My third book by this author and I couldnt pick a favorite right now even if I tried. Ive had this one on my kindle for a bit and have wanted to read it since the day I got it, and finally did and OMG, I loved it.
There was a lot going on in this story, from family issues, to friendship and the whole torn between two brothers thing happening..It was how this story was put together and told that made me love it so so much. I was afraid it would follow storylines Ive read before and things would happen and I was completely thrilled it didnt take that route, instead it took routes that had me glued to the kindle till I finished..I walked around doing everyday things while reading and listening to this story until I finished. This author has a way of drawing you in quick and then holding on as you take a journey through all of your emotions.
Izzibella Beau is most definitely on my list of favorites and I will be watching for everything I can get my hands on by her.
So this is kind of confusing but I read The Woman America Loves A Latte before this one as the author obviously intended. It’s confusing because that book was not one of my favorites by this author, who has actually written a few books that sit proudly on my favorites list..After reading this one I can see why she chose to write this one after but in other ways I wish I had read this one first. So Like I said it’s confusing but it is what it is. LOL
I believe I would have enjoyed the other much more had I had this one already read because I simply loved this one and this falls into what I am used to feeling after reading anything by this author.
I’m not going to get into the storyline at all I’m just going to say that I highly recommend these books and anything by this author. I love that she doesn’t follow any patterns and you really never know what your going to get when reading one of her books.
Im truly going to reread the first one again now that I have this one under my belt and I can’t wait, and also can’t wait to see what else she comes up with next!!

Vantage Point (A Gray Ghost Novel Book 4) by Amy McKinley
5 +++ Stars
I could not wait to jump into this story. I’ve always known I would love it when the time came for Hawk to tell his story and I was not disappointed…This was awesome, and Stella (Red), OMG I loved her and how perfect she was to go up against the quiet one.
This might be my favorite of the series so far..No wait I don’t think I can pick a favorite I’ve loved each and every one of them and the way all these characters play such large parts in all the books is something I love more than anything.
I highly recommend reading every one of these in order starting with the prequel which was a perfect start to this series.
This authors writing grabs you on the first page and simply doesn’t let go and she and this series hold a place on my favorite authors and series lists.
Can not wait for the next and don’t want this series to end!!

Garrett (Dark Water Security Book 2) by Madison Quinn
5 Stars
My 2nd book by this author and also the second in this series…I loved it..I love the whole Dark Water Security team and can not wait for this series to continue.
I love the writing style of this author, although it flows so smooth it’s hard to slow down so the book doesn’t end quite so fast LOL.
Garrett and Hope’s story was awesome, yet hard to read in some parts, the dreams were rough! I loved the dynamic between these two characters and the family addition was amazing. The first meeting of Garrett’s Mom and Hope tore at my heart strings and I thought that was a fantastic addition to the story.
I loved how unique this story was and OMG what they had to endure living in their apartment…Yea I can’t imagine and it made me cringe more than once.
I highly recommend reading these books. I suppose this could be read as a stand alone but I would not recommend that as the characters from the first book are still present in this one and you’d be missing out on their story.

5 Stars
I have read every one of the Twisted Hearts books except this one up to this point…Not sure how I missed it but I surely did and after reading this I want to pick up all the rest and reread them all. I love this series and love this author, you could probably read all of these as stand alones, but dont..they are all absolutely awesome and the characters from the previous books hang around in all of them…
This one was hard to read in spots and the author gives you fair warning in the beginning but she handled it all with class and style and allows you to crawl right in the minds of these characters and does not add in any unneeded fluff throughout the story.
Tony and Anaya’s story was intense and the twists and turns that happened along the way caught me totally off guard, they were all placed perfectly.
I highly recommend this series and I promise you read this one you will want to grab all of them.
Loved it and can’t wait for more from this author!!

North to Nara (Crimson Sash Book 1) by Amanda Marin
5 Stars
Oh My Goodness..I loved this story, I kept trying to slow myself down so that it would not end quite so fast. Neve and Micah’s story was heartbreaking…their crime? Love and holy moly following them and their story was completely addictive. I want more like right now! LOL
This is a dystopian novel and is told in a way that’s a bit different then Im used to. Everything in some parts felt so normal and real then theres the other parts that reminded me there was nothing normal about it.
I’ve only recently started choosing dystopian themed stories and this one went far and beyond my expectations. The cover is absolutely gorgeous and the story was no different. I loved the family aspect of this story (especially Rafe’s part in it) and the friendship between Neve and Tali which I hope is in future books of this series.
Oh I wish I could go on and on about the storyline but I’m not going to, I just can’t wait for the next and to see what lies ahead for these two people.
The writing in this story is absolutely beautiful and the smooth flow will have me watching for anything and everything this author brings us!

Oh my goodness, when I read the last page I wanted to go right back to the first page and start again…This was an amazing story, written so beautifully and …Oh my heart!!
I literally could not put this book down, and I want more from this author…Not even going into the biography I read and just mentioning the writing…Oh my…Simply beautiful that’s all I can think to say on that.
I have to thank this author for sharing this story, I was so impressed with her outlook on life while growing up in what most of us would consider major dysfunction, but she always kept that positive outlook on life and loved with all she had. This is such an inspirational story and her faith was always there even before she realized she had it.
I just can’t say enough about this book..I am in awe and totally speechless.
There’s no doubt in my mind there was a real life miracle written about in this book and it took my breath away.

Gamble on a Cowboy by Melissa Keir and D’Ann Lindun
4 Stars
I so wanted more of each of these stories, there just wasn’t enough time to build the connection to these characters as I would have liked. I did though enjoy the storylines and the writing in both stories was smooth and very easy to follow its just that they were both so short that everything happened a bit too fast for me.
Both stories were unique in their own right and I read both of them in one sitting. It was absolutely enough though for me to want more from both authors. This was my first read by D’Ann Lindun and I want to say my 3rd or 4th by Melissa Keir and I will be looking into more from both of them.
I do recommend anyone wanting to read something quick that they should pick this up, definitely fast moving and will leave you craving more.

5 Stars
Ack!! I need the next book like right now!!
This story broke my heart, there’s so much going on and I love the way this story is being told. I can’t even imagine where this story will go but I know I can not wait to find out.
This felt real, the kind of thing that could happen any day and knowing that made this story hit home that much more. Her time hops were placed perfectly and very easy to follow and definitely strengthened the connection I felt to both Emily and Jaxon. I sincerely felt the emotions being portrayed in this book.
I was so angry with Emily through most of this story, even after what she went through, not trusting Jaxon was her biggest downfall in my opinion and his faith in her even after the decisions she made literally broke my heart.
I can’t wait to get my hands on the rest of this story, I read this in one sitting and it flowed perfectly. This is my 2nd or 3rd book by this author and I’ve loved every one of them and have definitely become a forever fan of Aleya Michelle.

Devil’s Backbone (Wild Beasts Series Book 5) by T. Birmingham
5 Stars
Ok so I’ll start this with how much I love this author and this series, but this one in some ways is not my favorite so far…I’m not sure what it was, I can’t put my finger on why it felt different but I wasn’t as hooked on this one as I have been the others. Now in saying that, I loved Loved Loved the characters in this book. Tess had been through H*** in her life and watching her come through that because of the love of a good man who also had his own demons to fight was awesome.
I loved Todd, and he made me smile often, and I loved that the ongoing story still continues and can not wait for more of what is happening, the twists and turns are always placed perfectly and I love that all my favorite characters from earlier books are still mentioned and always there.
Can not wait to see how this author takes this story next and I’ll be the first in line to read more.

I could not wait for this, the next in the Green Room Chronicles..I’ve loved every one of these so far, they are all quick and fun reads with just enough of a seriousness to keep them feeling real on one hand and then interesting on the other.
Being that I have read the 2 before this one I feel like I can say without a doubt that you don’t want to read these out of order. There are characters in this one that we meet in the first two , and not having those stories would not allow you to appreciate the whole of this story. It’s a fun read yet also has those times that make you sad and find yourself feeling the feelings that Kitty was feeling and I loved that the author can do this.
I want to say this is my favorite of the 3 but then I think about the others and think I can’t pick a favorite..I Love them all and I hope we have many more green room stories to come. I love this author and will read anything she releases.

Wolf: Book 3 in The Fairy Tale Series by Jody Lynn Daniels
5 Stars
Oh my…I loved this story, and this author transported me right into the story and I could clearly picture everything in my mind. I sincerely want to go live and work on this ranch.
I loved the storyline and how that progressed and was handled, I literally read this book in one sitting because I could not put it down once I started. It flowed perfectly and made me smile on more than one occasion. It also hurt my heart in other occasions and I couldn’t imagine how Maggie was able to function as she had, especially when someone from her past walks in the room..Wolf, the main she believes is completely responsible for her sadness in life.
I loved Wolf and thought what he had been through in life was awful as well, even if for different reasons.
This story was so awesome and had a sort of perfect sweetness to it that never felt over the top. I was really sad when it was all over, and the ending was simply spot on. I also can not wait to read many more books by this author, I truly loved her style of writing.

5+++++ Stars
UGH!! This author!! When I finished this book and proceeded to pick my kindle up from where I threw it I could only imagine her sitting there when she finished this book with one of the most evil laughs thinking “Yes..this will do nicely” LOL Marie Skye always has a way of making every book I read by her a favorite. I love her no nonsense approach to writing and the way she never adds in any unneeded fluff, you know every word you read is important to the storyline in one way or the other.
For the record this author is among my favorites of all time and I will always read whatever she comes up with…Im just kind of hoping she comes up with the next book in this duet like maybe Today? OMG!!
I loved this story, I loved the writing and the uniqueness of the storyline and the time hops were done in a way that allowed me to never get confused, they actually always came right when I needed them. I read this in one sitting and since it has been awhile since I’ve read one of this authors books it made me want to jump back in to all of them and reread.
It goes without saying I can not wait for the next in this series and will be the first in line the second it is released.

This is my second read by this author and also the 2nd in this series… I loved it just as I did the first one. I love how this author tells a story and how smooth the story flows.
I love series with recurring characters and it was awesome checking back in with the mains of the first book. I also loved that I was trying to solve a mystery and at the same time this story made me laugh out loud more than once.
There is definitely an ongoing story behind the main characters relationships and I’m loving how this is being told, and is very easy to follow. Because of this I would definitely not recommend reading these out of order, besides the stories are awesome so you don’t want to miss out on these.
I can’t wait for this story to continue because the ending definitely left me needing much much more. I also can not wait to check in to what else this author has available.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There aren’t enough star ratings to give this book, this author, this series…5 stars just aren’t enough!!
I have been sitting here staring at my screen for no less than 10 minutes trying to figure out a way to review this book, I actually titled this review this morning and have had to walk away from it a few times. I just don’t have words to do this review justice and that makes me so so sad. I’ve gone back to my other reviews of the first 2 and feel like there’s still so much more to say. This author is Phenomenal…Brilliant in her storytelling. I kept trying to slow myself down because of many reasons, one I was so afraid all the time of what was going to happen, and two I just didn’t want it to end.
She transported me directly into this book, I was there, I watched all this happen and felt every single emotion that has ever been named, I even felt the texture of the walls of the different scenes. I don’t know how to explain how real this story felt and OMG the relationships in this whole series were Amazing but this book took a couple relationship to new heights, and I’m not even talking about romantic relationships…I am so in love with these people, A couple I liked a little earlier in the series then disliked them then ended with loving almost every one of them. What a ride this author has took me on in these books, and now to find out there’s another?
**faints**
MUST HAVE THESE ON MY BOOKSHELF, I want to read them again right now but wont until I get the physical copies of these in my hands… I have favorite authors, we all do, those authors that we just one click because of their name being on the cover, my list is broken up into a couple categories..This author and this series are on my favorites of all time list and I don’t care what I read in the future, how many more get added to those lists, this author and this series will always hold one of the top spots… I love everything about these books!
I pray this author comes to a signing close to me because I promise no matter what I’m doing I will be there, I have to meet her and tell her how very much I love her writing and her books! This in my opinion is a MUST READ series…Do not for any reason read this out of order…There are no ifs ands or buts, you will lose so much of this if you don’t read every one of them!

Home is Where the Heart is: The Wilder Sisters by Melissa Keir
5+++++ Stars
Oh my goodness I loved this family, I loved the town they lived in and I especially loved Dad!
This is 1 book that contains 5 different stories involving the different children of the Wilder Family yet each with an ongoing theme. So many parts of this entire book literally had me smiling, and others fighting back tears, I dealt with many of the issues in this book in my own life and am also the parent of 4 daughters so a lot of this story hit home in many ways.
I love this author and how she tells her stories, they always feel so real and I feel like I’m right there watching it all play out, actually wanting to be right there watching it all play out. There were a few parts that simply took my breath away!
Every one of the 5 had something that made it my favorite yet I can’t pick a favorite, it’s the stories that make the whole of this book that has made me add it to my favorite reads so far this year list

I can’t hardly believe after all the books I’ve read in my life that this book actually had me so hooked I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. All I could think about was that I must buy a copy of this book for each of my grandchildren that I know would enjoy it, and I plan to do that at each of their birthdays.
This proves to me that it doesn’t matter what age group a book is I am totally in love with detective type books with a lot of mystery. I loved the flow of this story and I grew up reading The Nancy Drew mysteries and this brought back many memories of enjoying those while my brother read The Hardy Boys and I can’t wait to share this with friends that have younger children as well.
Awesome and absolutely look forward to more from Sam and Rex 🙂

So even though I have read this series completely out of order I have totally enjoyed every story and this one was no different. Although I do wish I had read them all in order I do have that on my to do list for the future. This as I’ve mentioned in earlier reviews is not a chosen genre of mine but I can’t deny the writing in this story, it flowed so perfectly and kept my attention throughout the majority of the book.
I loved the character portrayal in this story from Orlagh dealing with real teenage behaviors and Maelan struggling with trying to save her from herself and also trying to follow through on an obligation. The story progressed and had me on the edge of my seat through most of it. It had many different aspects filled with danger and suspense.
I love Ireland and want to visit someday, and even though this was set in the past the descriptions of it just strengthened these hopes I have of seeing it someday.
If you love reading fantasies set back in history you will absolutely love these books.

5++++++ Stars
Good Lord this author has me so confused..Pretty sure this is my favorite of the series then I start thinking about the others and think, no maybe that one was, no im pretty sure its this one…The bottom line is this series simply ROCKS!!
I can’t put into words what it is that draws me to every book in this series, especially when the lifestyles that are portrayed throughout are just not something I understand or am I interested in. I think it’s the characters this author writes about, I get so emotionally invested in them and no matter what I fall in love and that is all due to the talent of this author.
This storyline was awesome, it tackled a type of abuse I have never read before, and also had never thought about but this felt so real as per normal when reading anything by this author. Luke is now one of my favorites in this series, my heart broke for him and I couldn’t help but just want to hug him!
I’m just not going into too much of the storyline, I went in blind as I do most of her books now because if it has her name on it, it’s just a given I’ll read it. Trust me when I say this was an awesome story and addition to this series and I also couldn’t help but jump for joy at having another character back at The Factory after being afraid she was not going to return, and thats all Im going to say about that LOL
Read these books, I promise no matter what genre you do or don’t read they are worth every minute spent, yes they could all be read as standalones I suppose but Im so so glad I didn’t do that, having all the history of all these names that keep popping up throughout each book makes it that much more awesome!
Loved it and hoping for much more from these people and this author 🙂

Oh my goodness I loved this book! I am a sucker for solving a mystery and a leading lady that makes me want to jump into the book and be her friend, a friend that makes me laugh just about every time she opens her mouth LOL
There isn’t one thing I didn’t love about this story, I loved the fast paced suspense that kept me guessing and I sincerely appreciated the “no added fluff”, every word was needed in this story and the flow was perfect. I loved the slight hint of romance throughout and the crazy friends and the family bonds throughout.
This was the perfect book, my favorite genre for sure and as much as I’d love to compare this to another series out there which I love as well, this one stands by itself and I absolutely can not wait for more and know that PJ Santini will be on my favorite character list and I hope there are many more books to come in this series.
I’m kind of star struck as I remember well watching this author on my TV years ago and her experience on CNN made this story that much more believable and fun.

This is my 3rd book by this author and I will say that I have to break this review into 2 parts..first the story and characters themselves…I’ve never read a book and finished it where I was sad and angry through 80% of it, Van and Valencia’s little sister who was the absolute star in more ways than one in this story was probably the strongest most pitiful person I have ever read about. Her resolve with the way her life was was both heartbreaking and sort of inspiring..this still confuses me so I can’t explain what I mean by that, but I’ll just say this, I absolutely loved her. Then there’s Adrian, I think I’m still a bit confused on him, I feel like I need more, maybe from his POV…I was left thinking positive about him because that’s the way I wanted to end that part of the story, for me..
I really can’t say much more about the actual story itself, so now I have to move into the writing of this story. AMAZING!! When I got done reading I sat for like 30 minutes with question marks over my head blinking in bright neon, trying to digest everything that happened, then thinking back wondering if I missed something…I actually picked it back up and read the last few pages over again, praying there was more, wishing there was more and absolutely needing more. This was yesterday and I’m still struggling with how to write this review…I’ve finally decided it’s just like one of those movies you get done watching and are like wth, it can’t end like that…I’ve finished this story in my head and made each aspect end the way I wanted it to end and I’m happy with that 🙂 This was a brilliant read, I’ve read some of the reviews where so many were confused and I don’t understand that because I followed every word and every thought and I was literally consumed with the writing of this book. I have to say that this has already been placed on one of my favorites so far this year and I know that it will stay with me for a long time and I also know that I will reread this book, maybe many times in the future.
I would not be heartbroken if there was more of this story to come in the future, I would be the first in line if this happened and I can’t wait for more from this author.
I 100% loved this book, I 100% recommend anyone that wants to read quality crafted writing to sit down and tune out everything around them and read this story!!
The Protector: MAC (Cover Six Security Book 1) by Lisa B. Kamps
5 Stars
This was my first book by this author and it’s also the first in this series…I loved it!! I had a really hard time putting it down when real life interrupted.
The beginning of this book had me holding my breath almost literally..Holy Moly what a start..I could tell there was a bit of history I didn’t have between Mac and TR and found out that there is a prequel and I can’t wait to read that one now as well. Mac was an ultimate leading man and I loved his alpha side, but I also loved the challenge that TR posed proving she wasn’t this weak little thing that let people walk all over her.
I loved that this book had everything from danger to suspense to little twists and turns placed perfectly. The storyline was awesome, smooth and easy to follow. I loved the other guys in Cover Six and hope this series includes every one of them. So look forward to reading the next, I fell in love with Daryl in this story.

If the Shoe Fits (The Liberty Lawrence Series Book 3) by Bea Stevens
5 Stars
I could not wait to read this book, Libby has become one of my favorite characters and I’ve said it before and will say it again if this series was a tv show Id be watching every episode.
Poor Libby just can not avoid drama, and danger, it follows her everywhere, even to a new department where she could have only dreamt of getting a position in. Her new boss is simply hateful and once again Libby is right in the middle of a wrong place wrong time situation.
I truly want to be her friend, although I have no desire to obsess over shoes and fashion as she does, it’s everything else about her I just love. Her relationship with James has been part of the storyline since book 1 and I will say he won me over a bit more in this book. Still not sure how this will all play out but I think it’s completely awesome how it has been written up to now.
I MUST have the next book like 20 minutes ago LOL and there HAS to be a next book, there’s no way this story can end right now. I love this series and I recommend highly you read them in order to get the full picture, I’ve also fallen in love with this author and her writing style. I am no doubt now a forever fan and can not wait for more.

Hazed (The Hazed Series Book 1) by Brittany Butler
5 Stars
Ok so I have been officially Hazed…This is my first Brittany Butler book and all I can ask myself is Why? I loved this story, parts were not easy to read but that is because they were written in a way that made them feel so so real. I could feel the emotions these characters were feeling, I swear I could. The struggles that plague Hayze and his constant battle to prove he will fix them felt very real and I found myself falling hard for him and wanting so bad to help…Then on the other side I also felt every emotion that Taylor was experiencing and agreeing with her as far as wondering if things would ever be different..This one had me all messed up and then it ended and here i sit wanting…no…needing more…
I loved every word in this book, I adored the characters, even the ones that angered me but they were written so well… The family aspect angered me many times and my heart was totally with Taylor and how she was brought up.
Im totally rambling here…I can only say Read this book…it was written beautifully and I MUST have the next in this series as soon as possible. I also much go look at what I’ve missed by not reading this author much earlier.

Age of Saints: Druid’s Brooch Series: #7 by Christy Nicholas
4 Stars
The 7th in this series yet stands well on its own, this is my 2nd book by this author and her writing will pull you in and not let go..The descriptions of the surroundings and all that is going on helps in visualizing everything perfectly.
While this is not a chosen genre of mine, I absolutely enjoyed every page and can not wait for the next one which I already have waiting for me, the cover made me notice, the synopsis made me choose it, and the writing has made me stay.
I particularly enjoyed the characters in this story..Conall was awesome and trying to fulfill a promise he made to his father turns out to be more of a challenge than he realized, I loved the family bond between him and Lainn and I loved how real it felt..The interactions between the two made me smile many times.
Looking forward to see where this story goes next and if you are looking for a really good historical fantasy novel do yourself a favor and read all of this series in order..I do plan to do that very soon

This was my first book by this author and I sincerely enjoyed it. The storyline was different yet familiar if that makes sense. Some things were predictable yet I loved watching what I thought would happen happen, and then some things were not predictable and I loved those just as much.
I read this in one sitting because it was that easy to read and flowed beautifully. There was no added “fluff” making every word meaningful, and it was just such a sweet story and I can not wait to read more from this author. The characters were all great and some things that I thought might happen during this story, things that worried me did not ever happen and I’m so glad this author steered away from this drama that could have played out. That probably doesn’t make any sense, but if you read the book, you will understand.
I loved it and highly recommend it to anyone that wants to read a seriously good story that will have you experiencing all the feels

Lost in Love (The Miss Apple Pants series Book 2) by Charlotte Roth
5+++ Stars
Then there’s a new favorite by this author…I loved the the first Miss Apple Pants but let me say, I love this one even more. When I say I could not put this book down I mean I couldn’t put it down. I wish I had the words to explain what it is about this authors books that keep me racing back for more, for one it is her characters and the way this author writes their interactions…They just seem so so real. Another is the family and the friendships that she writes about. Then there’s the storylines that keep me from doing what a real life wife should be doing, like cooking and cleaning and conversing with anyone around me lol
I don’t even know where to begin with this review as far as the story itself. Let me just say that it just flowed and every word was needed to fulfill what was happening…No fluff added to make the story longer. There were very subtle little twists and turns throughout the story, those you see coming and just can’t wait to see them happen and then those you don’t really see coming but aren’t earth shattering throw your kindle kind of twists and the characters OMG, I am so so so in love with Ella’s family, they made me laugh so many times throughout the story and the addition of Mrs Rock and her story just added the cherry on top of this whole book.
I absolutely love this author, she is on my list of favorites and I completely and sincerely recommend everything she writes and I suppose you could read this as a standalone, but don’t do that…Grab the first and read them both for the full enjoyment of this story.

Ok so first I’m wondering why I haven’t read anything by this author up to this point. This was an amazing book, one that totally messed with my mind.
I cant even go into any of the storyline because Im afraid I will say too much and that absolutely would not be fair to anyone thinking about reading this story., and you really must read this story.
My jaw is still on the floor, this author totally floored me and I LOVED it, that is one of my favorite things about reading is when I have no idea what’s going to happen and then I have to go back and reread while asking myself…Whoa…hold on…what did I just read.
I loved the friendship feel in this story as well as the family bonds and the whole meeting someone on FB and how true so much of that is.
I’m simply speechless and can not wait to go find more books by this author, I literally could not put this book down and if this is any indication of the writing style of this author…Count me in! I also want to mention how much I love the cover of this book..Just beautiful.

The Woman America Loves a Latte by Holly Tierney-Bedord
4 Stars
This is my second read by this author and although it’s not my pick of the two I still completely enjoyed it. I did find it a bit hard to follow in some places and it felt like it jumped around a bit too fast and wasn’t as smooth flowing as the first book I read of hers, which was one of my favorites last year.
I still completely enjoyed this story line and think I actually finally understand the title, which drew me in immediately. I did LOL a few times while reading and also felt like slapping a few people at the same time. But I will say this had one of the better endings I’ve read in a long time. I can’t wait to read more by this author, I actually have another ready to go on my kindle and have a couple others I must read.
This was an awesome book and I do highly recommend it.

Lights, Camera, Action (Paranormal Talent Agency Book 1) by Heather Silvio
5 Stars
So I am a self proclaimed non paranormal reader, but lately it seems I’m reading more and more of this genre and some are ok, and some are completely awesome…like this one. This was so much fun to read, it felt like a mixture of many different things and rom com kept coming to mind, which is one of my favorite genres.
I loved this storyline, and it was told perfectly for it being such a quick read, it never felt rushed or felt like it skipped around too much. The character building was just enough and I fell in love with both Alex and Catherine and loved to dislike a few others, and I have a lot of questions about a couple of them…This was somewhat of a suspense and it was fun trying to solve the case…which does not seem solved at all in my opinion, it seemed way too easy and I can’t get out of my head how Alex convinced the police in his way that everything was as it seemed, and I love how this is moving into another book. There is a background story going on that I’m thinking will continue through this series and I can not wait!!
This author is brand new to me and she has quickly moved to my one click list because her writing is completely aligned with what I love about reading.
