Notebook Mysteries ~ Emma (Notebook Mysteries Book 1) by Kimberly Mullins – Review by Jenni Bishop

Emma (Notebook Mysteries #1)Emma by Kimberly Mullins
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I am enjoying the Notebook Mysteries but just realised I missed the first book and have gone back and finally read it. This book is titled Notebook Mysteries ~ Emma and is where it all began.

This is a YA, historical cozy mystery tale where a 16-year-old spirited Emma wants more in life. She fancies herself a bit of an amateur sleuth and the adventure begins. She finds herself caught up in danger, crime, dark secrets, corrupt officials and mobsters.

Emma is a delightful and a fun read. It is not just a cozy mystery it is also a bit of a recipe book included throughout to delight the senses.

Notebook Mysteries is a for those who loves super sleuthing and who love a good mystery.
