Touchdown by Alexa Summers is a must-read Sports Romance! This is my first book by this author, but it certainly won’t be my last, it also happens to be the first book in the Big Apple series. This romance read is dramatic, steamy, funny, entertaining and so captivating. I was pulled right in from the first chapter as I easily connected with Lexi’s witty character. Her pursuit for a successful career was inspiring and I loved how down to earth she was. Plus, as a bonus I also really loved Brett’s character, he made for the perfect book boyfriend, he was sweet, manly, family oriented and oh so sexy!
I can’t wait to read the rest of this series and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for their next romance read!

Romance in Rehoboth is three separate stories. While each one can be read as a stand-alone, reading them in order tends to develop a better feel for Montgomery’s writing style and the characters that are casually mentioned through-out each story.
Fat Girl is the first book and is about Claire. Claire realizes that “everyone’s fat is different.” Most people are going through something in their life. Montgomery has created a character that learns she is strong, she is important, and everyone deserves unconditional love.
The Flip is one of the funnier stories I have read. Andrew and Sonnet inherit a house. While this normally wouldn’t be such a big deal, Andrew and Sonnet are not friends, which makes reading about them and their situations even funnier.
Plot Twist is book three and has a stage production setting. Lindy is our overweight sweetheart. She has little self esteem until she is on stage and then she feels like she can be anyone and do anything. She also learns that taking a chance could lead to greater things.
All three leading ladies learn that taking a risk has nothing to do with the size of your body but the size of your heart!

Deadly Alliance by Maddie Wade and India Kells is a Fortis/Purgatory crossover novel. This is a great combining of authors who, both in their own right, are authors I would happily read every time. Each of these series have been good reads and this crossover works so well. The way the characters are worked in together was brilliant. You could see each of the different authors styles but you could also see the compatibility between the two. Although I did find the main storyline to be a little bit obvious I still liked how fast paced the book was and how it still managed to keep my attention. I still found myself engaging with the characters and looking forward to what would happen next. This is a great collaboration that I hope we see more of in the future.

The Jack is the second book in the Immortal series written by M.K. Harkens. I have read a few books by this author and her works get better and better I really enjoy her work. This book/series is a paranormal/romance with difficult choices and betrayal. The characters are well written and amazing I loved the way they interacted with each other. The way this author described the scenery was incredible and I could picture myself there. Archer is a half breed, caught between two opposing heritages the Jacks, are a bloodthirsty race who kills for sport, and the Readers, are a docile race trying to save humankind. Two years ago, he betrayed the Readers, though, in a last-minute change of heart, saved them from ultimate destruction. But now he’s all alone, wallowing in unrequited love. Should he save the Anne the woman he loves but can never have, protect humanity, or avoid a prison sentence that would stretch for eternity? Sadie who is an Immortal Seer and with a vision from her ancestors she is left with a dangerous calling: she must hunt down and destroy the last of the vengeful Jacks. But her quirky humor and gentle spirit make her an unlikely fit for the job. Siren Call is the 3rd book in the Eastern Shore Swingers Series by Phoebe Alexander. It follows on from Fisher of Men and The Catch. Although it follows on from the first 2 books it can be read as a stand-alone. I would suggest that you do read the first 2, not because it will help with your understanding of this book, but purely because they are fantastic books. If you are going to read them all then I’d recommend reading them in order as the story will flow much better that way. As with the first 2 books this is a very erotic read. It is also the first time that I have read a F/F book. I was unsure how I’d enjoy this. I will say that I did enjoy this book but not quite as much as the first 2. Not saying that this is not a good book, it’s a great book. Our main heroine Jessie is a cop with a heart of gold. Everything she does is aimed at making life better for others. The owners of the swing club she is a member of have asked her to look out for another member, Sirena, as they are worried about her. In trying to get close to Sirena and to find out her story, Jessie becomes more and more attracted to Sirena. She soon realises that there is a lot more to Sirena’s story than she would ever have imagined. There is so much more drama an intrigue in this book which keeps you gripped to find out just what Sirena’s story is. I have to admit that I really didn’t like Sirena through most of the book but I adored Jessie. She was an amazing character. I’ve loved this series so far and I’m now looking forward to reading the next instalment to see what the author has in store for all these characters.
This is a fantasy book and is my favorite of hers as of yet. I enjoy how this author is able to pull me in with creative characters and a plot that is creative and easy flowing. This is a story about a girl who will do anything to get her family back even if it means stealing from a king. Fionna is my favorite character, she is strong, fierce and kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the book. Will she be the last hope for Caerleon? I highly suggest reading this book to find out.

This is my first book by this author and I enjoyed it from beginning to end. This book has a little bit of everything in it from suspense to romance. It pulled me into a world that is as messed up as the come for Yoko, then she meets Mark. What will happen when he finds out about her past but then what is he hiding in his past? The twists and turns that both of them took me on left me sitting on the edge of my seat just waiting to see what happens next. I highly recommend this book.

This trilogy is a MUST read. Each book is about 100 pages so you can rip through the whole trilogy in no time at all. I wish I was able to read them as a boxed set, so congrats on one clicking this.
There is so much to say about the amazingness of this series. The quick, information filled chapters. The visualization from the writing. The believability of the desired situations. It was fascinating to read.
Every letter, every word, every paragraph and every character moved this story along. It was told in such a minimalistic style yet is so full bodied. I felt it had an important moral and I was pleased with how it ended.
This is in my top 3 trilogies that I’ve read. I 100% recommend it to everyone.

This story is the second installment of the Southern Promises series by K.G. Fletcher. Like the first one, this novel can be read perfectly as a standalone, but makes better sense when read with the series. Hart is unemployed, and living with his sister Katie, who we meet in book 1. Gia is a business owner/dancer/impersonator. They come from different sides of the track and know 2 completely different ways of life. When Hart and Gia hit it off, I was definitely interested in seeing what kinds of ups and downs they experience. This story touched on some real world issues while demonstrating what it means to want to be a better person because of the person you love. I found myself super annoyed by Gia more than once, and kinda in love with Hart just as much. Fantastic read! 5 out of 5 stars!

Georgia Clay is Book 1 of the Southern Promises series by K.G. Fletcher, and my personal favorite of the 3 novels. It can be easily followed as a standalone, however if you plan to read the series as a series, pay attention to the side characters! This book gives excellent insight and builds up ALL the characters rather than just the leading 2. This book was super easy to get lost in. Once I picked it up, I didn’t want to put it down. Clay is an all out Southern gentleman, and Katie also born in the south, is a city girl through and through! I loved following the ups and downs and uncertainty of both characters as they navigate their relationship. I loved that it was 100% romance, and there was no subplots to detract you from what the book was actually about. 5 out of 5 stars!
When I first read the blurb for this book I will be honest and say I almost didn’t read it. I can’t and will never condone human trafficking so why would I read a book about it – but however I thought I would give it ago as it is a story after all. I am really glad that I did read and whilst I still don’t like the content of the book the author did write a really emotional, amazing story that really did keep my attention throughout. I really felt like I was on a journey with all of the characters and I really felt emotional whilst reading their stories. I’ve not read anything by this author before so I would definitely like to read more from her and I would definitely say if the subject matter is putting you off reading then please give it a go, the author really has done a fantastic job with writing this story and I would absolutely recommend it.

Wow… this book is simply amazing ! It was definitely worth the wait !! It was just as good as the first one ( The Reader ) , if not even better! It’s full of drama, suspense , twists and turns.. and even romance woven right in! It’s extremely well written, with complex characters. It will keep you engaged from start to finish! Once you start reading , trust me… you will not be able to put it down! Archer and Sadie… you will not be able to forget about this magnificent duo! I don’t want to give anything away. Just go out and read this book… you will not be disappointed in the least!! Great job, M.K. Harkins… I can’t wait to see where the third books takes us!!

K.G Fletcher is a new author for me, and I absolutely loved this story!! Jessica is a newly divorced mom of 4 girls all under the age of 4 . Her ex is a good for nothing real estage mogul that cheated. As Jessica comes to terms with her new reality, the last thing she expects is to meet a man as big as a Georgia Pine, and as helpful and sweet as they come. But like Jessica, he has skeletons in his closet. Tim McGill is Jessica’s gardener, and her saviour, but he has a secret! Who doesn’t love a good secret? This story made me consider the rich a little more than I ever have before. Without giving anything away, let me just say Georgia Pine ( Southern Promises Book 3) is a MUST READ for lovers of romance! 5 out of 5 stars!

Give and Take by Lee Kilraine was my first experience by this author, and I have to say that I was very surprised by the character development, as well as the storyline.
We get to meet quiet yet strong Wyatt Thorne, one of The Thone Brothers, and let’s just say that the reader can’t help but fall for him. There is also Rhia Hollis, a business owner that will know how to push Wyatt’s buttons. I was sucked into the storyline immediately, and felt like I was enjoying all that the characters were doing. I absolutely loved their journey. I can’t wait to read more by this author and experience her world building. I consider this to be 4 Star Book.

5 Star Hidden: An Ash Park Novel ( Volume 4) By Meghan O’Flynn is the fourth book in her Ash Park series and holy cow,I already loved not only this series but this author and then she comes out with this. This book blew me away and definitely has become my favorite from this series so far.I love her writing style and how it just grabs you and doesn’t let go till the end. Even then I’m still thinking about everything that just happened. There’s some twists and turns that will have you on the edge of your seat trying to figure out what happens next. This book has a bit of everything, suspense, mystery.Detective Petrosky is my favorite character, he feels the weight of every single one of his cases.Some they win some they don’t but he feels the weight all the same.When a body turns up on a front lawn he knows he has to catch the killer. But as the investigation continues the more unusual it becomes. Then another body turns up and Detective Petrosky is very aware of who is committing the crimes. He thought this person was long gone but he was wrong. Find out what happens next, I highly recommend reading this Book. I can’t wait to dive into Redemption.

Who: A Stalker Series Novel Megan Mitcham 4 out of 4 stars
Who is the first book I’ve read by Megan Mitcham but I was pleased to know it is the first in a series so it won’t be the last. While I have to admit I wasn’t completely hooked by the first page, the story kicked off a little slow for me but once the story picked up a little more I found myself completely enthralled. I thoroughly enjoy books with a strong, independent female lead and that’s what I got in Larkin, her group of friends was just as powerful and successful making for great secondary characters. It’s hard to adequately write a review for a romantic suspense like this one without ruining any of the plot, but the story was just as strong as the characters and I’m looking forward to what more this stand alone series has in store for me. 5 Star The Catch (Eastern Shore Swingers Book 2) by Phoebe Alexander is the second book in her Eastern Shore Series.Although this can be read as a standalone I do recommend reading the first book in this series as well. I was hooked from the beginning and had a hard time putting it down once I started reading. I’ve read several other books by this Author and this is on the top of my favorites list. This is the story of Paisley and Calvin. Paisley works at the club,it a secret club for those who live a certain lifestyle. She’s new to the area and her job.Shes very smart yet independent and people seem to be drawn to her and her confidence and also the way she looks.She doesn’t do relationships but she does do hook-ups,or friends with benefits..What will happen when she meets a man who wants a relationship with her? Calvin is a smart and kind man and owns his own business. He’s very clear about his feelings for Paisley, he’s drawn to her. He wants the whole package,her body,heart,and her soul as well. What happens when her past comes back to haunt her? Will she turn to Calvin for help and comfort? Can he convince her to have a relationship with him? This book has some pretty hot and steamy scenes .Some parts had me sitting on the edge trying to figure out what happens next. I highly recommend this book. Give & Take is book two in The Thorne Brothers series by Lee Kilraine. My first read by this author. It’s just the beginning of something beautiful. I was impressed beyond my wildest dreams. Elation at finding yet another epically talented author was an emotion that I became very familiar with. I don’t know where they get all this talent. My talent can fit into my pinky nail. I am forever thankful for the time, effort and heart that goes into these stories. I just can’t get enough of them.
Now about this mind blowing cast of colourful characters the endlessly entertain with this hilarious antics, amusing idiosyncrasies, and never ending awkwardness, attractiveness and sensuality. I was constantly laughing, but this story was so much deeper than what I could ever have imagined from the beginning, and gave me so much more than I could have possibly dreamed of. Wyatt was a deep and tender hearted man that shouldered doubt and insecurities. His family was his support and Rhia the very one he never knew he needed. Rhia had her own set of troubles, but was so seriously entertaining, I could read about her for years. On paper, they were polar opposites. In reality, there could not be a more perfectly imperfect couple. Give & Take was pleasure personified, and The Thorne Brother series is a must have addition to my library. 5 stars.

Who: A Stalker Series Novel by Megan Mitcham is a story that is as powerful as it is explosive, as it is thrilling, as it is enticing, as it is sexy. This psychological thriller will keep you enthralled and intrigued and Megan did a fantastic job of layering each plot and mystery and revealing it slowly like something to be savoured. As if being a woman in a business world where you have to fight twice as hard to prove yourself wasn’t hard enough. But to be taunted and stalked is enough to break even the toughest of us but our heroine was able to kick arse both physically and verbally. And lets not forget her trusty friends and sidekicks, who had me laughing out loud and reminding us of what friends are for. Megan’s writing style is superb and the characters are strong and well written with emotions you can feel. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and can not and I mean can not wait to read the next one.

The story THE PLOT by Melinda De Ross is a wonderful romantic suspense book. It is a story I loved reading. It had me hooked from the very beginning and I didn’t want to put it down until I had read the last page. It is a story about a woman’s need for revenge but also about healing. I loved reading about the characters of Yoko Hirano and Mark Chandler. Yoko is a woman who was made part of a human trafficking organization. She escapes and then begins her plans for revenge against the organization and the man behind it. She is beautiful, determined, strong, and smart. Yoko is a woman who doesn’t always see herself in the best light. She doesn’t believe that anyone would want to fall in love with her after they find out about her past. She doesn’t believe in love, romance, or happy endings. Then she meets Mark. Mark Chandler owns his own antique business and is a man with secrets of his own. When he meets Yoko, he is very attracted to her and finds her foremost on his mind. Both Mark and Yoko are feeling emotions that they never have with anyone else and that puts them into uncharted waters. Where will their feelings lead them? Will Yoko find Mark to be the one that starts the healing process for her? Are these two soulmates? Will Yoko finally get the revenge against the organization and the man behind what she was made to endure? Read this book to find out. This is a story has moments that are sad and make you feel angry at what happened to Yoko. There are also heartwarming times and you can really feel the love and tenderness that Mark feels for her. There are also moments that are suspenseful and had me wondering what was going to happen next. There are scenes of passion and desire between Mark and Yoko included in this book. This is a wonderfully written story and one I would recommend reading.

The story The Fifth Knight: An Arthurian Legend Reverse Harem Romance (The Knights of Caerleon series Book 1) by Jesikah Sundin and Claire Luana is a medieval/fantasy book. It is a story that hooks you in from the very beginning and I didn’t want to put it down until I had read the final page. I love fantasy books as they spark my imagination and I find myself lost in the pages of the story. I loved reading about the character of Fionna. She is a fierce and talented warrior. She is also independent and stubborn. She is forced into a course of action to save her father and sister. That action will have her stealing a faerie sword from a king. She is unprepared for what happens next. I also enjoyed reading about Arthur Pendragon and his sword brothers Lancelot, Galahad, and Percival. These four have a strong bond between them and I loved hearing them playfully banter back and forth with each other. Lancelot is one that has feelings for guilt and also a secret that he keeps. Arthur is a man of honor and believes that all that is happening in the Kingdom of Caerleon is his burden to bear. These brothers are all shocked and surprised when the fifth knight that Merlin has spoken of turns out to be Fionna. That the brothers and she are attracted to each other is undeniable. Their thoughts frequently turn toward each other. Is Fionna as the fifth knight the key to breaking the curse on the Kingdom of Caerleon? Fionna feels conflicted as she has to choose between betraying the king and knights that she has feelings for and saving her family. What will she do? Read this book to find out. This is a story that does have passion and romance included. There is also magic, enchantments, and danger. There is one that has their own selfish plans and will do anything to achieve them. The story is told from the POV of several of the characters. This is a wonderfully written story that had me turning pages to find out what happens next as well as rooting for the success of Fionna, Arthur, and the knights. This is the first book in a series and I look forward to reading further stories.

The description of this book immediately drew my attention. I was unsure what to expect from a reverse harem Arthurian fantasy. But it did not disappoint in the slightest. I love historical fantasies and this take on the Arthurian legend was refreshing, captivating, and dynamic. The book is full of rich detail, relatable characters, and a well-paced plot. This author collaboration is stellar and cohesive. I cannot wait to read more in this series. I will wholeheartedly recommend this book the others.

I give Romance in Rehoboth Boxed Set (Books 1-3) by K.L. Montgomery, 5 stars.
This set all revolves around the area around Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Book One is about Claire, a woman whom is freshly divorced, forced to live with her parents again, and forty is looming right around the corner. Not to mention that she has always been the fat girl. The one good thing — her job as a blogger. She decides she wants to change befor she hits that ominous number. Her plan — to lose some weight, and be happy again. Will she be able to find happiness and romance again?
Book Two finds two childhood enemies reunited after the death of Aunt Penny. She willed them both her house, and now they are forced to work together to update the house and make it able to flip. A few weeks together renovating a house and then they’ll never have to deal with each other again. That is doable, isn’t it? Or is Aunt Penny still manipulating things from her grave?
In Book Three, Lindy has always considered herself to be the fat friend. But she loves her two best friends and when they keep bugging her, she finally joins them in auditioning for a musical a new local theater group is putting together. It can’t be too bad right?She can just stand in the background and sing, if she even makes it. Plus there is some great eye candy. Meric has been burned by his ex-wife. He is a geeky accountant by day, but he finally feels the pull again of the theater. Will this musical, and maybe the gorgeous Lindy, make him feel again?
This was my first introduction to this author and I won’t lie, I mainly started this series because I live near Rehoboth Beach. I enjoy a good romance, but it is not my favorite genre. These books and this author have completely changed my ideas and mind about romance! They are fun, the characters are sarcastic and so loveable. Each book has a different story too, not just the same story with different leads. Plus they all interconnect, characters from previous books make an appearance in the newer ones. Not only that, but each book can be read as a standalone if you prefer to read them out of order. (I admit, I was a bad girl and read book two first!).
If you like fun romance with great, crazy characters, this set is for you!

This was a quick read full of suspense and action. It’s told in 3rd person and it is a wonderful meshing of two fantastic series. I’ve read most of each series and it is my opinion that you can read this crossover even if you have not.
Even though this is a collaboration between two authors, it is written seamlessly. Had I not know I would not have guessed there are two different narrators to the story.
I appreciate that there are strong alpha females who are equal partners to their male counterparts.
I give ALTERATIONS TRILOGY: Alterations, Game Changer, Primal Will by Jane Suen, 5 stars.
This is a great collection! I would call it science fiction, but it could very easy become reality. It tells the story of Dr. Kite and a microchip that he invented that has mind control capabilities. But it is not approved yet and he needs test subjects. He gets those subjects, sometimes not in the most ethical ways. Three women have the implant inserted, all for different reasons. This trilogy is how their lives are affected by the implants. Remember the old saying, be careful what you wish for? Is this true or will they find happily ever after? And what about Dr. Kite? Will he become famous or will his invention come back to haunt him?
This was such an enjoyable series. It was like nothing I have ever read before and I enjoyed seeing just what each woman and the doctor himself went through throughout the course of this trilogy. Each book is about a different stage of their lives, and therefore makes each one different, yet still part of the whole picture. Very well written, the characters seem quite real, this could happen to someone you know. That’s probably the scariest thing! The story gets you right away and I could not put it down until I was done.
I highly recommend this trilogy to those who like science fiction and just what happens when you try to bend the laws of nature.

Four Stars I love stories where the lead females are so strong. I also liked that the author didn’t make the female lead hard. She made it to were women reading this story can realize they can run a company without a man at their side and still be soft and feminine. It sucks that men still think that women can’t do anything without them. That men in high positions don’t consider women for jobs they deserve because they are not men. Larkin was a boss but she also had issues. Family can build you up but they can also be the reason that you’re broken inside. The writing style was jumpy at first. I didn’t know who was speaking or thinking but it cleared up after a while. Overall I enjoyed this story though it creeped me out with some of the stalker moments lol. Beckett is scared in more ways then one and it takes it’s toll on their relationship. Though you can’t really call it that when there are so many secrets between them. Larkin is very emotionally unstable and I didn’t trust anyone around her. Reviewed by @gguerrero89

The Boss was a great 5 star read and book 1 in the Fire’s Edge series.
Finn is the leader of a group of dragon shifters. We get a glimpse into a very heartbreaking scene with Finn that shows us why he’s against finding a new mate. But when he meets Delaney there is something that draws him in, the need to protect her.
Delaney has tried to flee her stalker and unexplained fires by moving across country. When another fire starts at the winery she is working on, she is terrified. There is something about Finn that she feels like she can finally open up to someone without feeling like she’s crazy. Will Finn and the team understand? Can they help her?
When they find out who/what is really after Finn things take a twist. There is so much more to this great read. Finn and Delaney end up giving into their attraction and it’s very steamy or should I say fire starting. There is danger, suspense, mystery, and so much more. I loved Delaney’s sassiness and strength. All of the secondary characters were great and the dragons sounded really hot and were just like a huge family. I can’t wait to read more from this series and I wouldn’t mind some more from Finn and Delaney as well.
This is my first read from Abigail Owen and I was pleasantly surprised. I was pulled right in and didn’t want to stop until I was done.

The Only One is a great start to a new series by Necie Navone. I cannot wait to read more about the Camelot Brothers. It is an unexpectedly sweet romance, mixed with a lot of foul language. I loved that about it though, because it made it real and set the tone for the brother’s personalities. It was a wonderful story on its own, while introducing us to other characters that I’m sure will have their own books to follow. This is the story of Drake, aka Fitz and Isabella, aka Bella. They have a wonderful history, meeting when they were just 4 and 6 years old, and becoming instant friends. While they always seemed to love each other, they were torn apart as teens, before they had the chance to discover what could have been. Drake became a womanizer, and adopted the motto “one and done” while Isabella’s track record wasn’t much more stable, never lasting more than 3 months in a relationship. Is it fate that brings them back together? Can Isabella finally change Drake’s ways, and make him committed so they can earn a happily ever after?

The Romance in Rehoboth boxed set has the first three books in the series. I love this series for so many different reasons, but I think the biggest is the way I was able to connect and understand how the women felt, especially Lindy in the third book. There is so much positive body image and girl power for a lack of a better way to describe it. I felt better about myself and a bit empowered after reading.
The first book in the series is Fat Girl. This is the story that starts it all. Claire and Jack’s story was very realistic and refreshing. Claire starting over after a divorce and learning how to navigate the dating world which is incredibly different from the last time she dated.
The second book is The Flip and this is where we get to know Sonnet and Andrew. Sonnet is very brainy beautiful woman who gets reunited with her high school nemesis Andrew. They are forced to work together without killing one another.
The third and final book in this box set is Plot Twist. We meet Lindy and Meric while they are in a local theater production. Lindy is very self conscious and tries to hide in the background. She was the one I could relate with the most and think had the strongest feelings towards her. She was amazing! Meric is a great guy and exactly what Lindy needed.
I cannot recommend this set enough. Ms. Montgomery is on to something here and I am so glad I found her early on.

This author never ceases to amaze. This second book in the Eastern Shore Swingers series is just a sizzling as the first. This book can be read as a standalone, however, I do highly recommend you read Book One at some point, because it is fantastic in its own right. Paisley is a strong independent woman who don’t need to man, or at least she doesn’t need a relationship. The physical aspect of the man, she can get jiggy with, the emotional side of it, she can deal without. She is a flawed character and I loved that Ms Alexander wrote a character that has curves for days. Paisley is not the typical flat tummy, long legged runner who you would normally see in the Ocean City landscape around Maryland and when she is hired as a manager at a hotel, her first priority is to hire someone to design the hotel’s website.
Enter Calvin…the not so geeky..but I am a tall drink of water..Calvin. He challenges everything she knows. He pushes her boundaries and her comfort levels. When the steam starts to rise between them, the sheets start to smoke. When a blast from Paisley’s past come barreling back and threatens her, Calvin risks his own well-being to protect her and she starts to believe that he just maybe the very thing that she has been waiting for.
This book is super hot. 18+ audience for super mature theme and some steamy between the sheets scenes. Smooth easy read with passages and paragraphs flow from one thought to the next. As a reader you do not feel rushed through the story and the story line progresses at a pace that is both relevant and applicable to the story.
