Flirty Dancing by J.D. Frettier is another great erotica read, it’s the third book in The Green Room Chronicles series. I would recommend reading this series in order as each new book follows the last with new and old characters throughout.
I was genuinely surprised at how much I enjoyed this series as it isn’t what I normally reach for but I’m so glad I gave it a chance. I completely devoured this whole series in one sitting as I couldn’t seem to get enough.
I look forward to reading more from this phenomenal author in the future!

Flirty Dancing in the 3rd book in The Green Room Chronicles. This story is different from the first two in the sense it has more emotion in it.
This story is about Kitty and young woman with a husband and 2 children who due to an accident ends up dead. She struggles to come to terms with this and struggles with losing her husband and not being there to help raise her children.
But with the help of her new friends they show her and teach her ways she can be there for her family even though she has passed.
It is a really heartwarming story and leaves you feeling that even though you’ve lost loved ones they are still watching over us every step of the way

Linda White is blindsided with infidelity and financial devastation. When she loses her husband. Recently widowed Linda has sworn off men forever. Nearing middle age, her dream of retiring early from the airlines is no longer within reach, so, she retreats into the world of battery operated boyfriends to deal with the stress. After reading the first book in this series, I found myself thinking back to the story and giggling to myself. Book two did not disappoint in giving me more chuckle worthy material. When Linda finds herself in The Green Room, she is greeted by Dee and Bonnie, the two main characters from book one. While waiting to go to body sculpting, Linda shares her story with Dee and Bonnie about how her ex husband left her in financial ruins and had an affair before his death. With a little help from Edwina and the brilliant Dr. Draper, Linda is given an opportunity to introduce her ex husband to Karma with front row seats to the show.
J.D. Frettier has created a great series that is sure to put a smile on your face, make you laugh out loud as you read, and will leave you hoping that a Green Room exists.

I loved reading this book. I was glad to see Dee and Bonnie in this story because I really enjoyed them in first book. The books in this series can be read as a standalone but if you do read the them in order you will get to know some of the other characters and you get the bonus of a book that’s just as much fun and great to read. This is a really short read but it packs a punch and is loads of fun to read. Linda White finds herself in the green room and in order to find out what happens in the green this is a must read, but I will tell you that you will enjoy reading what these ladies have in store for Linda’s cheating ex husband. I highly recommend this book.

This was a quick read but omg what a story my cheeks still hurt from all the laughing and smiling, my children kept asking me what’s so funny mummy while i was reading this novel. Even though it was a short read it still packed a punch. Some moments had me thinking what the hell and had to re read what i just read. I knew as soon as i picked up this novel i would be completely engrossed and certainly not disappointed, i also knew this storyline would have me lol and smiling like i have a coat hanger in my mouth. It’s certainly a story you don’t want to miss!

A great read about revenge. Linda is an airline hostess recently widowed from her husband. When she dies whilst making a phone call she ends up in the Green Room confused. But she soon makes friends and enjoys herself for once. Learning more about this new world she’s been thrown into, she discovers that there may be a way to get her revenge on her husband. Can she fulfil her dream even from the other side? A great read. Well developed plot with twists and turns. Well developed characters like Linda standing up for herself but still vulnerable and unsure underneath. Great cast of supporting characters like the bubbly Bonnie or the funny and supportive Dee or the kind Edwina. i loved the visual detail throughout the novel in its vivid sense of colour with the greens throughout for a bright and colourful version of the afterlife. I also loved the sequel building on the original with new aspects to this fantastic world with the GreenTube and podcasts and the delivery man later on that are familiar but set in heaven instead and brilliant additions to the novel. I also loved the funny take on the spell later on clever use of words but still retaining the magical feel to it. I also loved the use of suspense over what Grey did to her, as she tells the story in intervals making you want to read on to find out what happened. I also liked the prologue and how she died doing something ordinary making it more realistic. Overall, a great read and I would give it five stars.

Aaahhh this is a great collection. I’m a big fan of the paranormal, and this is all about just that. The stories all vary, since all are from different authors but they are 5 star authors. The stories are well written. Many will keep you wanting to read from that series and find out what is next in either the book or other characters.
The first story will suck you in. The prologue does a good job on this. I enjoyed many of the stories because of the characters. I loved that a lot of the women were portrayed as tough, no bull crap attitudes. Yet when the alpha or mate came along they were still able to have a sweet side.
If you are looking for steamy scenes this set is amazing. Finally I enjoyed most the story Demons by C.J. Hartnett. This was a new for me, since I haven’t read much on demons. As soon as you start this you are hooked. I loved that the heroine was dangerous but also feeling very lonely. I loved that people feared her yet always told her it’s a weakness. This is by far my favorite in the whole set. This set is a must for all that are into the paranormal.

Each of the stories in this set are uniquely different, but come together perfectly within this series. I read several books from authors I had not previously had the pleasure to enjoy and look forward to reading more from them. Highly recommend the Immortal Desires anthology.

This series is hilarious and takes taboo subjects, and combines them in the best way possible. This book has so much imagination, and my face hurts from laughing. This book can be read as a standalone, but would be better enjoyed after reading book 1. It is the story or Linda White’s death and arrival in The Green Room. She meets Dee and Bonnie, from book 1, and they get her comfortable and situated with life. The revenge she gets on her ex husband is the best part. I don’t know where Frettier comes up with these things, but keep it coming! This book is a quick read, and can likely be read in 1-2 sittings. I highly recommend this series.

She has no idea what happened and is in no way prepared for what the two women she meets is about to tell her. She has died and went to purgatory. IMMORTAL DESIRES is a collection of paranormal romances written by a variety of authors. There are stories about vampires and shifters and dragons (seriously, what’s not to love about dragons!!!) and more. The majority of the stories are full length novels and they are part of a series. Some are the first in the series and others are the third; each was a satisfactory read and I’ve added the series’ to my TBR list. I was able to take my time with this set and I found that anytime I was in between books, i would grab another story from this collection.
I have a few that stood out above the rest (OMG Zane!!!) and all in all each was a great read. I honestly don’t think I would be able to rank them in the order that I preferred them, so I’m just going to list the stories/authors in the way they are listed in the front of the book:

I am a huge fan of these “new to me” authors and look forward to reading more.
Immortal Desires is a collection of Paranormal Romances written by various authors! There is something for EVERYONE! I love reading anthologies as they give you a glimpse into the universe that the writer has created and when you love in love with it then you have the rest of the books in the series to dive into! I want to point out a few of my favourites – I absolutely love shifter stories so Alpha at Home by D.J. Bryce that is the opening to her Brothers of the Heart series and Alpha Undercover by Heather Hildebrand were the ones that I went after and if you are like me, you will get a total kick out of them and you will be reaching for the other stories in the series. And then I discovered For Heaven’s Sake by Nicole Garcia that took a bit of a different approach to werewolf shifters mixing with humans! Spell Hell by N.L. Hoffmann was another one that anyone who loves a good story that involves witches, vampires and killings that need to be figured out! It is an enjoyable short read so you don’t have to wait too long to find out who when and why! Vengeance Marked by S.J. Pierce was a short story that grabbed me from the first page, it gave me chills and I could not wait to get into finding out were the writer was going to take us and I tell you, that was one heck of a journey and it was not meant for the ones faint at heart! Flirty Dancing by Jennifer Theriot writing as J.D. Frettier was another one that I still remember and knowing that it is part of a series means that there are couple of other books to pick up! I know she says you can read Flirty Dancing as a standalone but I have noticed over years that one really should start from the beginning as you will have the backstory then! It is amazing how such a short story runs a gamut of emotions ranging from sadness to love …
Linda Gets Her Groove Thing by JD Frettier is the second book in the Green Room Chronicles. There are returning characters as well as the new character Linda. Linda dies unexpectedly while fighting and is out to get revenge on her horrible ex-husband. This can be read as a standalone and enjoyed completely. Like the first book, I enjoyed the humor and the outrageousness of the story. The Green Room is a fun take on the afterlife. I look forward to reading more from this series and where the author takes the Green Room next.

Linda Gets Her Groove Thing is the 2nd novella in the Green Room Chronicles Series by J.D. Frettier. This series of books is set in the afterlife (the green room) and will have you laughing from the very first page right to the end. I devoured the first book in this series, Desperately Seeking Sixty-Nine in about an hour and this book was no different. When Linda White opens her delivery and finds a butt plug instead of the super doper G Spot Stimulator she ordered, her phone call with the customer services department results in her demise and her appearance at The Green Room. Once settled in at the Green Room, Linda is out for revenge on her also deceased husband and his mistress (still alive). The scenes in which she gets her revenge are hilarious and are so well thought out by the author. Like the first book this book is rather spicy and both acts of revenge are centred around bedroom activities making them even more hilarious. Although a short read, there’s a lot packed into this novella and you won’t be disappointed with it. I already have the 3rd instalment of The Green Room Chronicles waiting on my kindle and I can’t wait to see what delights J.D. Frettier has in line next.

Desperately Seeking Sixty-Nine: A Spicy Romantic Comedy About the Afterlife (The Green Room Chronicles Book 1) by J.D. Frettier is a five star novel. This novel was completely unexpected and wonderful. The author takes us on a wonderful journey of what the afterlife could be like when Bonnie passes away on her birthday. In this afterlife, she realizes she can have pretty much anything she wants, including surgeries that don’t hurt making her body look back the way it did when she was younger. She spends the novel trying to find a way to connect again with her husband. I definitely recommend reading this book because of its great portrayal of the afterlife and it is a quick read!

Desperately Seeking Sixty-Nine: A Spicy Romantic Comedy About the Afterlife, is the first book in the Green Room Chronicles. It is also the first book I have read by this authors, J.D. Frettier. At first, I was really worried about the book, thinking it would be super kinky, due to the title. (Side note,it wasn’t the 69 I was thinking it meant!) I don’t mind a little spice, and this had the right amount. But most important, it was hilarious! This book made me laugh so much, and it was a super easy, quick read. The plot is funny, and the things that go on in the afterlife are very creative. I love the way it was written, and have already moved on to the 2nd book in the series. I highly recommend this book to anyone that needs a good entertaining story, that will make you laugh!

This is the first book that i have read by this author and i thought it was a good start. It was a fun story that kept my interest throughout and i felt like even though it was a short read, everything was wrapped up nicely. The characters were enjoyable and i liked the emotions that were brought out in this story. I am looking forward to reading more by this author and i would recommend this to someone looking for a fun and quick read.

In this short novel, J.D. Frettier introduces us to Bonnie and Peter who met in 1969 at Woodstock. Their lives were filled with free love and a great sex life. When Bonnie dies unexpectedly, she finds herself somewhere between Heaven and Hell called The Green Room. Bonnie is desperate to find a way to contact her grieving husband before their adult children begin going through her personal items. Although their son would not be phased, their up-tight daughter would be horrified if she found Bonnie and Peter’s stash of sex toys. Can she figure out how to contact Peter in time, and if she learns how to communicate with him, what else can she do?
This was a light hearted and quick read that made me chuckle out loud. I’ll admit that I am not normally a huge fan of short novels like this, but J.D. Frettier grabbed my attention and left me anxious to read more. I cannot wait to sit down with book 2!

Desperately Seeking Sixty-Nine is the first book in the Green Chronicles series written by J.D. Frettier this is a short novel with great characters that are well developed and a great plot.
Bonnie McMillan and Peter Hampton meet at Woodstock and begin their free-spirited love-filled journey with each other.
We fast forward forty-seven years. Bonnie unexpectedly passes after a night of hot sex and is whisked up to Purgatory, ‘The Green Room’ as they call it. Bonnie’s best friend meets her at the pearly green gates and the fun begins, from body sculpting to channeling. We get to follow Bonnie on her erotically incorrect quest to re-connect with the love of her life. Or at the very least, make sure the sex toys are hidden before the kids start sorting through her things! Desperately Seeking Sixty Nine: A Spicy Romantic Comedy about the Afterlife ( The Green Room Chronicles Book 1) by J D Frettier. This is the best book. I laughed, I cried and I couldn’t put it down. Its the story of 1969, Woodstock where Bonnie & Peter meet and begin their life long quest for love. They think “What happens at Woodstock, Stays at Woodstock” not so much! 47 years later Bonnie dies unexpectedly after a passionate night & whisked to Purgatory. She meets her best friend Dee at the Green Pearly Gates and her quest to reconnect with her soul mate begins. 69 is brought up several times in the book and it has special meaning to it. This is such a fun book and I loved every minute of it. I don’t want to say much more as not to spoil it for you all. Its the best story and I can’t wait to read the next one.

I loved the concept of this book: The fact that there was a green room where you could meet up with loved ones in the afterlife and rekindle your love. It was a perky, positive book with a different outlook to the traditional Heaven/ Hell ideas that we are sold. I liked the main character of Bonnie and her sidekick Dee. I also liked the fact that her husband Peter was able to feel her presence while he was alive and she was in the green room and that they would be able to meet up later to relive the early days of their love. The love scenes were hot but tasteful and plentiful. It was a short book but the good news is there are more to come from this author. I will soon be delving into the next book…once I’ve brought my temperature back down!

It’s captivating, addicting, funny and very entertaining. I was hooked from the first chapter! I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about this book but I was intrigued. I’m glad I decided to dive right in because I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It was humorous, original, sexy, and more for such a short story. I certainly hope there is a green room I can go to in the afterlife and get my body fixed up!! I loved the characters in this story and the flashbacks to Woodstock. I was sucked into this story right away and since it was such a quick read I found myself wanting more when I got to the end. I recommend this great fun loving sexy read. There are deeper feelings at times in this story and I think those are a wonderful addition and makes this story that much more enjoyable. I can’t wait to read the next one.
