My Hidden Life: Brothers of Camelot Prequel was a great 5 star read and book one in the My Life series.
We start with Alessandra celebrating her sixth birthday, she is the princess of the Canzano family and she knows she has to represent. After she is shot leaving her party, her father becomes very protective and obsessive. Her father is the Capo and a very powerful man with enemies.
Uncle Louie has been training Alessandra for years and has grown very close to her. She is well trained in self-defense and weapons. She can definitely take care of herself. She has a lot of responsibility and expectations as the princess of the family.
As Alessandra starts to learn things about her family she starts to question some things. Does she really want to follow through with her father’s expectations? I really like Alessandra, she was very smart, strong female. Once I started I couldn’t stop until I was done. I can’t wait to see where the story goes from here. Necie Navone does a great job with her writing, she pulls you right in.

I really loved this book! It was one of those stories that you can’t help but smile and laugh your whole way through it and I definitely couldn’t put it down. I’ve read a few books by this author now and I really enjoy her writing style, she is able to adapt it well for whatever genre she is writing and I always find her books engaging. I adored Lexi! She was a brilliant character, one you know if she were real you would totally want to be friends with her. I really felt for her at times but I think what happened to her made her a stronger person, she was definitely sworn off men – well until Jack came along that is and to be fair I think he could make anybody rethink their stance on men!! I thought that they had a great chemistry and I loved the interactions between them, there were definitely some funny moments! Across From You is probably one of the best rom-com stories that I have read this year and I know that anyone who reads it will not be disappointed! A fantastic 5 star read and I absolutely look forward to reading more from Amabel Daniels again in the near future.

Sailors Knot (Eastern Shores Swingers Book 4) By Phoebe Alexander 5 Stars
Sailors Knot by Phoebe Alexander is the fourth installment of the Eastern Shores Swingers Series. Although this book is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone, although I recommend reading the series in order to learn about the backstory of the characters in this story. This story is a second chance and swingers romance. This is the story of Casey Fontane. Casey is in California with her sister, while she is battling cancer. Her friends, Leah and Paisley, come to visit her and share some interesting stories about their lives. Casey shares her story about Gabriel and Joshua. Will she be able to reconcile with both men from her past? Will there be a second chance? I thoroughly have enjoyed reading this series so far, and this book is the best of the series. If you are into really steamy reads, this is the story to read.

My Hidden Life is book one in the My Life series by Necie Navone and is a five star novel. This novel was fascinating to me. I married into an Italian family with much of the mob mentality that is portrayed in this novel. As the novel starts out, we learn about six year old Alessandra. As the only child of the family leader, she is being groomed to take her father’s position when she gets older. She is introduced in a bad way though when she gets shot by a rival family. This story follows her as she grows older and I cannot wait to read the next installment. The emotions that this author is able to bring out in a person is amazing. I feel for this girl and everything she has to go through at such a young age, but also knowing that things are going to get harder for her as she gets older and takes on more responsibility.
Again another amazing read from this fantastic author and series! I have absolutely loved this series so far, the stories have been full of excitement, brilliant characters, twists and turns and a lot of romance! I am a huge fan of MC stories and I have to say I think these are amongst some of my favourites that I have ever read. I have been waiting patiently to get my hands on the fourth book in the series and it was everything I wanted and more it did however leave me an emotional wreck! The author took my heart and ran away with it during this story. There were points where I didn’t think I could read on because I didn’t think I could take anymore but I knew I need to keep going – I needed to see what was going to happen! I am head over heels in love with Lucas! He was an alpha male at his best! He was guilty of causing me to swoon quite a lot!! Quinn was just an amazing character, her past was so tragic but she came out of it stronger and I absolutely admired that about her! I thought that Quinn and Lucas were just perfection and the interaction between Lucas and Brooklyn – oh my gosh my heart melted! I absolutely adored this story and I never wanted it to end – I think this is my favourite from an already amazing series and I really cannot recommend it enough!
I was so excited to get my hands on this book, I was really missing all of the characters after finishing book 5 and I couldn’t wait to read more about Felicity and Conor! From reading the other books in the series I have always wondered about their relationship and I was definitely looking forward to finding out more about Felicity. I was only a few pages in when I felt this intense connection to Felicity, the author wrote about her in such a way that I could really feel her emotions and I understood exactly how she was feeling. I actually wanted to give her the biggest hug ever and tell her that she was more than worthy of being Conor’s wife. As always Conor has me swinging from love to hate but I think deep down he always has Felicity’s best interests at heart but he just doesn’t always go about things the right way. As always the author has tacked real life problems in her stories and I think that’s why I always feel this real connection with her characters. The problems faced by her characters are real, raw and emotional. I feel everything they do and as a reader I am always completely invested in their lives. Felicity Found is a fantastic, emotional 5 star read and could be read as a standalone however I absolutely would recommend the whole series they truly are amazing books.

Elegantly Denim: An Elegant Prelude (Elegant Series- Prequel) By Tee Smith. This book has me excited for the rest of this series. I really enjoyed getting a bit more inside Denim’s story before starting the rest of the books. This is my first read from this author and I’m ready for more. While this is a short read it had my complete attention and turning that pages as fast as I can to see where the story goes. And now I’m definitely going to go devour the rest of the books available. Can’t wait to see where this series goes and where the author takes readers next. It’s well written and paced nicely with characters I’m really enjoying so far. I’m giving this book a four star review.

Felicity Found (Rogue Series Book 6) By Lara Ward Cosio. I read this as a standalone without too much confusion but I’d have to agree with others that reading them in order would make them a bit more meaningful and even more clear. That and honestly you’d still want to read the others because this one was so good. From page one I couldn’tstop, the characters immediately draw you into their world. The emotions written into this wonderful story can be felt deep with each passing page. Felicity and Conor are relatable and easy to connect with and their story will stick with you well past the end page. I’m excited to go back a read the series in order for sure. I’m giving this book a five star review and highly recommend it to.

It Ends Tonight (Bayou Devils MC Book 4) By A.M. Myers Rated 5 stars!
Wow! This is a crazy story. My mind is still spinning from what just happened. These characters!! OMg the author pulls you in and makes you complacent then…BAM! Life is forever changed! Quinn (Love her name) and Lucas are wonderful characters. Each has their own demons but they are willing to try to move forward in life. They each have spirit, class and love of family. These two…gah! They are one of my favorites!
Lucas…I feel for you! You are either breaking my heart or making me love you. Your words to Quinn are so so sweet. Your struggles from your youth—-Damn! I want to reach through these pages and give you a pat on the shoulder or a hug. You are amazing!
It’s great to see the rest of the crew. They always bring a smile to my face. I love when all the girls and cause havoc with their men at the club house. Fun times always follow. They make me laugh and I eagerly look forward to when the new GF is introduced to them. That being said the men have a good time when they are together as well. Joking and picking on each other. So funny! I always look forward to reading these scenes in the books.
Obviously this isn’t my first book by this author. I do enjoy this series. The characters are outstanding. The stories this author comes up with? Each one seems to get better and take me to a new place that I have been before. This one slayed me! I really felt all the joy, pain and sorrow these characters did. Wonderfully written! I can’t wait for more!

Our Unexpected Hope is an awesome read by Michelle Sullivan. This book will pull on your heart strings for sure and I really do recommend that its read. Our Unexpected Hope centres around Quinn and Noah. Quinn helps her father run the photography company and although she has never really been in love she knows she wants the same love her mum and dad have for each other. Then we have Noah, he is head chef at the restaurant he works at. Noah is mesmerized some what by Quinn and wants to know everything there is to know about Quinn. Noah has the most beautiful heart and it just shows through the words on the page. This book is so well written it’s another occasion where you feel you actually know the characters in the book. This book just seems to flow from the first page to the last, and I can tell you in will have you on an emotional roller coaster but one well worth being on.

It Ends Tonight (Bayou Devils MC Book 4) By: A.M. Myers 5 out of 5 stars
The story It Ends Tonight (Bayou Devils MC Book 4) by A.M. Myers is a romantic suspense book. It is the next story in a series that I have loved since I read the first book. It is a story that hooked me in from the very beginning and that I didn’t want to put down until I had finished the last page. I loved reading about the characters of Lucas Smith and Quinn Dawson. Lucas is in the Bayou Devils MC club. They are like family to him. Lucas also has a brother and sometimes his actions are harder to figure out than the others. Lucas is very caring almost to a fault. He believes that he can protect the bond he and his brother have. Quinn is a woman who is beautiful, strong, and independent. Little does she realize how deep her feelings for him will run. A truck brings these two together and they soon find themselves attracted to each other. They can’t stop thinking of one another and Lucas is determined that he will look out for Quinn. While these two both have a past and secrets they also have never felt the way they do for each other. Little by little Quinn is losing pieces of her heart of Lucas. What will happen to them when and or if an unexpected revelation is made? Will they lose each other or will the love that they feel pull them together? Will they get their chance at an HEA? Read this book to find out. Both Quinn and Lucas are characters that I grew to love more and more with each chapter that I read. You know that they are meant to be together and I had my fingers and toes crossed that their relationship would last. I enjoyed the bantering back and forth between Quinn and Lucas as well as their interactions with the other characters in the story. Some of these characters are brought forward from other books in the series and I enjoyed reading about what they are doing now. This is an amazing story that has wonderful characters and had me at times turning pages. Highly recommended reading.
Felicity Found (Rogue Series Book 6) By: Lara Ward Cosio 5 out of 5 stars
The story Felicity Found (Rogue Series Book 6) by Lara Ward Cosio is a contemporary romance book. It is part of a series that I have loved ever since reading the first story. I loved reading about each band member and I am excited to now read more about Felicity and her life with Conor. This is a book that will hook you in from the very beginning and I didn’t want to put down until I had read the final page. It is a story that had my emotions going up and down just as much as the characters. The author does a wonderful job in making you feel what the characters does and the book has enough detail that I felt like I was right there with them. This is a couple that I loved reading about and this book had me empathizing with them both as they try to navigate their way through life. With Conor, this includes in and out of the studio. Felicity is a woman who has started to feel like a failure. I got the feeling from reading what she feels that she is more judgmental of herself than others are of her. With two children a hectic life is guaranteed. With her being overwhelmed will she accept the help that she needs? Conor is worried about Felicity. He finds her trying to push him away. Can he help Felicity with her insecurities? Are these two on a course that could lead to their breakup? Read this book to find out. I enjoyed reading about the additional characters that are in the book. Some of them have been brought forward from the other stories and it is like checking in with old friends. I enjoyed the interactions between them, Felicity, and Conor. Don’t miss out on the next amazingly wonderful story in this series. Highly recommended reading.

The story Elegantly Denim: An Elegant Prelude (Elegant Series- Prequel) by Tee Smith is a contemporary romance book. It includes suspense and also mystery. It will have you turning pages to find out what happens next. It is a story that hooked me in from the very beginning and I didn’t want to put it down until I had finished the last page. I enjoyed reading about the character of Denim. He is a successful businessman. He has money and power. Is that enough or does he find himself wanting more? He investigates rumors and also makes deals. Those that he employs are loyal. This is a prequel that is novella sized however the character of Denim is larger than life and the story is one that you don’t want to miss out on. Highly recommended reading.

It Ends Tonight (Bayou Devils MC Book 4) by A.M. Myers is another great book in the Bayou Devils MC series. OMG I have grown to love and adore these alpha men and their crazy arse women. With their fun banter and love for each other, I was so excited to read this next book. I enjoy A.M.’s writing style and find myself easily getting lost in her words. She paints a picture that enables you to see and feel all that there is in their world and themselves. There is a lot of pain and suffering in this book and a few tears may or may not have been shed, so grab a few tissues. Can they overcome the sorrow, fear and longing to find their HEA? I love the comradery that these men and women have formed and feel a part of their lives and family. They are proof that family does not have to be by blood. I can not wait for more!

I enjoyed this book from beginning to end. This story is fast paced and easy flowing. The characters are both lovable and relatable. They took me on an emotional roller coaster ride that just kept going. Fate puts Lucas and Quinn in each others path when a truck runs a red light. The problem is, their meeting opens up old memories that could turn lives upside down. Will they survive what life is throwing at them? I highly recommend reading this book to find out.

This is a series I highly suggest you read from beginning to end to get the full effect of these characters. In this book we get to see more of Felicity and Conor’s life. Felicity is feeling a little overwhelmed with being a new parent and the feeling of being a failure as a wife and daughter. So many emotions with this book, I couldn’t put it down. They have been through so much together and you just never know what else life may throw at them. I highly recommend reading this book.

This is a short story that is a great start to a new series. Denim is learning to find his own way in life. He is a powerful man who has to learn who he can trust and that everyone has a price but somethings can’t be bought with money. He is a character we really don’t get to know that much about, hopefully in future books we will. I enjoyed his character as well as the others and they made the story flow. I highly recommend reading this book, will he find something more valuable than money?

Redemption by Meghan O’Flynn is book five and the last in the Ash Park series. I have spent so much time in Ash Park, and I am sad this moving, engrossing, mystery filled, series has come to an end. O’ Flynn was able to grab me from book one till this book. Each book getting better and better and this ONE truly blew me out of the water. The crime coming back to haunt Detective Petrosky, connection to the Looking Glass Killer bringing up so much while Petrosky still dealing with his grief and must finally put this case to rest SOLVED! There are times I want to slap Petrosky but this book, showed me again shows me just how much I have grown to love him. He is a broken down man who has had to deal with such pain and tragedy. This man and all his grief are thrown into a case and investigation that will make him face his past and his pain HEAD ON! I fully can’t put into words how much this book and this series have stayed with me and will continue to stay with me. Meghan O’Flynn delivers each time, and makes me want to read all the books in one sitting. I am addicted to her suspense, her strong characters, and her amazing writing. I am so sad to see this end and truly hope that one day we get to visit Ash Park again. I highly recommend this series, this author, you WILL NOT be disappointed.
What a powerful story. This thrilling suspense had me guessing all the way through. It is richly detailed and well paced. This was my first book from this author and I thought it was extremely well done. This mesmerizing tale grabbed my attention on the first page and didn’t let go. Loved it.

This YA fantasy hooked me on the first page. C.A. King is quickly becoming a “go-to” author for me. King’s books are well-paced, richly detailed, and allow the reader to fly off into a whole new world. This story is another winner. Although not long in page number, this is another King story that is riveting and solid. I loved every minute I spent in its pages.

I loved this new short from C.A. King. I had no idea what to expect going in other than it would be a great read from a author I have grown to love. This was probably my absolute favorite book from C.A. King yet. I was hooked from the very beginning in with Aunt Petunia’s story in the prologue.
“Fairies are born from emotions and wishes,” Petunia explained. “When you blow a bubble, you fill it up with all you are feeling. That’s why there are different kinds of fairies. Have you ever noticed if you are in a bad mood and blow a few bubbles, you start to feel better? That’s because all of that turmoil is released inside the bubbles.” She poked her niece in the tummy.
Caitlin giggled, Wiggling away.
“Those fairies aren’t the nicest, but on the flip side, if you are celebrating a birthday and are happy, all that joy goes into the making of a different fairy,” Petunia continued.
“What if they pop?” Caitlin asked.
“Oh,” Petunia replied, shaking her head. A serious expression crossed her face. “Many of them do. That is why fairies are so rare. Only a select few float off into the clouds. It’s there that life begins, but that isn’t the end of the struggle for a new fairy. Any bubble that reaches the greatest heights and floats back down has within it the beginnings of a new fairy- magic dust. You’ve heard of fairy dust, haven’t you?”
From the prologue we fast forward to when Caitlin is eighteen years old. Aunt Petunia is no longer the favorite aunt with the magical stories. She is now a recluse bestselling author only socializing when work requires her to. She lives on the outskirts of town in a creepy house with two cats. One day Aunt Petunia stops by and announces that she has to leave for a funeral and needs her to watch her house. The only problem with that is the guy she has been hoping to land some time with before graduation chose this weekend to finally ask her to hang out. When her friends convince her to have a secret get together at the house surely it wont go well for many reasons.
Here is where I really loved the way this book played out so well. This was a wonderfully crafted story, and one that I enjoyed at thirty-three but, I will be adding it to my list of books to share with my eleven year old. This has a great underlying message of anti-bullying. The situations are realistic and yet are done in a way that is appropriate for multiple audience levels. It is fun, engaging, and magical. I felt very much like I was reading a Harry Potter novel. That good magical feeling that you have when you open one of those novels. I don’t want to give away too many more details. For those you will have to buy this for yourself. I wouldn’t wait for the Halloween season either, enjoy it year-round! This one will need to be on my bookshelf! Thanks C.A. King for a wonderfully, magical read!

Redemption: An Ash Park Novel (Volume 5) by Meghan O’Flynn
5+++++++ Stars for the book, the series and this amazingly awesome author.
I actually only read the last 2 of this series and am so hooked I can’t even tell you, I will have the first 3 and actually think I might want this whole series sitting on my bookshelf next to some other authors that write in this genre, I won’t mention their names but you would know who I was talking about if I did mention them. This author deserves to be right next to them and for some of the writing in these stories Id say she even bypassed them, so yeah Im thinking I will add this series to my Christmas list so that I can read it from the very beginning and what a great excuse to read the last two all over again.
I don’t even have the words to explain how I feel about this book…The name this author chose is so spot on and I couldn’t wait to read it, after finishing Hidden I wasn’t quite sure what I would be walking into but I just knew that this author would take care of it and she did not let me down. Oh, thats not saying it was an easy read because it wasnt when some details were explained or we got to hear from a totally different voice, it was those times I just wanted to crawl through the kindle and beat the tar out of someone.
I truly love Petrosky, he’s not easy to love but I absolutely do, and Jackson, simply awesome!! I wasn’t sure at first but that didn’t last long.
I just don’t know what else to say without going into this long drawn out review full of spoilers so I think it is best I just stop and tell you to pick these books up, don’t start on the 4th like I did, go back and read them all, I can tell there’s a lot I missed, although it didn’t hinder my ready at all I still know I must have them all.
Brilliant storyteller, I read it in less than a day, and I will read every book this author writes, she is now firmly placed on my favorites list of all time.

This is not my first read by this author so I knew to be prepared for nothing to get done until I finished this book and my goodness what a book. My emotions were everywhere and im still trying to make them make sense again! Quinn and Noah may have opposite upbringing but knew they were destined from the start, amazing read once again.
Redemption: An Ash Park Novel (Volume 5) by Meghan O’Flynn 5 stars
What another gripping read from this series and author! Following Petrosky again, we are taken on one heck of a ride. I felt all he felt, and I just couldn’t put this down until the end. I’ve read all books from this series and have been dreading but also waiting for this book at the same time. I will be reading more from this author in the future for sure!

Hooray, hooray the gangs all here!!
Ms. Filler did not hold back and punches with The Raven Group. Luke was planning some R&R for Samaar/Luci and himself on some remote little island where they can get some R&R and some romance as well. Guess who plans got postponed! That’s right The Raven Group. They are on case to find a missing teenage girl. This will be a great case for them because it has corruption written all of over it. With Ms. Filler’s book they get better and better. This one was off the charts. I cannot wait to see what she has in store for The Raven Group next.
After her mom ends up in the hospital, Gwen knows nothing will ever be the same. She has so many questions and so few answers. Will her mom survive? And if she does, will the tension in their relationship ease? Will Kame come back for her?
No one knows the answers to all of life’s questions; Gwen’s only option is to hold on as the storm rages on around her.
Eternal Bloom by AE Gamrat is the second book in this series. I would highly recommend reading New Bloom before reading Eternal Bloom. Eternal Bloom picks up right where New Bloom ended. This is my second book by this author and I enjoyed reading both of her books. I truly enjoyed this duet. I found it to be a really accurate and great coming of age story. Just like the first one I found this on a page turner. I couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait to see what else is available from A.E. Gamrat. Thanks for a great read!

Graduating college and knowing how the next chapter of your life will play out is a big deal, right? How
much more could someone ask for?
Gwen has always followed every rule her mother gave her. With her future planned for her, she never
really had the time for fun or boys. Never really learned how to let loose, go with the flow.
What happens when all the plans she thought were laid out for her are pulled out from under her feet?
Add in the mysterious man that pops into the flower shop stirring emotions she has never had before,
and she is in for the ride of her sheltered life.
Growing up is hard, and Gwen’s in for a growing experience she never planned on.

Tomb For an Eagle, Orkneyinga Murders Book 1 by Lexie Conyngham 4 out of 5 Stars This suspense/mystery book will have you gripping the edges of your book or kindle. This is a super fun twist on the classic whodunit. The murder mystery plot to this book is very vivid, full of details and I was constantly switching up my guess as to who the killer was. However, once the ending came around, I was in complete shock and I loved how it was pulled off. The writing is very smooth. This reads like a dream. You easily fall into the depths of the book and when you look up again, hours have passed and you don’t even know it. This book is well worth your time and effort. I loved every inch of this book, and plan to read it again soon.

This series just keeps getting better and better. There are surprises at every turn. This book is well written and just as exciting as the rest of the series. It is also just as twisted and gruesome as the other books as well.
Detective Petrosky is an amazing detective, father and person. He is a human. He has made mistakes from the beginning of book one. But he is human. He loves with his whole heart, but he won’t tell you that. He’s tough on the outside and even tougher on the inside. I love that he is a larger type man, with common health conditions. Doesn’t everyone love granola bars!?
I also love the return of certain characters from previous books, especially Shannon Morrison. Watching her change from the hard as nails prosecutor into a loving and caring mother was an interesting twist. Knowing that some of the characters get closure, if not their own version of a happily ever after, makes this book a fantastic finish for this series.
I highly recommend this book as the perfect conclusion to the Ash Park series.
