turning the pages.

This anthology really does have a story for everyone and I loved all the stories and it has introduced me to some new authors.

This is the 5th book in this series and I’ve read all of the books before. I love this series and this author’s style of writing, the way she can merge in storylines and although being a partly romantic series she has a way of making the romance only come forward when needed, while you’re focused on the suspenseful part of the series.
I really liked this one, and it was nice getting to see the gang again. I loved the lab under water and would have loved spending a whole lot more time down there, this fascinates me and loved this addition to the story.
I highly recommend reading all of this series since the characters are in and out of all the books, you’ll find that you love some and then some you’ll have a little less love for but as a whole it all works perfectly.

Being my first read from this author, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was not disappointed at all! This read hooks you from the very beginning it has incredible characters that really help you connect to their story and the read, it has emotions that make the read real, raw and captivates you even more. It definitely makes for a very real read when we find out if opposites can really attract? But can these two put their past aside and find the happiness they truly deserve! I can’t wait to read more from this author and see what else will come of this series!

This anthology was so freaking good. It was full of short stories that are crammed full of the paranormal, romance, suspense and action. I loved every single story in this anthology, some of the authors were new to me and some were old favorites! There is something for everyone in this and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for something awesome to read! Happy Reading!
This is a lovely collection of romance storys that shows no matter what you face love will always win.
One of my favourites is Two Hearts Alliance by Tamara Ferguson. This is a lovely story and proves that if love is meant to be it will find a way.
Jeremy Northup and Captain Christine Cameron meet for the first time when she was assigned to help him train troops for Iraq. Even though there was a spark nothing happened as Christine was married.
The next time they meet Christine is now divorced but when the mission they are on goes wrong and Jeremy gets injured he is sent how to recover while Christine stays behind.
Over this time they became good friends and when they meet up again at a friends wedding they talk about a marriage alliance.
With Christines ex husband causing her problems and Jeremys well meaning friends trying to set him up with every woman breathing this seems like a good option. Both go into this not realising that its not just for convience but that their feelings for each other are true and strong, the problem is will they realise this before its too late or will some figure in the darkness succeed in pulling them apart.
Be One with Me (Finding Love in Green Springs Book 2) by CA Miconi is a sweet small town romance with all the feel goods but a slightly different feel. I love that the story has characters that are a little older than the norm. I enjoyed this story as much as the first in the series which captured my heart.
Sally discovers a whole new world away from the city, after whispered words from her mother and decides that is where she needs to be. Making a new life for herself and family is just what she needs but can she open her heart to let love in.
Nolan is a country boy and has just found the one thing to awaken his heart once again. When they meet he knows she is more than any other he has met but he also knows she needs to be treated with kid gloves. Can he help her overcome her fears?

First off I recommend reading book 1 before this one as they overlap a bit and you get the feel for the town. Such a great story, and I loved how the multiple pov was done and didn’t take away from the stories flow, so well done there! A unique story of 2 people coming together and take you on the ride with them. I cannot wait for book 3 now.

5 Star Martimus (Feisty Lawyers Book 5) by Seelie Kay Martimus is the fifth book in the Feisty Lawyers Series by Seelie Kay. This is a wonderfully written romantic suspense story that once I started reading I couldn’t put it down till I finished. To me this is one of those series that I will be reading over and over again. From the very beginning I was drawn in, its got action , danger , suspense and even romance. I can’t recommend this series and Author enough so with that being said I highly recommend reading this whole series. I was on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what was going to happen next. In this book Agent Cate has a new assignment, eight socialites have gone missing but it seems no one cares until the Vice President’s daughter becomes one of the missing . Will they be found? Where did they all go? Find out what happens next in this must read . I’m looking forward to reading more from this Author.

Be One with Me (Finding Love in Green Springs Book 2) by CA Miconi was a sweet romantic read. I loved the small town vibe it reminded me of a Hallmark movie. Sally was strong and independent looking to run away. Nolan was a rock, knowing himself and his place. I loved these two and they really grew on me throughout. I enjoyed the pacing and plot twists. Definitely worth the time to read!

Miconi does a beautiful job writing stories filled with deep characters and raw emotion. This book had me riding a roller coaster I both expected and was unprepared for, in a very real and beautiful way. This story shows the beautiful reality of finding commonalities no matter the stark contrast of backgrounds between two people. How tragedy can bind. How opposites can balance. I look forward to reading this again as well as reading the other book in the series.

I give Dead Magic: The Sanctuary Chronicles by India Kells, 4 stars.
This is a steamy Paranormal Romance book that is a great addition to the series. It can be read as a standalone, but I encourage you to read all of them since they are all wonderful reads. The story is quite interesting and I could not put the book down until I was finished. The characters just add to it. Violet and Finn are the perfect example of opposites attracting. Add in their friends and this great book gets even better.
If you are a fan of Paranormal Romance, you should read this book.

IRRESISTIBLE WEDDINGS (Irresistible Romance Book 4). I love anthologies they give you a chance to meet new authors and visit already loved authors. This set of stories is perfect for all those who have found themselves with a lot of time on your hands. Each author brings a wonderful story that will help you fall in love with each one’s writing. I definitely had a couple favorites one was The right Groom by Jen Talty, these characters truly pulled me in and I loved their story together. Echo and Spencer won’t be forgotten by me for a while. My other favorite is Two Heart’s Alliance by Tamara Ferguson. This author isn’t new to me in fact I’ve pretty much loved every single story she has and this one is right there with my other loves. The storyline is well written and paced nicely. It’s a sweet story that had me hook from start to finish. Each story is wonderful and worth the read. Five stars all the way for this set together and each unique story. Highly recommended!
Martimus (Feisty Lawyers Book 5) by Seelie Kay. Not to pick favorites in this series or anything but this one definitely worth the favorite badge. But don’t get me wrong all of this series is great and while you can read them out of order I do recommend reading them in order. I love the mystery and suspense in this book it definitely kept me guessing and on my toes. This author has truly captured my attention and I just can’t help but keep coming back for more and it’s delivered amazingly each time. The characters pulled me in and took me on quite the ride. Each character is described in a lot of details and you can picture things as they happen and I love a book that comes to life before my eyes. Each character brings something unique to the storyline and you can’t help but feel a connection. It’s a well written story and it’s paced nicely even with a lot going on, never felt lost or confused. I’m giving this story a five star review and highly recommend it!

Dead Magic (The Sanctuary Chronicles, Book 3) by India Kells was an exciting and romantic read! I was immediately pulled into the story at the beginning and could not put it down. I have wanted more from Finn since reading about him for the first time in an earlier book. This book does intermingle characters from earlier books and I recommend reading it with the rest of the series. I loved this addition to the series and I really enjoy this author’s creativity. She creates a beautiful and magical world that speaks to readers. I highly recommend this book and the series.

This is another winning story to add to the Sanctuary Chronicles. Filled with magic, danger and suspense, it will keep you glued to your seat. Meeting both these characters in the previous books, I was happy to read their story. I loved the way their relationship progressed. The way Finn handles Violet took my breath away. I love him! This is definitely a must read.

This book, along with all the others I’ve read from Manda Mellett, are beautifully written and every character has great purpose. I think she brings out the best in her characters as she’s done with these two. In this book, we meet Lost and we meet Patsy, who unknowingly come into one another’s lives for a purpose bigger than the two of them. Lost is the definition of his name as he blindly followed Snake, the late president of the MC. The problem with Snake was he was his namesake as well: He’d planned a mutiny under Lost’s nose as he never suspected anything. Lost knows his faults better than anyone else: He’s made mistakes, lost everything, and knows failure. That is until he meets Patsy, who for the sake of her adult children, needs to be protected and Lost is ready to step up to the plate to do what it takes. Lost ignores his gut to scare her off but he does have doubts of his own before he steps up. Patsy believes she made the right choice to start over but now she has to step out to help her adult kids but she has to shield their identity until they’re discovered. Satan’s Devils are there in the knick of time to save the day. As an older woman and a more experienced woman, Patsy doesn’t need a man to rescue her but who is she to turn down help when she desperately needs it and she knows she has to face the fears she’s been running from. In order to save Lost, Patsy has to instill confidence and a sense of worth into him so he can not only step up to protect her but to protect the MC as well. Again, I cannot get enough of this writer and her books!

This is the story of Agent Cade Creighton who is in love but as the Agency’s honey pot she is super deep into an investigation and is not spending a lot of time on it. 8 Socialites have gone missing and its her job to find them. They are all 20 something women with wealthy parents. Its not a big deal until a very important Vice President’s daughter is one of them. When the VP tells them about a false arrest, broken promises of deportation and illegally putting money into an private prison that they all realize how serious this mess is. If the plans go awry in the least then everything is messed up. Using Cade as bait which her boyfriend former US Navy Seal Warren Hazelton is not haappy with they try to lure them in. Tillie Henderson owes them a big favor and they are calling it in on this case. Will she be able to save the 8 women plus Cade or will the plan blow up in all their faces? Read Martimus to find out!

Another wonderful read from this author! I absolutely loved Wrapped Up in You! It was such a lovely, well written story that I was captivated by what I was reading from beginning to end and who doesn’t love a Christmas read – even in July!! The story had an almost fairy-tale feel to it which I loved! I think out of all the books I have read by this author this is probably my favourite! I think I have definitely found a new author to love! Jenny and Logan were wonderful characters to read about them, I fell in love with both of them straight away and I was rooting for them the whole way through. I loved Logan’s character due to his accident he was a mystery and I enjoyed getting to know him throughout the story. Wrapped Up in You is a wonderful romance read and one that I would highly recommend to other readers!

This is a story filled with danger and surprises. I love reading about this group. They are so smart and are able to pool their resources to finish their quests. This mostly is a bout Tillie whom we have met in past books. She is not a favorite of this group but she does get the job done.
My only problem was I was drawn to this because of the lab under the sea. There is a relative short time spent there then it’s not really mentioned again. So I was a bit saddened over this. I was looking forward to more.
Over all this is filled with nonstop action. It is still an enjoyable read. The character are fun, ruthless and intriguing.

Perfect! I love Christmas! This story was wonderful, it had drama, romance, and all things Christmas. The characters were all well developed and the story flowed nicely. I really loved the names for the characters such as, Happy Flake, Tinsel, Freckles, PeeWee and many others, it really brought the image of Christmas to life. I really admire Jenny for doing what she thought was best for her family even though it wasn’t what she really wanted. The fact that when she meets Logan after his plane crashes at the north pole and it makes her feel sparks of course cements in all our minds that they belong together, I was very worried throughout the whole book that the life that he couldn’t remember would ruin any future he and Jenny would have together. Benign, one of the suitors for Jenny’s hand and a prospective King or new Mr. Claus seems shady through the whole book, but when he makes the decision to share some news with Logan that could change his life, I saw him in a different light. He really is a good man, who is mourning his lost love. The ending was beautiful, sweet and surprising, because I had forgotten all about the wishing tree that Jenny shared with Logan earlier in the book. I would highly recommend this book to any Christmas lover and any romance lover.

The Feisty Heroines Romance Collection is an amazing set of different stories from different authors. I really like anthologies because it gives me a chance to read multiple different short stories as well as experience new authors. This book has many strong heroines as the main characters as the title says, these stories have everything including paranormal, historical and basic romance stories. All of which are wonderful reads. One really wonderful story is Good Bones by Maggie Adams. In this story we meet Casey and Griffin. Griffin wants to take over s large mansion that he believes has something important from his late grandfather, Casey works at this mansion that is currently a hospice home, she owns and runs it along with Mona. She wants to transform the mansion into a B&B but Griffin wants to purchase the land and turn it into a golf resort. Casey puts her foot down and will stop at nothing to make sure that her land never gets into Griffin’s hands. The story is a perfect short and wonderful read. There weren’t any stories in this anthology that I didn’t like. I highly recommend this book to any romance lover.
Feisty Heroines is a collection of short stories by 36 fantastic authors. The stories vary in genre, with two sections dedicated to paranormal and fantasy stories such as Tia Didmon’s Dragon Rules and Elleen Mint’s Banshee Kiss, one section of contemporary romance such as Maggie Adams’ Good Bones and Savannah Kade’s Redemption, and one section of historical fiction including To Rescue My Princess by Lane McFarland and Destiny’s Way by Karen Muir. This collection is a great way to meet new authors. The short stories don’t require a big commitment, and after each one there is information about books the author has written. Romance fans are bound to find some new favourites, and the mix of genres might draw you out of your comfort zone. As the title of the collection suggests, all of these stories present a strong female lead. I was particularly impressed by Casey in Adams’ Good Bones, who runs a palliative care home and is fighting a developer who wants to turn the property into a fancy golf course. Her unconditional care for others and determination to do what is best for the community is admirable. For me, this is a five star collection. It’s introduced me to a lot of authors who I look forward to reading more of, and the short stories have been perfect for flicking through in a lunchbreak (they would also be great for reading on the train if I wasn’t stuck at home!). I’d definitely recommend this to romance fans who can’t decide what to read next!
This is the first book that I have read from this author…but it won’t be the last!
This story centers around Lesley and John. Lesley is recently divorced and finds herself moving to the estate her aunt left her to start anew. She is really looking forward to this new start…until she sees Rosalyn Manor in person. It is in desperate need of repair. While she finds the man in charge of fixing up her new home attractive, she is unsure if she is willing to open up her heart again in fear of being hurt.
John, a widower with children, is the owner of the construction company tasked with restoring Rosalyn Manor. While he needs the job because his company is barely surviving, he wants to avoid his attraction to Lesley because he has been burned by others like her in the past.
This story is filled with emotion. Both John and Lesley have been hurt in the past and both are fearful of putting their hearts on the line again. I found myself invested in these characters and enjoyed the way their story played out. There were some tears along the way…but they were worth it.
