I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Phillip and Anna made a great pairing. Reading why Phillip no longer dated before he met Anna was heart breaking. There were times that I absolutely wanted to reach thorough the book to strangle Phillip when he was being so dense it was frustrating. I loved how Anna was an immoveable wall when it came to certain things. She took no crap from Phillip and made sure he knew exactly what he was doing wrong. But at the same time, there were times that you felt for her when she was venerable. I know these are all stand alone books, but I wanted to know more of what happened to them afterwards. This book was written very well and I left like, I was in the middle of everything. I definitely will be adding this book to my bookshelf!

Fairly Royal was good, but I struggled getting into it at first. By categorizing it as a “slow-burn” romance, I feel like that was an understatement. It’s definitely slow, but even with that being the case, you need to push through. It’s worth it. A sweet romance by an Earl and commoner, but is it really viewed that way? Maybe to some of the characters in the book, but it’s a romance about two people who are finally giving something a chance. Though it may have started out as pretend. Philip, Earl of Arburne, and Anna have known each other for years. Her brother’s best friend, that she’s been secretly crushing on since the first time she saw him. So what happens when a tabloid speculates they are together? Philip gets this idea that they could pretend. He must’ve been foolish, because one can never truly keep feelings out of it. Anna on the other hand will take what she can get, while trying to protect her heart in the process. Sure enough his plan backfired. Now pushing back against society Philip and Anna need to learn how to not only be themselves with one another, but also how to navigate the upper class. All the while dealing with Philip’s mother and other family members trying to remind Anna she doesn’t belong. As well as trying to make her run. Will Philip & Anna Survive? Will his mom come out victorious, in her own right? So many questions and so many answers, just keep in mind it may take time to get there.

I know the synopsis said Happily Ever After, but I was really unsure it was going to happen with all that Addison and Wesley endured from the day they met.
I’m not sure which one of these two broke my heart more. The kid who was bullied or the kid who lived with the guilt for all those years, though I think some of that guilt could have been prevented.
I really enjoyed this book, starting with the characters. Eliot is someone I would like to be friends with, think we would have an amazing time. Sera and Ash really go above and beyond helping Addison and I love them for it.
The storyline was something any one of could have happen in our lives, at least to some degree. Overall I enjoyed my time with them.

Key to his Heart was an amazing book, one of the best I’ve read this year. It’s the ultimate love story, drawn by fate. The characters were very well written and I love them. TJ was a pro athlete but is so down to earth and a small town guy. Katrina has had a pretty bad life over all, but has made the most of it. She is not cynical and instead has a positive outlook on life, and is being the best she can for her son. She is recently divorced, single mom, living in a town where she knows no one. There are so many things that brought the two together, but it remained lovely and not cheesy. I loved how it slowly unfolded, and we learned more and more of the characters and the fate that brings them together. TJ is an amazing guy that I fell in love with right away. The little connections they have are cute and really make for a good story. The ending was exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend this book, and hope to read more by the author!

This is a well written and intense book that blurs the line between Thriller/Police Procedural and Romantic Suspense. The characters are great and the details that the author describes had me imagining I was there. The plot had me sitting by the edge of mt seat. Bobbi Wallace is a woman that straddles the world of high society and the NYPD. She is a detective who primarily work to solve a long string of brutal sexual murders caused by one man who hunts to release the soul of his voodoo queen she is also fighting and old lover with an obsession. Can she find the killer before he kills again? Can she overcome the obsession of the old lover? Will Bobbi be caught in the middle or will she be able to walk away unscathed?

This was a good read. I enjoy this genre and this book did not disappoint. I liked the character development of Phillip and Anna. The way they were able to accomodate both of their backgrounds into their togetherness was good. I would read more by this author.

Endearing romance with a couple of twists that keep you pulled into the story. This moderately-paced story will keep the pages flipping. And, keep tugging at those heart strings.
Addison is a genius. She started high school early. While in high school Addison meets a tall, cute, shy boy named Wesley. Wesley is a musical prodigy. He thinks in melodies and harmonies. Addison and Wesley become fast friends. Addison and Wesley start making music together. She writes the lyrics for his harmonies. He finds the melodies in the lyrics she has written without having music. They have an endearing friendship until everything gets destroyed by a fight. Afterwards, Wesley can’t remember anything of their time together.
Ten years later, Wesley is a mega pop star and Addison is barely getting by. Addison doesn’t care because she wants the best for Wesley. For the most part, Addison is happy in her life. Until one day, Addison accidentally comes face to face with Wesley again. No matter how she tries to avoid rejoining his life, he keeps turning up. Wesley can’t fight the pull towards Addison. He doesn’t want to. As Wesley is starting to have flashbacks of the time he can’t remember, he is slowly realizing that Addison is more than she appears.
I couldn’t believe some of the twists. The outcomes were a little sugar coated but not bad. My favorite character is Ash! He is fabulous and I hope he gets to find his one during the series. Everyone needs an Ash looking after them. This is a series that I will keep on my radar. It is a good one!

Cam has been through hell up to this point. He has suffered tragedy, loss and endless drama and surprises. Reunited with his first wife, Freya, and their children, Cam embarks on a journey for closure on how his second wife, Lae, died. Talk about Pandora’s box, many secrets of the geodome societies come to light. Everywhere you turn there are secrets. Cam is completely overwhelmed by this. There are so many decisions to be made by him and by the community he lives with. This book has not disappointed me at all. The final book in the antipodes series, the author has woven the characters together nicely. You can easily feel them and what they are feeling. The plot ran fairly smooth. I did get lost a couple of times but that smoothed out as I went along. Definitely a series you have to try.

This is a new to me author and wow! This book was great.
Wesley and Addison have a past. Due to an incident however, he’s forgotten six months of his life. Addison, being blamed for the incident, has been forced to watch from a distance as Wesley rises to fame. I don’t want to give too much away because this book is just too good to spoil. The chemistry between Wesley and Addison is out of this world. Even when he doesn’t know that he knows her, the chemistry is crazy. Sometimes it’s best if the past stays in the past. What happens when Wesley and Addison’s past comes back around?
I really enjoyed this book! There was so much emotion in this book. I couldn’t put it down! I couldn’t wait to find out how everything would play out!

This is the first book that I have read by the author, and it will not be the last! I immediately fell in love with these characters from the first moment that I read stuff about them. Their story is one that was nice, unique and one that made me feel good when I was done reading it. I was engrossed right from the beginning and stayed completely immersed in the story right till the last word. Addison (Addie) fell in love with her best friend at the tender age of 13 – he was her muse and everything to her…. the centre of her world. Without him by her side she never would have survived the devastating loss that rocked her to the core. But then her world was shattered again when a brutal attack left her heart in shreds. Now, he doesn’t remember their time together, it’s gone, completely erased, except for a few melodies- and her guilt is a heavy burden to bear. I was drawn into Forget to Remember Me by the music aspect. Not because the main male character was a popstar, but because of my love for music and how the author presents the theme throughout. Music is a powerful thing and should be admired, appreciated, and respected for what it is. Those who can successfully make music are geniuses in their own right. For those reasons and those reasons alone that’s why I was drawn to and absolutely loved this book. I’m not overshadowing the bullying factor and theme but it’s the music theme that captured me. It was hook, line, & sinker, I didn’t have a chance. Wesley and Addison were torn apart by a traumatic event that happened when they were in high school. Unfortunately part was due to misunderstandings and circumstances surrounding the incident. 10 years later a chance to start over fresh. Does Addison continue to keep that a safe distance? A love that never died, one she is well aware of, but for Wesley he doesn’t understand it. That only pushes him closer to her. Music brought these two together, bullying tore them apart. Can music be what brings them back to one another, or will it kill what’s renewed? Did I forget to mention, I love this author! Not the first book I’ve read and definitely won’t be the last!

Slow start, but stick with it….I promise that it will be worth it! Great story with the focus on lost love, second chances & the path of redemption. Perfect example of how the heart knows it’s mate—even when the brain is slow to catch up! Years ago, when Addison & Wes were teenagers, they spent their days composing music & falling in love until a traumatic occurrence leaves them both injured & Wesley with no memory of Addison & the love he had for her, resulting in Addison letting Wes go & keeping her distance from him. Fast forward decades later, Wesley is a famous pop star who crossed paths with Addie at a charity event. Wes is immediately drawn to Addison & pursues spending time with her. As their relationship develops could this be their second chance at happily ever after, or will the events that transpired so many years ago continue to keep them apart? Addie was brought to light when her old songbook was found with their creations. She has to face the past and present with Wesley now. It brings a lot from both sides, and I love books like this. Healing and happiness found again Circumstances have a way of presenting themselves when needed. Chase and Katie have had their fair share of ups and downs. This was a quick read for me but did not lack in depth in characterisation and storyline. A contempt second chance romance, the story has the right balance of steam and angst with both Chase and Katie needing to face issues for the past. Very engaging read!

After reading the first book in this series, I had to see what was going to happen in the next part of this story. After Cam accidentally discovers antipodes, transportational podes, that transcend people into different regions of the world. He ends up falling into one as he is looking for Freyja, his wife from August. He ends up learning more about the antipodes and its significance during this water infestation pandemic. After he finds out the truth about his wife, he comes to the conclusion of going back to Lewis, the island where he is transported close to Scotland. This is where this story book takes off as he starts settling into his new life at the island and starts moving on from his old life. As Cam and his new contacts get more familiar with the antipodes, its history, the current existence of the outside, and reemerging travelers, he starts to realize that there is a possible chance of other survivors, especially of those who did not enter into the designated pods. As Cam grows into his new life roles on this welcoming, friendly pod, he is constantly reminded of his family and all of his memories with them. Is it possible that they are among the living out there? Should he risk his new life to go and seek answers? This second book takes you into another deeper adventure as well as deeper character development. Even after going through our own reality of a pandemic makes you raise questions of what could possibly happen and how we would react in the circumstances. Then also adding the science fiction mix of transportational podes and looking into the history for some possible answers as to its existences. If you’ve read the first or are a fan of the dystopian science fiction genre, this book is a must read!

Romantic second chances Love Wes and Addie’s story. On a roller coaster of emotions I finished this book with a big sigh. So much history falls between these two and wading through a decade of miscommunications and lost moments is treacherous. The author’s writing draws you in and kept me vested right through til the end. Brilliant!

Will Addie and Wesley be able to overcome their painful past and make new memories? This book was at times an emotional read, but I enjoyed every minute of it.

What a cute little romance! Lots of fluff! I do believe this is the first book I’ve read by this author, and I will be back for more! It’s a very quick read, I think I finished it in about an hour. The author does a fantastic job of sucking the readers in, I honestly lost track of time while I was reading. It’s a very refreshing romance. I read a lot of the darker types of romances, so having a little fluffy one was super nice for a change. Definitely finished it with a happy heart! Highly recommend it!!!

This was a short but cute romance that had a great flow to it. Katie is working her fingers to the bone at a job that she loved but is still unfulfilled. Her first love, Chase, is back in their hometown raising his nephew and thinks he’s successfully gotten Katie out of his mind and heart. After Katie flies back into town for a wedding, there are obvious sparks between them and they’re both torn with what to do. Can they somehow find a way to reunite or is does the past need to stay that way?
The author does a great job diving into the feelings of the characters and pulling at emotional strings. I loved the little parts of Katie remembering her childhood and little things she had done with her sister and parents. I recommend this if you’re looking for a quick, feel-good romance!

The gripping dystopian romance set in the aftermath of a global outbreak continues in this second book in the series. The adventures of main character, Cam Mackintosh, who was one of a select group of highly skilled young people to have been selected by Australian scientists, to establish a sustainable island community, continues. Cam is now happily married and content with his new life on Lewis, and is working as an active member of the community. Just as life is becoming mundane for Cam, he learns that someone he loves may also still be alive. Cam decides to go on a journey to find this person, but along the way he discovers the true value of family and loyalty. The bleak and challenging post apocalyptic world is once again brought vividly to life by the authors descriptive narrative, making me feel immersed in Cam’s world. Cam is a very likeable and relatable main character and I was pleased to carry on his journey with him, and am looking forward to the next book in the series.
