Crafting Love by A. E. Gamrat is the first book in the Wine & Furniture series. I was drawn in by the crafting portion but really enjoyed not only that aspect but the characters and story as well. Kelly and the ladies are great and I love the fact of them coming together to create a business using their various skills. Kirk is sweet and works his way to Kelly and her heart. The story is fun and has a good dialogue. I like the setting and how it worked with the overall story and characters. I enjoyed the story and look forward to reading more in this series.

Gamrat – Review by Sheri Schrader
When I first read the blurb for this book I wasn’t entirely sure I was going to enjoy it but oh my gosh I am so, so glad that I decided to read it because it was such an exciting, intriguing and captivating read. The authors writing style was very creative and it didn’t take me long to become fully absorbed into what I was reading and I was hooked from beginning to end. This was a great introduction to Hope Anika as an author! The pace and flow of the story was great and I loved reading about the characters. They all had their role to play in the storyline and I enjoyed piecing everything together. The story was unpredictable and this made it even more exciting to read. I think this book was a really interesting start to this series and I am looking forward to see where it goes! Evolution: Awakening was a great read and one that I highly recommend!
Out of the Box Collection: A Second Chance Romance Series: The Complete 3-Book Collection by Jennifer Theriot
5 Stars is nowhere near enough……
Jennifer Theriot has plucked me out of my real life world and inserted me into a story that has completely consumed me for the entire time I spent reading it, and here I am afterwards still completely in awe of this author.
I chose this series because of the authors name being on the front covers, I have fallen in love with this authors writing reading a few of her other books…Reading this series has literally ruined me…I just can’t…. The other reason I chose to read this series was because of her taking a chance and going outside the box and featuring characters that I myself can completely relate to and understand.
I can honestly say I have never read a series that hit as many emotions as this series did. I felt everything deep within and seriously feel like I was transported into this dysfunctioning beautiful group of people. I love family sagas but this one went to a whole different level for me, and the bonds that were already in place and then those that were formed in this series again were perfection, one friendship in particular just blew me away. I cried so hard at times while reading, I had the air knocked out of me at times, I shook with anger at times, but I can tell you that I savored every single word on every single page.
Ive actually come away from reading this series with a few new thoughts about life and truly wish I knew how to join together the words to explain how much I appreciated this story.
This author is a master storyteller and not only will I reread this series many times but I will also own these books and will treasure them forever. I have a few favorite series and each one for reasons that keep them at the top of my list, this one as of this second and I am sure for many more seconds to come is my favorite this year and definitely at the top of my favorite series of all time.
I cant express in words how much I loved these 3 books..Thank you Miss Theriot!!!

Another great read from Ms Burson. I have really enjoyed following Marcy throughout this series and seeing everything that she has gone through. As with everything in Marcy’s life there are still a few twists and turns that could derail her happiness. I love how the author has managed to not only keep my attention across all of the books but also make each story different all while making sure the continuation of Marcy’s life is there. I was left with a few unanswered question when I had finished this story so I am definitely wondering if the author is planning a ninth book in the series! I definitely hope so! I am sure there is more for Marcy and her family to go through – hopefully all happy times too!! Another highly recommend book from this author and one that I thoroughly enjoyed reading!

Out of the Box Everlasting (Out of the Box Book 3): A Second Chance Romance Series by Jennifer Theriot
I’m going with 5 stars because thats all im allowed, but this book is deserving of so many more.
I am completely Speechless…Finished this part of the series about 30 minutes ago and can not even function right now.
So much happened in this book and Im wore slap out, a better word would be ruined, or shattered, or shocked…I just don’t know…
I’m gonna try to write a review for this book, I will however not get into any of the storyline itself because first, there is too much, and second it would ruin the whole series if I did that. I mentioned in my last review that I feared many of the bonds in this book would be tested and I was doing a lot of praying… Well that praying never stopped throughout every page. I don’t know if I have ever been affected so drastically by words in a book, but when I say there were times it took my breath away I’m not even kidding, and when I say I couldn’t read some parts till I dried my eyes I’m not even kidding. I felt this story deep within me and I was constantly being derailed because I would think oh I know what is going to happen and then that which I thought would happen didn’t and I’d end up shaking my head because it would take a whole different course…A brilliant course!
I can’t even comment on the last quarter of this book…I’m just thankful that this author will never know what I was thinking or the names I may or may not have called her.

5++++++++++++ Stars
Omg my heart is racing and I’m thanking all that is holy that I have Everlasting ready on my kindle. This series is killing me, I don’t think I’ve ever had my breath took away while reading quite like while reading this part of this series…Tommy and Emily’s wedding about ruined me…then I’m rolling with laughter when Todd goes to pick up the amp from Ash and Liv’s not knowing they were there..OMG…WMD had me dying!
I’m so beyond impressed that there is no predictable going on…there was a couple things I was so afraid were going to blow up and so far I’ve been pleasantly pleased that Miss Theriot decided to blow up other areas throwing me totally out of whack.
The bonds are still as strong in this part and I’m totally in love with Todd……scared for the next part, I have a feeling these bonds are about to be completely tested and I’m praying for so many things going on and can not wait to begin the next part.
Loved this book so so much! and this could end up being one of my favorite series ever and I cant even go on because I must start book 3.

5 +++++++ Stars
HOLY MOLY!! I so completely and sincerely utterly LOVED this book. I actually can’t believe I am able to not move on to the second one so that I can write this review. It’s already a given how much I love this author but she has taken it to a whole new level with this story.
I cried so hard when I read the last sentence..I could feel everything going on at that club, I could picture all of the kids, I could picture Ash and the love that was pouring out of him and I could almost feel the feelings that Olivia was feeling at that point.
The bonds that were written about in this story were beyond amazing and each character is a favorite for one reason or another, well, except maybe one and that one worries me just a bit so I’m bracing for that but have complete trust that Miss Theriot will handle whatever happens and comes up in the future of this series.
Saying that I am completely invested in this story is an understatement and I can not wait to begin Regifted.
I am so so happy I picked up this series, I’m not getting a whole lot done when it comes to being a real life adult but oh well, it will all be there waiting on me when I finish.
Thank you Miss Theriot for giving me a character that I can relate to!

Crafting Love (Wine & Furniture Series Book 1) by A.E. Gamrat
5 Stars
I Loved Kelly, I connected with her for some reason and felt like I knew her and she was one of my best friends…This is not my first book by this author and also will not be my last, I truly enjoyed this story. The friendships that were kind of fun and also at the same time kind of aggravating were just one part of this story I loved the most.
I want to work at the Wine and Furniture store, actually I want to own it and run it exactly as it was in this book with Delilah and Daisy running it for me…This was an awesome story and this is officially my favorite read by this author yet. Every girl should have their own leaky basement and a Kirk who remedies the situation. I loved this relationship and how it formed and grew and even though there were hurdles along the way and issues that are always bothersome with people getting in the way or inner feelings that make things more complicated than they should be this was well written and had me hooked from page 1 and I read it in one sitting and didn’t want it to end..I can not wait to see where this author takes this series next.
I highly recommend this book and also this author.

Crafting Love is the first book in A.E. Gamrat’s new series called Wine & Furniture. The series has gotten its name from the store that was the turning point in the main character’s life. It is not the first book I have read by this writer and I was hoping for more of her quirky writing style when I picked up this one and she did not disappoint me! (I have to confess that I had no idea what a Cricut is so before I started reading the book I went and watched couple of YouTube videos!) We have Kelly who is turning thirty and has more or less given up on love, for time being … she has crazy friends though who will not let her stay hidden at home midst her Cricut and YouTube channel followers … it takes only one Karaoke night and her life takes a turn to … interesting … enters Kirk, a younger man with great hands … The writer has given us a story that doesn’t only keep us entertained but also asks us to look a bit deeper into ourselves … turning older, disappointing relationships, finding one’s passion, age difference etc. I have great hopes for the next book in the series, I wonder who is the lead in it and what kind of a rollercoaster we will end up being on …

Past Storm and Fire by Christy Nicholas is a wonderfully written book filled with mystery adventure, romance and even some black magic. I was drawn in from the beginning and doesn’t let go till the end. Val is a responsible woman whose life isn’t going the way she had hoped and sets out to write a romance novel that’s set in Iceland .The more she gets into it her real life and her writing cross. Impact is the forth book in the Twisted Hearts Love Story but can be read as a stand-alone. I really enjoyed this book and I think that this author is turning out to be one of my favs! This book sucked me in and I couldn’t put it down. It was awesome to read Manny’s story and seeing it from his point of view. He has been through a lot and it was nice to see where his story was headed and where it ended up. There was twists and turns and I loved every moment of it! I am looking forward to reading more by this author and I would recommend this series to a friend.

Fierce Emotions is a wonderfully written Book and the eighth book in the Marcy Series. I would definitely recommend that if you haven’t started or read the other books in this series it’s a must. You won’t be disappointed. I love this series. I couldn’t put it down once I started reading I had to know what happens next. I felt at times like I was on a emotional rollercoaster ride. My emotions were all over the place. In this addition to the series we find them moving into a new home and adding an addition to the family. But what happens when Marci overhears a conversation that’s troubling? Find out what happens next in this amazing series. I can’t recommend it enough. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

Past Storm And Fire was a creative and interesting novel. It seemed very realistic and was descriptive. The storyline featured many interesting characters. Main character Val was interesting to follow as she created her novel which in turn seemed to realistic and sets out to determine if it was. She was so creative and strong. I disliked her husband Karl at the start of the novel and it seemed to stick as I finished reading. She deserved better than him. His character really shined through at the start right after the Hurricane. This novel was definitely a fun an interesting read.

Past Storm and Fire was a good 4 star read. I was pulled right in by the authors writing. We get mystery, romance, adventure and so much more.
We start during a hurricane where we meet Val and Karl and see that things are not perfect for them. We bounce from past to present with Val. She has visions of Iceland and starts to write a story that spans a thousand years. Val loses herself in her story to get away from her troubles at home.
All of the characters were great. The detail was amazing and my emotions were all over the place. This is my first read from Christy, she makes me want to write a book to get away from my reality as well, but I’m sure it wouldn’t be as great as this one was. If you’re looking for a great book, 1-click and get started today.

TAINTED SAINT is not a stand-alone, please don’t read it if you haven’t read the other books. Trust me, you will be doing yourself and this fantastic series a disservice.
TAINTED SAINT is a fast paced novella that is set in the Hawke Family setting. It acts as a bridge to the next story.
This novella is full of open door sexy times. I am a HUGE fan of this author but I must admit that I skimmed the sex scenes after reading the first time the MCs hooked up.
This story has the weight of a full length novel in that it has a very clear beginning, middle, and end. It has layers that I didn’t expect and look forward to reading the next in the series.
The Hawke Family Series is such a fantastic series it should not be missed.

Winging It by Lisa Gail Green is a phenomenal YA fantasy read! It’s my first book by this author but it certainly won’t be my last! This is the first book in the Destiny Rules series, a truly one of a kind read. It’s action-packed, intriguing, addicting, detailed and absolutely hilarious.
Zach’s inner ramblings had me laughing out lout and fully enjoying this storyline. I was hooked from the first chapter and I couldn’t bring myself to put it down and I ended up reading it in one sitting. I loved everything about this book, the seamless flow of the story, the connectable characters, the details, the original storyline, basically I loved everything about it!
I cannot wait to read more from this author and would absolutely recommend this book to anyone looking for their next fantasy read!

Impact by Autumn Sand is the 4th book in the Twisted Hearts Love Story series, a series I would highly recommend! This story is incredibly detailed, twisted, dark, heart wrenching, shocking and very action-packed. I was hooked from the very first chapter as Autumn took me on a roller coaster ride of emotions through Manny’s story in both the past and present.
I loved how it flipped from past to present, it had me trying to piece everything together and kept me on my toes the whole way through and had me in complete shock as the story unfolded. I honestly loved everything about this book!

Squall Line is book 1 in a new series from Gwyn McNamee, and a little different than what she normally writes, but nonetheless I was totally captivated and intrigued by this read, from the start until the very end!
Gwyn McNamee has once again created two brilliant main characters that are real, relatable and very easy to enjoy reading about and following their journey. War & Grace have a connection that is undeniable and immediately puts them into a new position. Gwyn has given these two characters an epic story that really makes stand out and tell their journey. This is one of the books that saying to much can really give away the main plot, so all I can really say is that this book was beyond what I expected, it’s gripping and thrilling. It’s fast-paced, flows from chapter to chapter and really holds you.
Gwyn McNamee has proven again how much of a versatile writer she is and boy oh boy is this another book that should not be missed by anyone! I highly recommend you check out this read, and all other books from this author, I guarantee you will find your next Go to favourite author.

Dracones Guardian by Sheri-Lynn Marean is the sixth book in the Dracones series. Luckily this can be read as a standalone book because I had not read the other books. This is a paranormal, fantasy, romance book that had me reading quickly from beginning to end. Zander is an archangel who will do anything to protect his children. When he least expects it he meets Chloe. As he is facing decisions a new enemy makes itself known. This story has a lot going on but all of it comes together and makes for a terrific read. I really enjoyed the characters and the different paranormal elements. I am going to go back and catch other books in this series.
Past Storm and Fire by Christy Nicholas is the story of Val Masterson. Val is a woman who is dealing with many issues, hurricane Andrew and its destruction of the life she once knew, a husband who leaves a lot to be desired. Val has an “active” imagination which she uses to her best ability in order to get through the rough days she is experiencing. What happens when her imagined story starts to become based in reality? This was the first book I have read by this author, I liked it but I did find it to be a little confusing at times. Will I read something else by Ms. Nichols, I probably will since I was going through her back library, I found some that interest me. So, if you are looking for an interesting concept in a story pick up Past Storm and Fire.

Love & Ghosts (Crescent City Ghost Tours #1) by Carrie Pulkinen was an awesome book and my first by this author. My favorite books are books with ghosts and mediums. So I am so thrilled to add another author to my list of faves. I could not stop reading this book. It was so good! Not only did it hold my attention but it kept me wanting more. Lately I’ve been in a reading rut and I think this was my ticket out. Not only did I really enjoy the characters I loved the Princess Bride references. I can’t wait to see other books in the series and in the meantime hope to check out some of the authors other books. And ahem Carrie please go with at least 10 in the series? Ok? 5 star rating!

The Vampire Queen (Wheel of Crowns Book 3) by Brandi Elledge is the next amazing book in this remarkable series. Each book builds upon the overall story/theme of the series and is exquisitely written. The Vampire Queen is Stephan and Tandi’s story, as supporting characters in previous book(s), I couldn’t wait to read this next epic tale to include Stephan who has captivated my attention from the first book. As we delver more and more into the overall paranormal dynamic of this world, more truths, lies, and unknowns are discovered. I could not put down this story as Brandi Elledge has built such an unbelievable sequences of events that you had to immediately unfold to see what was around the next corner. There are hilarious and serious moments in this novel and Tandi is by far such a fearless female lead with her strong personality. I applaud the author and am anxiously awaiting the next book(s) in this amazing series!!

Murder Among Friends by Linda Burson is the first book I’ve read by this author. Placed in Connecticut, Camille Thurston is newly employed for a PI business after a string of bad luck with her previous long term job. Her new boss Frank Dees is a guy she meets in a bar the same day she quits her job and her boyfriend breaks up with her. After they work an extremely gruelling murder case, he allows her a 3 month vacation to recharge. Choosing to recharge with her family, she goes to Connecticut to spend time with her brother Zach (whom is a police officer), his wife and their children. While visiting, a woman her Brother knows is reported missing. Her 3 months turned into longer. Camille, trying to help, finds herself in love with the missing woman’s husband, and directly in the middle of the investigation. This was a great read from beginning to end. I thought several times that I had figured out the who done it, but oh my! I definitely couldn’t predict the end! 5 out of 5 stars!

I give Past Storm and Fire by Christy Nicholas, 5 stars.
Val has been dealing with a lot in her life — a devastating hurricane, a failing marriage, and a boss she cannot stand. To escape, she decides to write a historical romance set in past times in Iceland. The more she gets into, the more she enjoys — it’s her escape. But is it really good for her or is it destroying her real life? Follow the stories of both Val’s real life and the characters and life she created in one wonderful book!
I didn’t know what to expect from this book. I have loved previous books by this author but am not too big on the jumping back in time thing. The more I got into this book, the more I enjoyed it. The parts set back in Iceland pulled me in immediately and I could not wait to get back to these parts of the book. The modern day time frame (set in the 90s) took me a little while to get into. Personally I found the characters annoying. That being said, I believe that is the point — it shows us just how much Val is not enjoying her life. The book within a book is a great concept to me, too. I would readily read this type of book again. Let’s face it, the author has basically given us two books in one, and has managed to do a superb job at telling both stories.
I highly recommend this book to lovers of historical fiction, romance, and lovers of really good stories.

This was a fantastic action packed story, one that I really enjoyed. I found myself hooked into this book from the very first page. I will say that I wasn’t 100% sure about reading this book but I am so glad that I gave it a go. The author did a great job and I felt like I was right there along with the characters. For a short story it is certainly full of action from the very start. I would absolutely love to read more about these characters. I loved that the main characters were women, I admired their strength, courage and the fact that they wouldn’t give up until they got what they wanted. I am really excited to read more from this series in the future!
