I don’t normally read historical stories, but I couldn’t help but choose to read this after seeing that it was set in Viking times! The descriptions were vivid and beautiful giving me a clear picture of the setting. The characters completely endeared me to them and they just matched well. I truly enjoyed this book! I am looking forward to reading more by this author!

Having started this series, I had to keep reading! I loved the way all the characters interacted with each other. I wished I could walk around outside and see the beautiful places that were painted into my mind! This author does a fabulous job showing you their world, and dragging you in, to the point where you look up and don’t expect to see your own space, but truly expect to see their world. As someone who usually shies away from historical fiction, I truly recommend this series because it drew me in from word one, so I’m really glad I decided to try something different than I usually do!

I was happy to see another book in the More Family Saga. Face the Fire was not my favorite in the series, but it was still a good continuation. The story picks up shortly after the previous book left off- with Miles and Bella still newly weds and managing life after the birth of their twins. They are listed as stand alone books, but I think you should read them all to get a full story. Miles has a unique gift, better explained in early books, and their relationship and overall family dynamic is built upon. I felt like this story had too much focus on external characters, mainly Pharroh. Pharroh is an artist within Ari Music, and Bella is his handler, so to speak. He develops a crush on her, and drama ensues. The book had a good ending, wrapping everything up nicely. I hope to have the next book focus on the twins.

There is lots of action in this Book 2 of the Moore Family Saga series. Miles is quite the surprising little character, with lots of tricks up sleeve! When his powers are discovered, the family members all react in different ways, casting about as to how to handle the new development. Then tragedy strikes the family, it’s all they can do to hold together and keep safe. I really enjoyed getting to know Miles and figuring out about all the things he can do. There were a lot of plot twists, and some surprises I definitely didn’t see coming. The characters deepened in this book 2, and became more lifelike for me. Overall, I found this book more engrossing and layered than the first one in the series. Glad I decided to check out the second one.

As Bella and Miles return in the fifth book in this series, they are still very much in love and their partnership in the business which Miles has created from the ground up and which she is now a partner of as the Chief Marketing Officer, she begins to realise exactly how much work there is to be done while still keeping the love alive and their extended family happy. Meanwhile, Miles has started a new venture within the business and has begin to see even more success from it, but one of the people involved within it starts to put pressure on Miles when they engage in unbecoming behaviour, it increases the pressure he is already feeling.
As Miles and Bella try to schedule their business lives, they are also trying to do the same with their personal lives, Bella is determined to support Miles in everything he does and to help him build this business, but she is feeling the pressure as well and isn’t dealing with it as well as he is. That is until some information passes across Miles’s desk which pertains to a rival company and their competition with Miles, he knows that he is in the right, but he asks for a second opinion, however, nothing is as simple as it seems when trouble starts to brew.
As things heat up and the trouble increases, secrets are revealed on both sides and amid growing concerns that this rivalry between Miles and his competitors is growing despite all their efforts to avoid any confrontation, events conspire against them and the need for increased security around them is a necessary evil and Bella insists that she will do everything she can to keep her family safe, even if it means putting them before the business, she will not hesitate to do this and Miles understands this completely as he has had to put safety before everything before while he maintains his incendiary secrets which could engulf the family in more trouble than anything else.
Escalations increase and it is at this point that Bella fears the worst will happen and she worries that innocent blood will spill and the ramifications of this scare her, but will they be able to go head to head with the competition without the need for unnecessary violence, or will the danger surrounding those they love thanks to their joint success become too hot to handle? This fast paced romantic suspense will hook you in and keep you caught in the current of the rip tide of events as they unfurl with hints of magic and heat throughout, as the power couple work out the best ways to keep their family safe amid a riot of secrets and revelations which ignite the world they have worked so hard to create.

It is an intriguing and original historical crime murder mystery. This fascinating tale is set in Scotland and is rich in history and culture in a time where Vikings reined. I love Scotland and with the authors engaging, detailed and descriptive writing it was easy to imagine and loose myself in the story. The tale is suspenseful and mysterious, and with the same whodunnit feel as the first book. I love the way that the author keeps you on your toes by switching things up, so you were thrown off track and are unable to tell who is responsible until the big reveal.

Seed on Fire is book encompassing a wide of range of emotional topics in life: love, hardship, sacrifice, loss, disillusionment, and forgiveness. Throughout the turmoil, Lecia and Cade’s love is tested and strained to the edges of its bounds, as it is pummeled by threat after threat. Cade loves his wife deeply, but struggles to come to terms with his changing role as a father, and what that means for his career, his marriage, and his sense of self. These two love each other fearlessly throughout the ups and downs of the early marriage, and hope that if they hang on tight enough that their relationship will survive forever. I found this book tended to be rather melodramatic and hokey in parts, leaning heavily on the ‘soulmate’ trope in way I found hard to take seriously. Perhaps I am too jaded a reader, but I found it hard to believe in their relationship. A more romantically inclined reader may have a very different take!

This romantic paranormal novel was full of suspense which had me hooked from start to finish. The novel is book five in the series and can be read as a standalone story, however, the characters do crossover. Having been introduced to the main characters in a previous book, I enjoyed the continuation of Miles and Bella’s story. The storyline is definitely unique with a mix of romance, drama, suspense, magic, paranormal aspects and added magical realism elements, but it all makes for an enjoyable and engaging read. Bella and Miles Moore are great characters with plenty of chemistry. Miles is determined to make his dreams of having a music empire a reality but his wife, Bella is concerned that business is taking over family life. Bella also fears that the extremely competitive music industry along with the growing feud with their competitors will lead to bloodshed. The couple are still trying to keep their secrets from being revealed, and also discover that their shared success is endangering not just them but those they love. The author really does merge genres well and vividly brings the setting and characters to life with her descriptive narrative. This is a fast paced read, with an exciting plot that kept me turning the pages late until the night!

Miles and Bella return in this next instalment of the Moore Saga and it is their wedding day, as they both prepare for their nuptials, Bella insists that she and Miles stay in separate rooms so that their wedding night is more special and as she gets ready in the morning, she is excited to know that members from both Miles’s family, as well as family from both her mother and her father’s side of the family will be in attendance. Thanks to some genealogical research, Miles and Bella used the information to decide on a wedding in her ancestral home of Scotland on a beautiful sunny day filled with heritage, happiness and cheer as they join together before their witnesses in the contract of marriage. Unfortunately, it turns into more of a media centred celebration than expected and the only get a small amount of time alone together during the day and that is only when Bella snatches him away for a bit of time in private, but what she doesn’t expect is that an uninvited guest would turn up and try and spoil the day, however, they are put in their place and the celebrations go on both in public and private.
Shortly after midnight, Miles wakes Bella up and announces that he is whisking her off to Paris in a change of plans which annoys Bella a little to start, however, when she experiences the destination first hand, she is amazed by its beauty and is thankful for the gift. As the honeymoon passes with tours of France and Italy where they get to experience their culture and monuments with as little bother from the paparazzi as possible, however, they both know that it has to end and that eventually they will have to return to work, however, they enjoy the time passing together and allow themselves to be authentic with each other and share their innermost thoughts and feelings with each other without the rest of the world looking in.
When they return, Bella is thrown straight into the life of a celebrity and its many engagements and appearances that the lifestyles entails including tours and achievements which Miles has always dreamed of receiving, but the endless parties and function exhaust Bella and that is exacerbated when she finds out that she is pregnant. Their happiness is short lived when after a career triumph leads to a night of celebration which Bella could do without, especially when their home is taken over by an event, she reaches her breaking point when she is confronted by both exes and fans with less than innocent things on their minds, this leads to her needing to escape and returning to her childhood home so that she has time to breathe. When she arrives there, she is caught up in an accident where a fire destroys her home and if her security team hadn’t notified Miles that she had returned there, things could have taken a devastating turn, but as Bella recovers, secrets and truths are revealed, but will they be able to overcome this new hurdle in their lives, or will it tear them apart? This is another suspense filled romance with a few fantastical elements thrown in a it catches you in a whirlwind of experiences and emotions as the fast paced story flows along.

This is a fantastic and well written historical fiction book that really grabs your interest. It can be read as a standalone but I think the series is well worth your time. The series really does go from strength to strength, each book better than the last. The story is so detailed it really feels like you are there with the characters. The imagery is so vivid that I could picture it clearly as I read the book.i thought the story itself was interesting. It was gripping from the moment instarted reading and I thoroughly enjoyed every part of it.

Miles is now grown, and we get to know the adult in this book. Fire God Tour is book 3, and I would advise to read previous books in the series. Miles is a successful musician and on tour. His new chief of marketing has caught his eye. Only problem is she doesn’t like fire. I really enjoyed this romance, and once again the author puts the focus on the relationship and overcoming the obstacles. Another great romance plot line by this author!

I love getting sucked into the fantasy world with vampires and werewolves. This book is action packed, steamy, dangerous and gripping. I could not put it down. Levi and Tasha are great for each other and far more stronger together but has someone else realised that they are weaker when they are apart which puts them at risk. They must find away to shut the gates from hell and defeat hellspawn. You won’t be disappointed with this book.

I love how the author always brings such a realistic outlook to romance and relationships. Even when two people truly love you, communication and compromise definitely have to be there as well. Thank you to the author for bringing us such great storylines and romance.

Apocalypse Thoughts was an amazing story! This book follows a 17 year old girl, her younger brother, and their older cousin as they try to navigate a “hyena filled world“. Our main character is extremely relatable to multiple age ranges. Her wit and inner monologue was both hilarious and sad at the same time. The storyline was fast paced and kept my interest through the entire book! I can not wait to see more from this author!

“ConQuest: The Art of Selling at Cons” written by Megan Mackie is a very informative book with excellent delivery. I learned so much reading this guide! I had no idea there were so many different types of cons, nor that so many authors sell at them. The author gives many tools designed to assist with selling at cons, and provides examples of what has personally worked or not worked for her. This book is a fantastic guide!

Book 3 in the Shadow Chronicles series and by far my FAVORITE! 🖤 I adore paranormal romance reads, especially shifter reads. This series spiced the shifter world up for sure. I followed Tasha and Levi’s story from the beginning to the end and LOVED every minute spent reading it!! Sad to see their story end but it ended beautifully. You just have got to read from book one. Or well I highly recommend it anyways, if you haven’t. I loved their story so much I couldn’t imagine NOT reading every part of their journey. Another amazing read from this author and ecstatic I was introduced to her work.

Working with her ex to find her new lover and say his life is hard. Then some unexpected twist came into play. Lydia is strong and independent. Cam well he’s devious and cheeky but I like his character. What a twist I can’t wait to see more of these.

I love this series with a passion! I can not get enough of this book series, Dahlia is a wonderful heroine and I really admire her for all she is. This book I really enjoyed in the series thus far for how the development as well as the darkness hidden in Dahlia was. It was gripping and deep down that rabbit hole!
Dahlia once again has something to unravel, and knowing her, you know for a fact she has a plan in some form up her sleeve. I loved her interactions with Alex. They really made a great duo and love what they have between them, if its friends or more, depending how you look into it. I love how every book Dahlia has danger to over come, but for me this one was different than the rest. This specific installment I found we got a more deeper sense of who Dahlia was and all she keeps hidden, her demons mean. If her secrets was found out what would that mean for her, and her place she has learned to call home?
As said this book series is amazing, and it really gets better and better and deeper with each book I read about Dahlia. The danger and the shapeshifter essence of the book really drives my soul deeper into the plot. I can never get enough, I always want more answers. I find Dahlia awakens that part of me. No matter the danger or if a sacrifice or some part of her to say, she will not rest to she achieved what she has sent herself out to do. The story is gripping and this book ,currently is my favorite so far in the series!
If you have not read this book or this series yet I highly recommend you do so! I love this series and this author with a passion. I love how each book in this series builds up more and more, and your interest never dies down. Highly recommend the book, series, and author. A must read for sure!

This book was gripping in more than one way truly, I could not get enough of how the story as well as the characters progressed, The story brought on suspense, and a mystery woven within words of the book that came together, I loved it from start to fish. Amazing read!
For me it was the plot that sucked me in so deep! I loved the bond between Ketil and Sigrid right from the start. They had each other’s back and only wanted peace to come to the land. They risked a lot for answers, but as we all know sometimes the answers we seek aren’t want we want to realize. I found their bond was a great appeal to the story, everything else added in nicely too. Great build up!
Something else aside from the character and plot I really loved, was the descriptive use of the senses the author added into the story for the reader. I loved how the weather or clothes was deeply said into detail. it made realization really good, and I found I was right there in the town, trying to protect those close to me. Love that sensory appeal. Amazing author to craft such a wonderful engaging book!
This book was a wonderful read from the start to the end for sure. I could not get enough of this book, and I do highly recommend this author and this book. I will be reading other work by them for sure. I highly suggest not passing this one up, its a rare treat meant to be enjoyed!

This is the fourth book in this series which I enjoyed. I highly suggest reading the previous three books in this series to help enhance your enjoyment of this series and this author. I enjoyed being pulled into the story by the characters and what they bring to the story. This is a well written story where the author used details to bring life to the story. This is an engaging story that is hard to put down. A story that is full of action and rivalries that make an appearance when least expected. What will happen when the killings get too close to home for these characters? I enjoyed their growth as well as the growth of the plot throughout the story. The twists and turns had me guessing on what would happen next. I truly enjoyed this book and I highly recommend it.

This is the third book in the Satan’s Devils Mc series by this author. All of the books have been FIVE + stars for me. If you like MC’s you should read/listen to all of the books in this series and the spin offs. Slick and Ella are my new favorite couple of this MC club. The stories is full of a rough bike lifestyle, so it is not for the faint of heart.
Sierra Kline and Logan McAllister do a great job bringing the characters to life. Their voices are easy on the ears and they blend amazingly well together. I highly recommend these audibles and look forward to the next great listen by this author.

What an amazing start to a series! Recently I’ve found myself looking for a paranormal type story and wow did I find just the right one to bring me out of a reading funk. I love when an author makes me completely forget the real world around me. That’s exactly what this author gave me, from start to finish I was so drawn in I couldn’t stop until the very last page. The characters are complex and relatable they draw you into their world and had me hanging on every word. This story has action, drama and romance that keeps you on your toes the entire ride. The characters bring the story to life and I loved every minute I got with them. The storyline is well written and original. It’s paced well and all together a fantastic story. Five huge stars and highly recommended! Can’t wait for more!

I was so excited to be back with Tasha and Levi! I knew I’d have just as much fun with them as the first go around and the author certainly didn’t disappoint in any way. Once again we’re pulled into a paranormal adventure that left me feeling like the real world no longer existed. Once again the characters just draw you in and you can try all you want to take it slow and make it last but you’ll probably do about as well as me with that. There’s times a was on the edge of my seat just waiting to see what happens next. I like a book where I can still not make out what’s happening next and this author gets that need. It’s got nice originality and it’s definitely a story that’ll keep you up reading it to the very end. It’s well written and paced nicely never feeling rushed or lacking anything. I’m so excited for more and definitely give this one five stars. Highly recommend this book, this author and this series!

I really enjoyed this paranormal romance. This books can be read as a standalone but I think if you read from the start of the series it will give you a better understanding of the characters. However I have just read this one and I was still able to enjoy and follow the story. The author does an amazing job with her characters and building the world around them. Bella and Miles are both part of the music industry. From the outside they have everything you could wish for. Bella’s and Miles relationship is strong but it does get tested a lot in this story. Add to this the hidden secret about Miles’s gifts which is hard to keep hidden when they are so much in the public eye.
Bella wants to settle down and raise her twins. Her priority is them and their happiness and safety, but Miles seems to be focused more on his career and business than being with his family. With the added stress of Pharaoh, causing trouble and rifts in their marriage. Can they work through it all and stay strong or will something finally succeed in pulling them apart?

This romantic,Paranormal, Suspense novel was the first book i have read by this author and i liked it! It was nice book to have when i spent my weekend reading. It was a little harder to get into at the beginning but the Author has a nice writing style and I enjoyed the main characters. I’ll pick up their books in the future for sure! Happy Reading.
