Hawk’s Cry (Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation #2) by Manda Mellett – Review by Shelly Kittell

Hawk's Cry (Satan's Devils MC Second Generation #2)Hawk’s Cry by Manda Mellett
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This story is beautiful and redeeming at the same time. It is the story of Hawk (Eli) and Olivia. Suffering from feelings of being down and just feeling “off”, Hawk decides to walk away from the club (to the shock of Drummer, his father, and Wraith, his father-in-law). This sets off a tremendous series of events that will have Eli and Olivia questioning what they are doing. On top of this, the archangel saga continues. From page 1, you are sucked right into the story. The action, the chemistry between the couples, the brother’s relationships and the sense of community/family just all pull this book into one cohesive tale. The different POV’s keep the story fresh and interesting. You just can’t put the book down (I couldn’t). I had to know what happened next. This author will often write about an important topic in her books. This book included the topic of depression and missing the signs and how to help. This is important information that can help others. Thank you for including that. You may always help that one reader who may just need it. Excellent book. Action, steamy romance, and so much more. I highly recommend you read it.
